Pokémon: Starting with Lucario and Gardevoir

Hibiscus's Night Demon was preparing to attack, completely unprepared.

Suddenly, I heard this strange melody.

His once-ambitious eyes quickly lost their fighting spirit.

Instead, I felt an overwhelming sense of drowsiness.

The fist that was about to strike instantly deflated.

The Night Demon collapsed to the ground and fell fast asleep.

Hypnosis, as the name suggests, is the ability to force an opponent into a state of sleep.

Getting the other person's Pokémon to sleep is not an easy task.

Of course, this skill is not 100% successful.

There's a chance of success about 6 out of 10 times.

But for the Ice Nine-Tails, it's almost 100% certain!

Ice Nine-Tails can easily trigger special effects with any additional skill.

Using the flamethrower, you can easily put your opponent into a burning state.

Using the Freeze Ray, you can easily freeze your opponent.

The Nine-Tailed Fox's ability reminded Hao Yan of when he obtained the Nine-Tailed Fox egg.

The explanation provided by the system.

This precious egg has received the combined blessing of three gods, possessing immense fortune and luck.

It is precisely because of this characteristic that Haoyan chose to use Ice Nine-Tailed Fox to fight Furong.

... ...

"Night Demon, wake up!"

Hibiscus shouted at the Night Demon in the arena.

Unfortunately, the Night Demon's sleep wasn't a normal sleep, but a forced sleep.

It's not something that can be awakened by simply calling out a few words.

Ignoring his unconscious opponent, Hao Yan commanded Ice Nine-Tailed Fox, "Little Nine, use Shadow Clone..."

"Mimi~"

The docile Ice Nine-Tailed Fox kept jumping around in the surrounding area.

As she continued to jump, one clone after another appeared.

To her surprise, Furong discovered that in this hail-filled environment, she couldn't tell which one was the true form of the Ice Nine-Tailed Fox.

... ...

Chapter 483 Haoyan, can you please stop?

The cold hailstones slapped haphazardly against the Night Demon's face.

It continuously drained the Night Demon's stamina.

On the other side, Haoyan did not rush to attack, and still had Ice Nine-Tailed Fox use Shadow Clone.

As the Nine-Tailed Fox created more and more clones, Hibiscus became impatient.

"No, if this continues, the Nine-Tails' clones will multiply."

"At this rate, we won't be able to tell where the real body is at all!"

"And with the hail hitting like this, the Night Demon will probably be almost dead by the time it wakes up."

"We must change our Pokémon to stop that Ice Ninetales!"

Furong took out her Poké Ball and put the sleeping Night Demon back into it.

I switched to a new Pokémon.

"Please, Dream Demon!"

Pokémon: Mismagius

[Attribute]: Ghost

[Level]: 83 (Peak of Heavenly King)

[Ability]: Levitate (This Pokémon floats on the ground and is unaffected by Ground-type moves.)

[Introduction]: A Pokémon that chants spells. It doesn't just torment opponents; it also has spells that bring happiness.

... ...

When Furong was about to recall the Night Demon Spirit, Haoyan knew he was going to fight Furong.

He won.

Just as Furong switched on the Nightmare, preparing to make her move.

The air was filled with strange energy.

It makes you drowsy!

It emits this strange energy.

It was emitted by many 'Ice Nine-Tailed Foxes' present at the same time.

The dream demon was enveloped from all sides.

Even Furong, who was standing on the sidelines, was clearly sleepy.

The newly arrived Dream Demon was caught off guard and without any hesitation; he simply fell asleep.

"Little Nine, Freeze Ray..."

Haoyan didn't waste the opportunity and commanded Ice Nine-Tailed Fox to make a move.

Both the clones and the main body attacked together.

It completely confused the hibiscus.

It's impossible to tell which one is the original.

The Ice Nine-Tailed Fox's attack easily struck the sleeping Dream Demon.

Moreover, the cold hail continued to pelt the dream monster.

Although there was no elemental advantage, this level of attack had already reduced Mismagius's HP to half.

When the dream demon will wake up, Furong doesn't know.

But she knew that another freezing ray would cripple the Dream Demon.

"Ugh! What an annoying tactic!"

Furong made a comment and quickly found a solution.

After weighing the pros and cons, she chose to change her Pokémon again.

When Hao Yan saw Fu Rong take out her Poké Ball, he wasn't in a hurry to have Ninetales attack.

"Crystal Chandelier Spirit, go!"

Furong acted quickly, replacing Mismagius with a new Pokémon, Chandelure.

But once you're slow, you're slow, and you're always slow; Furong has fallen completely behind.

"Little Jiu, hypnosis~"

Hao Yan instructed Ice Nine-Tailed Fox to repeat its old trick and continue to hypnotize its opponent.

"Crystal Chandelier Spirit, be careful of their hypnosis!" Hibiscus shouted loudly.

Chandelure is very obedient to its trainer, and it is alert to its surroundings as soon as it enters the arena.

Unfortunately, strange sound waves came from all directions.

A 360-degree surround view with no blind spots.

There was absolutely no way to defend against it!

Poor Chandelure, it got hypnotized by Nine-Tailed Fox as soon as it appeared on the field.

"I...I'll change again!"

Furong then replaced the crystal chandelier with a lighter one.

She replaced her Snow Fairy.

Unfortunately, I was still mercilessly hypnotized.

The Snow Fairy has fallen asleep again.

All four Pokémon were put to sleep by Haoyan's Ice Ninetales.

"What should I do! What should I do now?"

Looking at Haoyan's handsome face, which was wearing a calm smile, Furong wanted to get angry but couldn't.

She really didn't know how to resolve the predicament she was facing.

Her mind was racing, trying to find a solution.

"Should we let the Snow Fairy tank the damage, and then use the Fate Bond to swap with the Ice Nine-Tails after she wakes up?"

"No, Haoyan's Ice Nine-Tailed Fox can transform into a fire-type."

"One flamethrower was enough to give the Snow Fairy a hard time. She didn't even have time to use her 'Name' before she collapsed."

"But if we don't tough it out, then we'll have to switch to another Pokémon?"

"As soon as I step onto the field, I'll be hypnotized by Haoyan's Ice Nine-Tailed Fox again!" Furong was torn.

If we don't switch, I'm afraid the Ice Nine-Tails will consume my resources.

I'm afraid of being hypnotized if I switch.
