"What a scumbag who ruined a young girl's feelings!"

"The King of Pigeons," Bronya succinctly stated.

Even Mei hesitated for a moment before adding, "A complete shut-in."

"Where exactly am I a shut-in?!" Keng Huo complained listlessly, no longer displaying his former eloquence in debating with a group of scholars.

"Teacher Keng seems really tired," Mei and Bronya whispered to each other.

"It must be because you've been staying home playing adult games these past few days and you've gotten weak," Bronya added expressionlessly.

"Exactly, exactly. Look, he didn't even refute the scumbag and the pigeon king just now. He must have deliberately skipped our performance." Kiana crossed her arms, her cheeks puffed out like buns, and sat next to Mei, looking at Keng Huo with the eyes of someone looking at trash.

"I... I've been busy with official duties these past few days..." Keng Huo continued weakly, but the explanation sounded utterly feeble. "It's all for the future of the academy... I've devoted myself to it... I've worked tirelessly... I've exhausted all my strength... Oh, not really, but it'll be soon..."

"I really don't have the energy to play with you guys today... I'm sorry, you guys go ahead... I need to catch up on my sleep for a day..." Keng Huo rolled over, wrapped himself up in the blanket like an American sushi roll, leaving only his head sticking out.

"Since the teacher is so tired, let's go by ourselves." Mei secretly tugged at Kiana, who seemed to want to lift the blanket. "It's just a pity that Class A had the Ultimate Hell Volcano Curry today. They say it's so spicy you could bite the sun in your mouth."

The American-style sushi roll trembled visibly.

"I heard that the people in Class A bought some extremely rare spices and super hard-to-find spicy seasonings, and they're even going to hold a competition..." Seeing Keng Huo's reaction, Mei pressed her advantage and added insult to injury.

"I can't hear, I can't hear, I can't hear..." A distressed and aggrieved voice came from the sushi roll. The voice was so pitiful that it brought tears to the eyes of those who heard it and saddened them.

"They also said that this time they're going to make curry pork cutlet rice a challenge. Whoever can finish a whole plate of curry will get an unlimited supply of extra-spicy curry rice for the whole day," Kiana said, picking up where Mei left off, as if she had just remembered something.

"Don't force me!" Keng Huo's desperate scream echoed through the heavens and earth. "I will not waver!"

“I love my bed! My bed loves me! We are a loving family! I will never leave it! Forget about it!” Keng Huo’s voice trembled as if he were shaking.

"Go!" Kiana reacted quickly, seizing the opportunity. She grabbed the edge of the blanket that Keng Huo had inadvertently exposed under his body, stretched out her left leg and kicked hard against Keng Huo's body wrapped in the blanket. Like pulling a roll of paper, Keng Huo was thrown out in a dizzying spin.

"What are you doing!" x2.

"Pervert!" x2.

"Pervert!" x2.

The same words rang out in unison from Keng Huo and Kiana. Keng Huo, wearing only his underwear, lay sprawled on the ground, raising his head to glare at Kiana like a croaking frog that had been kicked to the ground.

Kiana and the other two turned their backs simultaneously, their faces flushed.

"You, you, you, why aren't you wearing any clothes! Pervert!" Kiana shouted, her face flushed red. Mei covered her eyes immediately, but she still saw a white body rolling to the ground in front of her.

"Who wears clothes to sleep?!" Keng Huo roared, then, like a wronged wife, wrapped himself up in layers of blankets. "It's over, everyone's seen... my innocence... nobody wants me anymore..."

When Keng Huo finished dressing and came to the living room, he saw Kiana, whose face was still flushed, Mei, who was looking at him with a dangerous gaze, and Bronya, who was sitting next to Mei with a Houmu doll in her arms, staring intently at Keng Huo.

Bronya might also want to glare with murderous intent like Mei, but her expressionless, emotionless face simply couldn't convey any qualities beyond that.

“Some people… never know how to care for a young girl’s fragile and beautiful heart.” Mei spoke first, staring at Keng Huo with a resentful gaze, making him feel uncomfortable.

“Exactly, exactly,” Bronya chimed in.

"The three of us rehearsed for four days, from morning till night every day. Kiana's voice became hoarse several times."

stare--

"That's it."

stare--

"We just wanted someone who had helped us a lot during the make-up exams to come and listen, but that person not only stood us up, but also refused to spend the last day of the school festival with us."

stare--

"That's it."

stare--

"I...I didn't specifically invite him to listen," Kiana said softly.

Keng Huo saw Mei pinch Kiana almost imperceptibly with the hand that was holding her.

Keng Huo scratched his head, feeling that he did feel a little sorry for the three of them.

"Then, we heard that some heartless person's favorite dish was so popular that we invited him to the school festival to eat it, and guess what happened?"

stare--

"That's it."

stare--

"(In a low voice) No need to agree with this."

"..."

“This heartless person actually said he was going to sleep and turned away three girls with beautiful expectations,” Mei said, tears streaming down her face. “Tell me, shouldn’t this kind of person be punished by heaven?”

"Make a hole."

"Die three times."

"Good ship."

Wait a minute, it seems like something terrible has infiltrated!

"Cough cough..." Keng Huo saw the growing murderous intent in Mei's eyes and decided that saving his own life was the most important thing.

After all, sudden death is only a matter of chance, isn't it?

"I was really busy the past couple of days..." Keng Huo said slowly, "but I'm free today, so I can go out and have some fun with you guys, okay?"

"Hmph! Go and be all lovey-dovey with your blanket! I don't need you to keep me company!" Kiana angrily turned her head away, not even glancing at Keng Huo.

"Kiana..." Mei called Kiana softly. Kiana hesitated for a moment, but out of pride, she still refused to turn around, though her expression softened a little.

Keng Huo looked somewhat helpless. He squatted down and said in a troubled and embarrassed tone, "I really want to go to the school festival... but I feel so lonely going alone. What if other people think I don't have any friends? Will they all look down on me?"

"Miss Kiana, please help me out and come with me to the school festival, okay?" Keng Huo grinned shamelessly as he approached Kiana.

"Well... since you're begging me so sincerely, I'll help you out a little." Kiana turned around haughtily, looking down at Keng Huo. "Remember to frame my photo and kneel down every day to thank me for this opportunity!"

"Isn't that the treatment for the dead?" Keng Huo couldn't help but blurt out.

"You bastard! Eat my Margos Grand Cross Lock!"

Even from half a square away, Keng Huo could smell the pungent aroma that hit him right in the head.

Keng Huo's hands trembled uncontrollably: "This intensely spicy aroma, this overwhelming olfactory impact, and that almost visible red scent! And that absolute territory that mortals dare not approach! Is that the legendary Hell Volcano Curry?!"

"This...this could be..."

"Could this be the God of Food's blessing?!"

"What the hell! It's just that they put in too much chili powder!" Kiana rolled her eyes, arms crossed. "What absolute territory? It's just that the spiciness is so overpowering that no one dares to come near! I really don't understand what's so delicious about this stuff. You rushed over as soon as you heard about it, but you didn't even come to my concert!"

Kiana was still upset that Kyou hadn't gone to the concert she, Mei, and Bronya attended on the second day of the school festival.

"Hmph, so you're just a mortal," Keng Huo sneered, pushing up his glasses. "That's why you can't receive the favor of the God of Spicy Food! You're just a bunch of noobs who can only eat non-spicy food your whole lives!"

"Oh! I see!" Kiana clapped her hands in sudden realization. "You want to fight, right? You should have said so earlier! Come on, let's have a go at it over here."

Keng Huo's legs trembled, and he sprinted at a speed of 120 miles per hour, rushing into the forbidden zone of life surrounded by red chili powder like a gust of wind.

"Alright! Let's spar over here!" Keng Huo went all out, pulling out a pair of swimming goggles from somewhere and deftly putting them on to protect his eyes. Standing in the red chili mist, he shouted at Kiana, trembling. With each breath, he inhaled a cloud of red mist (just kidding) into his lungs, instantly experiencing a pain as if he were swallowing charcoal.

Kiana stared blankly at Keng Huo, who was swaggering around under the cover of the red mist while coughing painfully, and for a moment she didn't know how to deal with him.

Despite Kiana's unwavering spirit, she forced herself to walk a few steps into the red mist, enduring the overwhelming spiciness. However, she was immediately overwhelmed by the intense heat, almost unable to open her eyes.

Kiana stubbornly continued her verbal sparring with Keng Huo across a red mist: "Come out if you dare!"

"Come in if you dare!"

"Are you even a man?! How can you be such a coward?!"

"Are you Kiana?! How come you're afraid to even go into a little bit of spicy smoke?!"

"You!" Kiana rolled up her sleeves, ready to rush into the red mist, but she was too afraid of the red mist that had choked her as soon as she entered. "I don't believe you won't come out today!"

"I'm not coming out! Come and catch me if you dare!" Keng Huo stood with his hands on his hips, staring at Kiana across the distance, like the two armies of Chu and Han separated by the Chu River.

Suddenly, Mei secretly tugged at Kiana, pointed at Keng Huo with her finger, and whispered in Kiana's ear. Kiana's expression relaxed more and more as Mei spoke, and she even started to smile in the end.

Keng Huo couldn't help but swallow hard: Could Mei be plotting something? Mei seems to be getting more and more sinister lately! Is she going to turn evil next? Where did that gentle and considerate young lady go?!

(I just caught it from hanging out with you for so long, okay? ( ̄ε(# ̄)☆╰╮o( ̄皿 ̄///))

Just as Keng Huo was trembling with fear at Kiana's enigmatic smile, two muffled voices, seemingly emanating from a thick box, came from behind him.

"Is Teacher Keng here to eat our curry?!"

"Great! We finally have our first customer!"

Before Keng Huo could react, his arm was gripped tightly by two iron-like hands, rendering him unable to move.

Keng Huo turned his head in horror, only to find two humanoid creatures wearing heavy full-body hazmat suits and carrying oxygen tanks on their backs behind him.

Keng Huo was so frightened he almost jumped up, but the strength of those two hands was too great, and he couldn't break free at all.

"What...what kind of monster is this!" Keng Huo felt a chill run down his spine and straight to the back of his head. "Big...Big...Big Daddy?" (A character from BioShock.)

"It's me! Rinko, Rinko!" A voice filled with intense excitement came from under the thick gas mask, but because the hazmat suit was so thick, it was impossible to tell whose voice it was.

"You..." Before Keng Huo could make any statement, he felt two strong forces coming at him. He lost his footing and was dragged by the two old men at a fast speed towards the curry stall.

As Keng Huo watched the scenery rushing past on both sides, a sudden pang of regret arose in his heart.

"Wait? The first customer?"

"Teacher, teacher! Come and taste our most perfect creation!" Keng Huo, still in shock, was forcibly pressed into a chair. On the table in front of him was a pool of red stuff, with red smoke swirling above it. Even though he was wearing swimming goggles, Keng Huo's eyes stung when he stared at the red smoke.

Keng Huo stared silently at the unidentified object before him, swallowing hard in terror.

"Good heavens, I do like spicy food, but could you please tell me what this is first?!"

You can't even tell this is curry!

Keng Huo took out a tissue, covered his mouth and nose, took a deep breath, held his breath, and with a death wish, brought his face close to the dish called curry rice, examining it carefully.
