In the game: I stole Groudon at the start.

Bakura goes without saying, and while Gladion may not be as good as those born monsters, he is still a very good trainer.

Only Lillie...

She has since challenged all the gyms in the Alola region, but she has never succeeded in challenging any of them.

Yes, not even once!

"Sister Campfire, don't laugh at me! Honestly, hmph~"

Lillie was mortified upon hearing this. Ever since she had challenged all eight gyms, Lillie had completely given up on herself.

Although he would occasionally train with Bakura, it was a completely inconsistent effort.

Bakura listened to the two women's conversation, smiled helplessly, and turned his gaze to the battlefield.

The final showdown between these two has begun.

……

"Haxodon, Earthquake!"

Alice launched the first attack, shouting loudly at the Double-Haxed Dragon.

Paper Sword is indeed very strong, but she believes that her Twin Axe Dragon will not lose to her opponent!

The two-handed axe dragon roared loudly, raised one foot, and then slammed it down heavily.

The entire battlefield shook violently, and an invisible shockwave rippled outwards.

"Paper Sword, dodge, use Mental Blade!"

Without hesitation, Xiao Huang gave the order to Paper Sword, but Paper Sword really didn't have any good way to deal with earthquakes.

Paper Sword bent his knees slightly, then leaped heavily, avoiding the direct impact of the earthquake.

At the same time, Paper Sword crossed his arms, which were as sharp as blades, and blue superpower energy condensed.

As Paper Sword swung its arms, a cross-shaped spiritual blade hurtled towards the Twin Axe Dragon.

"Dance of the Dragon!"

14 Upon seeing this, Alice smiled and shouted at the Double-Axe Dragon.

Xiao Huang frowned slightly. Dragon Dance is an enhancement skill, and he had just given Alice an opportunity to be enhanced.

The double-axe dragon suddenly began to dance in an ancient and mysterious trajectory, thus avoiding the attack of the mental blade!

"Paper Sword, Holy Sword!"

Xiao Huang's eyes darkened, and he shouted loudly at the Paper Sword.

We can't let Haxorus keep getting stronger, otherwise even the Paper Sword won't be able to deal with it.

The paper sword landed, crouched slightly, and sped off towards the Twin Axe Dragon at an incredible speed!

"Here it comes, Haxorus!"

Alice's expression turned serious, and she gave a stern reminder to the Double-Axe Dragon.

Undoubtedly, she took the Paper Sword very seriously.

Because the Paper Sword's close-combat ability is too strong, and its attack power is also too outstanding.

"Go, Dragon Claw!" Alice clenched her small fist and said emphatically to the Double-Axe Dragon.

There's no reason to be afraid! Even if the Paper Sword is extremely powerful in close combat, my Twin Axe Dragon won't lose to it!

The Double-Axe Dragon stopped its Dragon Dance, its dragon eyes fixed on the Paper Sword, and its crimson claws glowed with a blue light as it charged towards the Paper Sword.

The two sprites charged straight at each other, instantly closing the distance considerably!

"Paper sword control!"

Little Yellow stared intently at the distance between the two elves, then suddenly shouted at Paper Sword.

Paper Sword's arms glowed with blue light, transforming into the shape of two sword blades. Its already extremely fast running speed accelerated once more, and it suddenly approached the Twin Axe Dragon.

Taking advantage of its much shorter stature, Paper Sword slashed fiercely at the waist of the Double Axe Dragon with its right Holy Sword!

Ding!

Paper Sword was slightly taken aback when it saw the dragon claw that blocked its holy sword. This was the first time since it entered the tournament that its surprise attack had been blocked!

Xiao Huang was also slightly startled.

"Little Yellow! Don't underestimate my dragon! Your paper sword is indeed fast, but my double-axe war dragon won't be defeated so easily!"

"Dragon Claw!"

Alice smiled upon seeing this, and breathed a sigh of relief; thankfully, she had blocked it.

While Haxorus is indeed not as fast or agile as Kami-Sword, it can still manage to defend itself thanks to its quick reflexes.

The right hand, which had blocked the paper sword, used its holy sword, and the double-axe dragon claws to tear fiercely at the paper sword.

Without hesitation, Paper Sword leaned back, narrowly avoiding the dragon's claws of the Twin Axe Dragon.

Then, Paper Sword straightened up and, using the momentum, slashed fiercely at the arm of the Double Axe Dragon with the Holy Sword in his left hand!

This time, however, the Twin-Haxed Dragon did not dodge! The Holy Sword struck!

"Double-Haxed Dragon, Dragon Pulse!"

Alice frowned upon seeing this, not expecting that the paper sword could still be operated under these circumstances.

Struck in the arm by the Holy Sword, the Double-Axe War Dragon roared in pain, and a beam of dragon light shot fiercely towards the Paper Sword.

"Get out of the way!"

Paper Sword half-squatted, using the force of its legs to perform a perfectly executed backflip, avoiding the dragon wave of the Twin Axe Dragon.

Meanwhile, to the astonishment of all the spectators, the two holy swords swung down at the Double-Haxe Dragon once more, striking it heavily in the chest!

"Holy crap?" Ash stared at the Paper Mage in shock and couldn't help but exclaim.

It's so impressive it's mind-blowing!

Wide-area destruction!

Alice gritted her teeth and waved her hand loudly at the Double-Hammer Dragon.

You dare to show me that again!

The double-axe dragon roared in fury, the intense pain in its chest fueling its ferocity. Its long tail glowed with a blue light as it lashed out at the paper sword that had not yet hit the ground.

Paper Sword Master retracted his two holy swords and held them in front of him, unleashing a devastating attack that struck him with immense force.

Because it had just finished its attack and the Paper Sword had not yet been able to generate new power, it was directly knocked away by the Double Axe Dragon's wide-area destruction.

The paper sword that had crashed to the ground quickly sprang to its feet and slid a short distance to dissipate the impact.

The clash has briefly ended!

Undoubtedly, in this close combat, Paper Sword gained a huge advantage thanks to its extremely agile maneuvers!

The Holy Sword struck the Double-Haxed Dragon three times! And the only time the Double-Haxed Dragon hit the Paper Sword was with its final, wide-area destruction attack!

"What is this?! How was this paper sword cultivated?"

Mei stared in astonishment and anger at the Paper Sword that had stood up and was exuding a chilling aura. When the Paper Sword Holy Sword was blocked by the Double Axe Dragon, she thought the Double Axe Dragon had it in the bag.

As a result, the Twin Axe Dragon became nothing more than a background element for the Paper Sword.

"The advantage of her small size is being used to its fullest extent... Alice is in trouble."

Touko frowned deeply. Although the Paper Sword's lightning attack was dealt with by the Double Axe Dragon, the Paper Sword's agility was still terrifying.

They can always launch attacks at unexpected moments.

"Double Axe Dragon was completely being shown off by Paper Sword as if he were a complete idiot."

Meanwhile, on Oki Yukinari's side, Shigeru clicked his tongue as he stared at the ferocious-looking Double Axe Dragon in the arena.

Alice's Haxorus is not weak at all; anyone can see that.

Moreover, the Paper Sword's most effective dash attack was also blocked by the Double Axe Dragon!

This also shows that Haxorusaur's explosive power and speed are not slow, but in close combat, Haxorusaur was completely outmatched by Kamitsuki.

"Katana's close-combat ability is too excellent, and Haxorus is also a close-combat type Pokémon, but their training directions are different."

Crimson shook her head and said that although Paper Sword had a complete advantage in the brief battle just now.

However, this does not mean that Paper Sword will necessarily win.

"Alice's Haxorus is clearly geared towards burst damage, but its stamina and defense are not lacking either."

"However, controlling a sword with paper is different."

Green took over Crimson's words, its eyes fixed on the paper sword in the arena.

"Katana is a purely offensive Pokémon; its defense and stamina are not comparable to Haxorusaur."

"If it makes just one mistake and Haxorus seizes the opportunity, the battle will begin to turn in Alice's favor! Unless Haxorus is already running out of energy by then."

……

The battle on the field continued, and indeed, as Qinglu had said, Paper Sword's physical defense was no match for the Twin Axe Dragon.

Therefore, even with the advantage, Xiao Huang was unable to make any bold attacks that could secure victory.

Because any mistake could lead to utter ruin!

Alice understood this as well, and she patiently waited for the opportunity, believing that Xiao Huang would definitely make a decision.

Because this dragging on is not what Xiao Huang wants to see.

And so the battle continued, with both sides attacking and defending in a thrilling and exciting duel, which quickly reached its final stage.

"This is the last one."

Looking at the Double Axe Dragon panting heavily in the arena, and the Paper Sword with its chest heaving slightly on the other side.

Both elves were already very tired.

"Paper Sword, Swallow Return!"

Gritting his teeth, Xiao Huang shouted at Paper Sword, "We can't delay any longer!"
