Chapter 616 Pikachu Loses Battle Ability: Zhi's Fifth Main Pokémon (Seeking Full Subscription)

Dark Lugia!

Gazing at the dark and sinister aura emanating from the legend in the sky, Yukinari Ōki and the others were all astonished. Everyone knew that Bakura possessed a black Lugia.

But they never expected that Dark Lugia would come about in this way.

wrong.

Yukinari Oki frowned. The aura of this Dark Lugia was nowhere near as strong as the one that appeared at the Indigo League.

Its strength is nowhere near that one; this is the second Dark Lugia!

"Huh? Is this Lugia too?"

Compared to Oki Yukinari and the others, Tomokazu on the field was even more surprised, staring incredulously at the extremely evil-looking Dark Lugia in the sky.

He had never seen Lugia like this before.

"I call it Dark Lugia."

Bakura's lips curled up slightly as he smiled slowly at Satoshi.

"Lugia is hailed as the god of the sea, and her pure white body represents holiness and kindness. But this is how the world is; where there is light, there must be shadow."

Bakura raised his head and looked at the eerily quiet dark Lugia. The child's father had been reversed due to special reasons.

Originally, Lugia was not capable of reversing the situation, since the birth of Dark Lugia was truly extraordinary.

Moreover, the side effects are extremely severe; the body will be corrupted by that incredibly violent mind. Even Dark Lugia only slowly recovered with the help of the Evil Face Tablet.

But it's an ugly stone slab!

"This child's father is Dark Lugia, which is perhaps why it is so curious and interested in its father's appearance."

"So I gave it a try, and to my surprise, it actually worked! Although I'm not very skilled at it yet, I can already barely control both forms freely." - 540

Bakura smiled faintly, "Yes, it was with the help of the Evil Face Stone Tablet."

Lugia absorbed a significant amount of energy from the Evil Stone Tablets, and its power was corrupted by them, successfully transforming it into Dark Lugia!

What's most special is that Lugia can freely switch between its two forms.

Unlike its father, Dark Lugia, which always remained in a dark form!

"I see, that's amazing!"

Zhi blinked upon hearing this. Although he was somewhat confused, he could tell that this was a completely new form of Lugia.

That's incredibly awesome!

Thinking of this, Zhi's eyes lit up instantly. Lugia in this form looks incredibly powerful!

"Of course it's amazing, then let's continue, Zhi."

Bakura's smile deepened as he reminded Tomo.

“Come on!” Zhi Gao replied loudly.

Clearly, he was also eager to see the power of Dark Lugia.

The dark, torrential rain fell incessantly, and the pattering sound of the rain subconsciously brought a sense of heaviness to people's hearts.

At this moment, Lugia's pure white feathers turned into eerie black and purple feathers, and her scarlet eyes gave people a chilling sense of déjà vu.

"Lugia, Dark Storm!"

Bakura glanced at Pikachu, who was gripping the ground and ready for battle, then grinned, revealing his white teeth in a somewhat eerie manner.

"Wow~"

Dark Lugia spread its wings and cried out to the sky. Compared to its previous clear cry, Dark Lugia's voice was extremely hoarse and shrill at this moment.

Black energy accumulated in the mouth of Dark Lugia, and a heavy, oppressive atmosphere swept across the entire Manaro Arena.

This pressure is much stronger than before!

"Pikachu, thunder!"

Zhi's eyes narrowed, and he shouted at Pikachu without hesitation.

Pikachu's cheek sacs crackled with electric arcs, and golden lightning flashed continuously across its body.

"Wow!"

With another piercing shriek, a massive black beam of light crashed down from the sky, accompanied by a black storm.

Pikachu, not to be outdone, unleashed its full power.

With a hissing sound, terrifying lightning met Dark Lugia's dark storm.

boom!

The two energies, gold and black, clashed violently in mid-air.

The moment the two attacks collided, a deafening roar erupted, and a powerful shockwave instantly spread outwards, turning the sky completely golden and black.

Unparalleled storms swept in all directions.

"So strong!"

Mei shielded her face with her hands and leaned tightly against her seat, but even so, she felt as if the wind and waves were pressing down on her.

Looking at the sea of gold and black, Mei's beautiful eyes widened.

"This attack power is much stronger than the previous form."

Oki Yukinari also lowered his head, but still couldn't help but exclaim in amazement.

Dark Lugia's attack was clearly much stronger than its previous attacks, demonstrating a significant boost in its offensive capabilities in this form.

"Lugia is a high-level legend that prides itself on its defense, but Dark Lugia is a form that has abandoned its defensive capabilities."

Bakura squinted, his hair whipping wildly in the wind, watching the two colliding attacks.

He possesses both Lugia and Dark Lugia, so naturally he has an excellent understanding of these two Pokémon.

What is difficult for the world to know is that, strictly speaking, Lugia, the god of the sea, is most outstanding in terms of his defensive abilities.

Dark Lugia, on the other hand, abandons its proud defense and becomes a highly offensive Pokémon.

But at this moment, the two attacks clashed head-on, and Pikachu's Thunder was able to withstand the impact of Dark Lugia.

but……

"It will only be for a short while."

Bakura's lips slowly curled up. What he saw at that moment was that the black beam of light had suppressed the golden lightning and was advancing steadily!

"Pikachu, get out of the way!"

Tomoya noticed this and shouted at Pikachu.

Dark Lugia's attacks are clearly too powerful; a direct confrontation is not advisable.

Upon hearing the sound, Pikachu immediately dispersed its thunder and nimbly retreated backward.

The thunder stopped, and the dark storm surged forward, instantly striking the spot where Pikachu had been.

"You think you can escape? You're too naive."

Bakura chuckled lightly, "It's not that simple."

"Wow~"

Dark Lugia's crimson pupils, filled with red light, stared intently at the electric mouse below, while the beams of Dark Storm continued to move towards Pikachu.

The black storm continued to sweep down, making it extremely difficult for Pikachu to move.

After all, Pikachu's body is really too small.

Although Pikachu is indeed strong, it is not heavy!

The attack of the dark storm is getting closer and closer to Pikachu!

"In that case, Pikachu!"

Zhi gritted his teeth. Since the attack couldn't be avoided, then let's hurt each other!

Pikachu ran along, gripping the ground with all four limbs, and finally leaped up, its body crackling with intense lightning that shot into the sky.

thunder!

Above Dark Lugia, lightning was constantly brewing within the heavy rain clouds.

Boom!

With a thunderous roar, a bolt of lightning struck straight down, hitting Dark Lugia directly. The golden lightning almost turned Dark Lugia gold.

At the same time, Pikachu, who had leaped into the air, was also struck by the beam of the dark storm. Pikachu's face showed a look of intense pain as it plummeted to the ground.

"Will it even be time to retaliate?"

Seeing this, Bakura raised an eyebrow and glanced at Dark Lugia, who had been struck by lightning.

Zhi is really decisive. Knowing that Pikachu can't escape, he decisively counterattacked.

That lightning strike was probably quite powerful, after all, although Dark Lugia is a different type from Lugia (Flying and Dark), it is still weak to Electric.

However, compared to the hastily used Thunder, Pikachu, which was hit by the Dark Storm, was obviously more seriously injured.

The thunder and lightning finally dissipated, and Dark Lugia slowly flapped its wings, its crimson eyes flickering slightly.

Although it was struck by lightning, it was in pretty good condition to begin with, so the problem wasn't too serious.

"As expected of you, Zhi. Even in dire straits, you can still make up for some of the losses."

Bakura then looked across and saw that Pikachu had also gotten up, panting slightly, clearly in a bad state.

Dark Lugia's Dark Storm is not so easy to swallow!

"It's not that exaggerated, but Bakura, your Lugia is really strong."

Zhi touched his nose somewhat shyly. Although the battle situation was dire, his mood was indeed not bad.
