The Wind and the Wings of Hogwarts

Scott nodded, reached out and picked up the crown, placing it on his head.
An indescribable coolness enveloped his brain, and he felt that he had instantly gained extremely fast thinking speed and a level of focus he had never experienced before.
Without time to think about anything else, Scott first began to review the "foundational courses" taught by Ravenclaw.
Lesson 1: The development of magic from ancient times to the present.
Lesson 2: An Overview of Modern Magic
Lesson 3: A brief introduction to ancient magic.
Lesson 4: The characteristics and connections of the various disciplines of wizardry.
Lesson 5: Using Magic Correctly.
Lesson Six: Determine Your Direction.
In a very short time, Scott had already reviewed everything that the Ravenclaw instructors had taught in their formal classes.
One new idea after another kept popping into his mind, none of which he had ever thought of before.
Then, he eliminated one idea after another, leaving only the useful or questionable parts.
Although he had barely kept up with Ravenclaw's teaching pace before, it did not mean that he had fully digested the knowledge.
Now, with the help of the crown, just like a computer system's "one-click organization," this knowledge is being stored in categories and then connected to each other.
He has a clear understanding of most of the knowledge he has learned, and has even developed some of his own ideas.
After reviewing the relevant knowledge from the "basic courses," Scott did not stop thinking.
He began to organize his progress in Transfiguration almost seamlessly.
Soon, all the knowledge of Transfiguration he had acquired so far was reviewed.
This feels amazing!
Scott couldn't help but cheer secretly.
It felt like lifting a semi-transparent veil, gaining a clear view.
He has a clearer and more systematic grasp of the knowledge he has already acquired.
After going through the transfiguration, Scott turned his attention to arithmetic divination.
He had some new ideas about this extremely useful skill, but failed after several attempts.
He wanted to see if he could make a breakthrough with the help of the crown.
Soon, a look of surprise flashed in his eyes.
At this point, he already felt his head throbbing, and waves of mental fatigue washed over him.
But Scott still didn't stop.
He quickly opened his notebook and scanned through his notes at lightning speed.
That was the rune circuit deciphered from that old parchment with Ravenclaw's help.
Scott stared intently at the magic rune circuits recorded in his notebook.
He didn't close his notebook and remove the crown until he felt his head was getting dizzy and his thinking was slowing down.
The benefits of using the crown this time were truly great!
A look of surprise flashed in Scott's eyes as he carefully placed the crown on the blue velvet cloth inside the box.
“Professor,” he looked up at Professor Frivi, “I have finished using it.”
Professor Flitwick nodded, waved his wand, and began chanting the obscure incantation once more.
The wooden box on the coffee table slowly closed, the light flowing across its surface before quickly fading away.
Then, the wooden box slowly flew up and landed back in its original position on the bookshelf.
“Scott,” Professor Flitwick said with concern, “you don’t look too well.”
He waved his wand again, and the teapot and cups on the coffee table flew up, pouring Scott a cup of black tea.
At the same time, a small cake with chocolate sauce on top appeared in front of Scott.
"Thank you, Professor. I'm just a little tired."
Scott rubbed his temples, picked up a knife and fork without ceremony, and cut the small cake in half.
He took a bite of cake, then picked up his black tea, took a sip, and let out a sigh of relief.
“You shouldn’t push yourself,” Professor Flitwick advised him. “As for the crown, you can always use it again after you’ve rested.”
Scott was also somewhat annoyed.
All he could say was, "You know, that feeling is so wonderful, it's irresistible."
“Of course, I understand that feeling,” Professor Flitwick smiled.
Scott ate a chocolate cake and drank a cup of hot tea in Professor Flitwick's office, and only left after feeling better.
After leaving Professor Flitwick's office, his earlier excitement at having Ravenclaw as his mentor finally subsided.
With a bountiful harvest, he happily walked out of the castle and stretched in the sunshine.
Chapter 226 The First Trial of the Door Key
The day before the end-of-year exam results were announced, a joyful yet tense atmosphere filled Hogwarts Castle.
Students are both looking forward to the upcoming summer vacation and dreading the release of their exam results.
In the Ravenclaw common room, Scott sat with his legs crossed, casually flipping through a book describing humanoid magical creatures.
Nearby, Roger and Milton were playing Wizards' Chess.
Eddie was muttering incessantly about his exam results.
“Oh, have mercy on me, Eddie!” Roger couldn’t help but complain. “You never seem to care about your studies anyway.”
Eddie couldn't help but emphasize, "I was consistently among the top students in my grade for the past two years!"
As soon as he finished speaking, Scott, Roger, and Milton all stopped what they were doing.
They turned around almost simultaneously, looking at Eddie with surprised expressions.
“Oh, Merlin’s beard! What do you mean by this?” Eddie shouted angrily.
"nothing."
The three men looked at him and almost simultaneously shook their heads, some turning to read books, others to play chess.
"Hey!"
Eddie couldn't help but stand up.
"You all know perfectly well, so why do you look so surprised!"
Scott looked up and thought carefully for a moment before answering him seriously, "Perhaps the impression you usually give us is too deeply ingrained?"
"What impression?" Eddie narrowed his eyes.
“Hmm…” Scott pretended to ponder.
"A shrewd businessman?" Roger replied.
Milton continued, "The King of Gossip?"
Scott nodded in agreement.
"Oh! You three are all bastards!"
Eddie knew perfectly well that his three roommates were teasing him, but he was still furious.
"Ok."
Scott closed the book he was holding and put it aside, then stood up.
He patted Eddie's shoulder perfunctorily.
"It was our fault. We will try our best to remember that you were once a good student."
After saying that, he asked his roommates to put the book back on the shelf in the college library and left the common room.
After closing the door to the common room, shutting out the sounds of Eddie and Roger's playful fight, Scott walked to the window and looked towards the Forbidden Forest.
He saw a large flock of crows flying overhead in the Forbidden Forest, so he turned and quickly walked down the spiral staircase of the tower.
Passing through the courtyard and around the castle, Scott reached the edge of the Forbidden Forest via the back garden.
He made the necessary arrangements at the usual spot, waiting for Rimbaud's arrival.
Rimbaud quickly descended from the sky and stopped in front of him.
Rimbaud said happily, "Scott, three days have passed, and I think this thing is ready to use."
As it spoke, it raised the paw that was holding the glass bottle.
"Thank you, Rimbaud."
Scott reached out and took the glass bottle, opened the cap, and took out the snake necklace.
Then, he put away the glass bottle containing mercury, took out his wand, and used a spell to clean the mercury residue off his hands and necklace.
He held the now-cleaned necklace in his palm and examined it carefully.
On the surface, the silver snake necklace appears unchanged.
With his magical perception, Scott could only tell that the magic contained in the necklace had become slightly more active.
"Rimbaud".
Scott asked Rimbaud as he rewrapped the necklace around his wrist.
How long will it take you to fly back to your territory from here?
Rimbaud seemed to think for a moment, then replied, "If it's a solo, full-power flight, it only takes 20 minutes."
"That's already very far."
Scott nodded.
