"Millie, Mike, you're back!"

The villa door opened, and a woman who looked to be in her forties came out.

She spoke English with an even heavier accent than Ramiro, but she laughed very warmly.

"You must be Scott!"

She rushed over and hugged Scott.

"I'm your Aunt Flora!"

"Hello, Aunt Flora."

As soon as Scott opened his mouth to say hello, Flora grabbed his arm and pulled him into the house.

"Come in quickly, darling, your uncle must want to see you too!"

She turned and winked at Scott.

"You must forgive him for not welcoming you at the door; older men like him are usually quite concerned about saving face."

"Ahem! Ahem!"

Several heavy coughs rang out just in time.

Scott looked in the direction of the sound and saw a man who looked to be around 50 years old sitting on the sofa.

He also had reddish-brown hair, which was meticulously combed back.

His angular face showed no smile, his lips and chin were neatly groomed, and his pursed lips made him look somewhat serious.

So this must be Uncle Caleb.

Chapter 242 is indeed a wizard.

Upon seeing his uncle and aunt, Scott realized that there was a significant age gap between Emilia and her brother Caleb.

Emilia is only 32 years old, but Caleb looks like he's already 50.

“Hello, Uncle Caleb,” Scott greeted the man sitting on the sofa politely.

"Hello, Scott."

Caleb nodded and stood up abruptly.

"Come with me, I want to talk to you alone."

After saying that, he turned and walked towards the stairs leading upstairs.

“Go ahead. I’ve only told your uncle that you’re a wizard,” Emilia whispered in Scott’s ear. “But he doesn’t quite believe me.”

She reached out and took Scott's backpack off, then pursed her lips as she watched Caleb's retreating figure.

Scott nodded knowingly.

He smiled at Emilia and followed Caleb upstairs to a study.

Caleb sat down behind a huge desk and looked up at Scott.

“Sit down.” He gestured for Scott to sit. “Millie said you’re a wizard?”

Scott closed the door behind him and sat down on the sofa next to the desk.

“Yes, Uncle Caleb, I am a wizard,” he answered affirmatively.

“Forgive me, Scott, but to me this is pure fantasy.” Caleb frowned and rubbed his temples. “You have to convince me with facts.”

“No problem.” Scott stood up.

He took out a palm-sized, deformable lizard skin bag from his jeans pocket, reached into the bag, and retrieved his wand.

Caleb watched this scene with some surprise.

Because the length of Scott's wand exceeded the length of the leather bag.

But he didn't say anything.

Clearly, this scene, which is also common in magic tricks, was not enough to convince him.

Scott smiled and took out the severed arm bone and held it in his hand.

He wasn't sure if using magic abroad would be recorded by the Tracks. However, out of caution, he decided it would be safer to sever the Tracks' contract for the time being.

As he channeled magic into his arm bone, the patterns engraved on the white bone immediately lit up.

Scott sensed that the invisible fluctuations emanating from his arm bone had enveloped the study.

Then he began chanting a spell and waved his wand at a book on Caleb's desk.

The Transfiguration Charm enveloped the book, and it began to melt and mold like clay, eventually transforming into a living owl.

"Coo...coo coo..." The owl opened its beak and cooed a few times.

He spread his wings and flew around the study once before landing back on the desk.

Caleb looked at the owl standing on the table, preening its feathers with its beak, and his eyes widened in shock.

“Now I believe it,” he said softly, reaching out to touch the owl’s back. “The feel and temperature are exactly the same as the real thing.”

Scott smiled and nodded, then waved his wand again, turning the owl back into a book.

Then he sat back down on the sofa and put the wand and arm bone back into the leather bag.

"You really are a wizard."

Caleb put the book back in its place and turned to look at Scott.

"This is truly amazing," he exclaimed. "Could it be that your Trolop family has wizarding blood among your ancestors? Or can ordinary people without wizarding blood give birth to wizards?"

“I don’t know the answer to that question,” Scott shook his head.

He couldn't understand whether Muggle-born wizards were born because their ancestors had wizarding blood.

"I still have some questions."

Caleb glanced again at the book that Scott had just transmuted.

"If magic is like this, what's the point of spending seven precious years learning it?"

“This is an innate ability of wizards, and I must learn and master it,” Scott explained. “Of course, magic can do much more than that.”

He casually listed the effects of some spells, as well as some Hogwarts lessons.

Caleb listened attentively and nodded. "It seems my understanding of this world is still too one-sided."

Scott then explained the international secrecy laws promoted by modern wizards.

Caleb nodded thoughtfully after listening.

"Let's end our conversation here for today." He stood up. "I'll talk to you again when I have time later."

The two returned to the living room on the first floor, where Scott sat down next to Flora, who warmly welcomed him.

“Honey, Millie said you’re studying at a boarding school in England all by yourself?” Flora asked Scott.

As she spoke, she gave Emilia and Michael a disapproving look.

“I don’t know what your parents are thinking. If you ask me, you should transfer here as soon as possible.”

As she spoke, she pointed to Ramiro, who had just entered, and said, "You can go to the high school your cousin graduated from."

"High school?" Ramiro said with a smile. "That would be perfect. Adriana and Ramos graduated from that high school too."

“Adelina and Ramos are your cousins,” Flora said. “But they’re both married and don’t live here. They’ll see you at dinner.”

Scott nodded in understanding.

“You should learn Spanish as soon as possible.” Ramiro sat down next to Scott. “It will make things much easier.”

He winked at Scott, letting him know that when he said "convenient," he probably meant convenient to meet girls.

Scott actually knows some Spanish, which Emilia taught him when he was a child.

He didn't think too much about it at the time and just learned the foreign language casually.

Upon hearing Ramiro's words, he began to speak to Ramiro in his not-so-fluent Spanish: "I know a little Spanish, or rather, only some simple daily conversations."

“That’s enough.” Ramiro was pleased to hear him speak Spanish and immediately switched languages.

Flora then switched to Spanish, "How about it, darling? We'll get your enrollment sorted out very soon."

Scott shook his head. "I'm used to my current school."

Flora disagreed, saying, "Scott, you're still a minor. You shouldn't be left alone in England."

Scott was in a dilemma.

At this moment, Caleb spoke.

“Don’t interfere with the child’s own choices,” he told Flora.

"You're so boring!"

Flora rolled her eyes at Caleb with an air of elegance.

Then she smiled warmly at Scott and said, “Honey, I’ll go prepare dinner for you.”

With that, she stood up and went to the kitchen with Emilia.

Next, Caleb asked Scott in fluent English, in a serious tone, questions about whether he was adjusting to school and whether his classmates were easy to get along with.

Of course, Scott could tell that his questions had a deeper meaning; many of them were actually attempts to probe the current state of the magical world.

It seems Emilia has already told Caleb why they left England.

Scott set aside the magic part and gave a general answer to his question.
