And so the two groups of people in the ward began to hurl insults at each other.

Scott and Eddie looked at each other, then simply sat on the stools and watched the spectacle.

A short while later, Mrs. Pomfrey hurriedly entered the ward.

"Shut up! Be quiet!" she roared angrily. "If you make any more noise, I'll have your dean take you away and deduct 100 points from each of you!"

Clearly, in the school hospital, Mrs. Pomfrey was the undisputed queen; wherever her gaze fell, everyone fell silent.

After she turned to leave, Fred whispered to Scott and Eddie, "The rest is up to you."

He raised his bandaged right hand and shook it; the surface of his arm now looked like rough old tree bark.

“We might not be discharged until the day after tomorrow. It’s so boring here,” George said. “If there’s any new information, please remember to share it with us.”

Incidentally, his skin is now blue, and he has grown some scales on his face.

“Understood, Mr. Tree Man, Mr. Blue Man,” Scott said. “But I don’t think you’ll be bored here.”

Eddie couldn't help but laugh. "You guys are making quite a scene here. If it weren't for Mrs. Pomfrey keeping an eye on things, you would definitely be fighting again."

“Oh no, Professor McGonagall has confiscated everyone’s wands,” Fred said.

George added, "We have to write her a 12-inch apology after she's discharged before we can get her wand back."

Scott laughed and said to Fred, "Maybe you could grow new branches on your arm to whip them?"

“Great idea, what about me?” George asked with great interest.

Scott replied, "Just open your mouth and bite. You look like a venomous snake now."

“No, don’t describe me as a snake,” George retorted sensitively.

"How about blue poison dart frogs?" Eddie suggested.

George nodded. "That sounds a little better than a viper."

Scott and Eddie left the school infirmary after a short time.

"I haven't fully figured out that set of magic runes yet, I need to continue my research."

He said something to Eddie, then went up to the eighth floor alone and entered the Requirement Room.

Good morning, Scott.

This time, the girl Helena in the painting greets Scott first.

"Good morning." Scott looked at her. "You seem to be in a good mood today?"

"It's alright," Helena replied somewhat perfunctorily.

She walked unhurriedly into the landscape painting in front of Scott.

"Today is the day Medea destroys the last Horcrux, isn't it?" she asked Scott.

Scott nodded. "That's what she announced, in the newspaper."

The entire painting began to move, and Helena remained silent.

Scott didn't open the door immediately, but asked her curiously, "Did Dumbledore go?"

"Why are you asking me?" Helena turned to look at him.

Scott replied, “The portraits in the castle always know a lot, and your information is always very good.”

“Dumbledore isn’t in the castle. He wasn’t yesterday,” Helena said before walking out of the painting.

Scott then went into the inner room and began to work out the rune circuits under Ravenclaw's guidance.

“This isn’t a new rune circuit,” Ravenclaw says to Scott in the painting. “I mean, the main rune circuit already existed in our time.”

Scott listened attentively to her story.

“In the past, we also used alchemical items to record what was happening,” the Ravenclaw in the painting continued, “but back then we didn’t have telescopes, and the rune circuits we used weren’t as sophisticated as they are now.”

She only briefly mentioned this point before focusing on analyzing the set of magical runes extracted from the panoramic telescope.

"The main element of this set of magic rune circuits is [Record], which is nested with [Loop], [Speed], and [Control]. In fact, there are four different magic rune circuits in total."

Ravenclaw began his in-depth yet easy-to-understand explanation.

"Starting with the simplest [speed], you've already learned this magic rune circuit..."

It wasn't until noon that he finally obtained the complete set of magic runes.

Next, he consulted Ravenclaw about how to transfer, store, and edit the images recorded by the panoramic telescope.

Ravenclaw had probably never done anything like this before, and could only offer him a few ideas.

Afterwards, Scott left the Room of Requirement, had lunch in the auditorium, and then, as usual, went to consult Professor Babling.

Despite having a Ravenclaw tutor, Scott never gave up the opportunity to consult with Professor Babling once a week.

This is not just about not wasting the opportunity that Professor Flitwick had fought for him.

Ravenclaw tutors and Professor Babling are different; they live in different eras and have different focuses in their research on ancient runes, but both can greatly help Scott's studies.

Even his Ravenclaw tutor supported Scott continuing to consult with Professor Barbling.

"Times are moving forward, and everyone has different wisdom," Ravenclaw said.

After leaving Professor Barbling, Scott did not return to the Room of Requirement.

Now that he's become more and more proficient, he can digest the knowledge he learns in a week much faster, and he no longer needs to exert himself to the utmost every weekend.

He went alone to the "Joke Props Workshop" in the secret passage, wanting to use the Weasley twins' tools to test his newly acquired rune circuits, and also to see if the methods of transferring, storing, and editing would work.

This was no easy task, and Scott didn't make any progress until dinner time.

After dinner, Scott and Eddie headed toward the Forbidden Forest.

"I can't believe neither the Daily Prophet nor the Evening Prophet published anything about it today!" Eddie complained as he walked. "Is the Ministry of Magic trying to cover it up?"

"Who knows?" Scott didn't think too much about it. "We'll know when our warriors come back."

Eddie wasn't so optimistic about this. "I don't know if our plan will succeed. If those panoramic telescopes are discovered... they might already be destroyed."

Scott had no idea what to do about it, saying, "It's all about luck these days."

"Hopefully we'll be lucky."

As they spoke, the two walked to the garden located behind the castle.

Scott suddenly stopped and called out twice to a bush in the garden, "Good evening, Mr. Tree Man, Mr. Blue Man."

Two figures wearing black cloaks and hoods emerged furtively from behind the bushes.

"good evening."

Fred and George waved to Scott and Eddie.

"How did you two get out here?" Eddie asked in surprise.

“After all, our symptoms don’t actually affect our activities,” George said, kicking his legs and twisting his waist nimbly.

“It’s just that this hand of mine isn’t quite obeying me.” Fred held up the hand that had turned into old tree bark.

“Aren’t you afraid of angering Mrs. Pomfrey?” Scott walked up to the two men and said with a smile, “Be careful she doesn’t prepare the worst-tasting potion for you.”

“No way.” George laughed, his blue face looking particularly eerie in the shadows beneath his hood.

“He meant that Mrs. Pomfrey’s medicine was already bad enough and wouldn’t get any worse,” Fred said.

"Then let's go." Scott didn't try to persuade the two to go back.

“We might have to wait there for a long time,” Eddie emphasized to the two. “Those eagles might not come back today, and the showdown between the witch and the demon king might even be tonight.”

"It's alright."

"We just want to see it as soon as possible."

Fred and George did not back down.

"We ran away under the pretext of going to the toilet."

"Percy, Ron, and Ginny don't know."

“I mean,” Eddie continued, “if you don’t go back for a long time, Mrs. Pomfrey will definitely tell Professor McGonagall.”

"Oh……"

"Well……"

Fred and George hesitated.

"No, it's nothing compared to seeing those images firsthand."

"What a coincidence, that's what I was thinking too!"

The two quickly convinced themselves.

“What if Professor McGonagall can’t find you either?” Scott said in a threatening tone. “I bet she’ll notify your parents.”

"Oh……"

"Well……"

Fred and George both stopped in their tracks.

Scott and Eddie also stopped and looked at the two.

Fred asked George, "Do you think Mom will just come straight to Hogwarts? Or will she just send us a yelling letter?"

“I think she’s gotten used to it,” George said. “She’ll probably give us a good talking-to when we come home for summer vacation.”

"You're right, how much longer is summer vacation?"

"There are still several months to go."

"Maybe she'll forget about it in the next few months; Mom has too many things to worry about."

"You're right, so what do we have to be afraid of?"

"Of course I'm not afraid."

"go!"

"go!"
