"what is this?"

"Is it the same thing as that big mirror?"

The crowd began to ask questions.

“Pretty much.” Scott nodded. “This is a low-cost alternative to the [Magic Mirror], the [Magic Crystal Player], which can also be used to watch the promotional video from earlier!”

As he spoke, he pointed to the "player" in his hand.

Music started playing, and a promotional video began playing on the [Magic Crystal Player] in his hand, attracting everyone's attention.

Eddie grinned and said, "[Magic Crystal Player], it comes with the first promotional video for Ravenclaw School, which you can watch repeatedly. If you're interested, contact me to place an order!"

Someone was immediately tempted, "How much?"

Eddie held up one finger.

"One Galleon? That's too expensive!"

"I can't afford it!"

"I can't afford it either."

“No!” Eddie quickly said, “The [Magic Crystal Player] costs 10 silver scissors each.”

"10 silver sieves? You can really buy what you have?" Ethan looked at Eddie suspiciously. "You didn't cut corners, did you? Judging from the name of this so-called player, it's made of crystal, right? Crystal doesn't come cheap."

"Of course, we only used some cheap crystal powder. Besides, we're not doing this to make money!" Eddie said righteously.

"Then tell me, why?" Ethan asked jokingly.

"Of course it's for better publicity for our academy!" Eddie said matter-of-factly. "What's wrong with charging you a little for operating costs? Do you expect Scott and me to foot the bill for something like this?"

Those classmates who knew Eddie well twitched their lips in disgust.

"While I believe Scott didn't do this to make money, Eddie is out of the question."

"Who doesn't know how much Eddie loves making money?"

"He must have gotten the rights to sell this player because he shared a dorm room with Scott."

"What kind of player is this? It's probably a defective product he made by imitating Scott's 'Magic Mirror'."

Eddie was furious upon hearing this and glared at Scott from afar.

He held up the player in his hand, facing the crowd, and shouted, "Look at this! The clarity is no worse than a large mirror on the wall. It's 10 silver dollars each. Do you think you can fool me?"

He enthusiastically promoted the player, endlessly boasting about it.

In a short time, quite a few people started signing their names on the reservation list.

Chapter 355 Profession, Spotlight, Collapse

That night in the dormitory, Scott and his roommates were chatting in their beds.

"A total of 52 people have booked the [Magic Crystal Player] tonight," Eddie said excitedly. "I think if we take the promotional video to the auditorium, maybe other people will be interested."

Roger expressed skepticism, "Would people from other houses buy a Ravenclaw promotional video?"

Eddie said confidently, "But isn't a video player interesting? It's something that has never existed in the wizarding world before."

At this point, he sat up abruptly in bed and said to Scott, "Scott, let's put that big mirror in the auditorium tomorrow!"

“Whatever,” Scott said. “That big mirror only plays videos; it can’t be edited or cut, and nothing will happen to it.”

“Then I’m going to get started,” Eddie said. “Not just to sell promotional videos, but also to get people familiar with this kind of entertainment.”

Roger asked him, "What do you want to do?"

“This might be a way to make money in the long run,” Eddie said enthusiastically. “As long as we keep producing interesting content, we can keep making money. Of course, this is just the current approach.”

Scott asked him, "You want to start a magical entertainment company?"

“That’s certainly an idea,” Eddie said with even more excitement. “With your technology and creativity, we could even create movie theaters in the wizarding world in the future. Of course, if we can find a way to connect the screens, we could also make television stations.”

Roger laughed and said, "If you can create a wizarding television station, you can control public opinion in the wizarding world."

“That’s a great idea,” Milton complimented.

Scott also encouraged him, saying, "Go for it, I support you."

"Aren't you going to do it with me?" Eddie asked in surprise.

However, Scott was not interested in such things.

He smiled and said, "As I said, I only made the promotional video for fun. Of course, I can provide you with technical support."

“Alright then, consider it your technology as equity investment,” Eddie muttered, then asked Milton and Roger, “What about you guys?”

Milton said, "Sorry, Eddie, I've already thought about what I'm going to do in the future. Remember what I said last Halloween?"

“Oh, I remember,” Eddie sighed. “You’re going to pursue a musical career in the Muggle world.”

“Yes.” Milton’s tone was firm.

Eddie sighed again and didn't try to persuade him.

Roger said, "It's too early now. Let's talk about it after graduation."

“Okay.” Eddie clicked his tongue. “Speaking of which, you don’t actually think you can become a professional Quidditch player, do you?”

Roger immediately objected when he heard this, "Why can't I become a professional player?"

"What do you think?" Eddie chuckled twice. "Your skill level doesn't have much room for improvement, but you're still a bit behind real professional players."

Roger was speechless, but he wasn't really angry either. Instead, he said, "I haven't decided what I want to do in the future."

Milton asked, "Are Eddie and I the only ones who have figured out what to do after graduation? Scott, what about you?"

"Are we discussing future career plans?" Scott said lazily. "My profession is a wizard."

Eddie lay back down, chuckling several times, "Oh, this joke isn't funny at all."

Milton said softly, "I think Scott means that he wants to continue down the path of magic."

Roger told Scott, "If you want to continue studying magic more deeply, perhaps you could join the Department of Mysteries at the Ministry of Magic."

“No, I don’t want to become a so-called Silence.” Scott yawned. “Anyway, after graduation I’ll travel around and see different kinds of magic in the world.”

Upon hearing his words, the other three fell silent for a moment.

After a long pause, Eddie said, "It's dangerous. If you're going to travel to different places, you're bound to come into contact with a lot of dangerous people."

Scott chuckled. "I think I'm a dangerous person myself."

Roger's tone was filled with longing and regret, "It sounds great, but if it were me, I probably couldn't do it."

Milton said seriously, "Scott, you have the greatest magical talent among us. Perhaps you really can become a powerful wizard like Dumbledore."

“Who knows?” Scott’s tone was casual, but his eyes were firm. “But I will try my best.”

The next morning, when Scott got up, he found that Eddie was no longer in the dorm room.

"Good morning," Roger, who had also just woken up, greeted.

Seeing Scott looking at Eddie's bed, he said, "That kid must have already moved that big mirror to the auditorium."

Scott smiled helplessly. "He's only this enthusiastic when it comes to making money."

When they arrived at the auditorium for breakfast, they indeed saw Eddie fiddling with the large mirror in front of the auditorium.

He even made a wooden stand for the mirror.

“It was fine when it was played in the Ravenclaw common room,” Scott told Roger and Milton, “but when it was played in front of the whole school… I suddenly felt a little ashamed.”

“Me too,” Milton said.

“A little,” Roger said.

But Eddie and the other Ravenclaws clearly didn't see it that way. Several Ravenclaw students were helping Eddie, and many others were even showing off to students from other houses they knew.

Eddie turned around and waved happily when he saw his three roommates, but Scott and the other two ignored him and sat down at the long table, waiting for breakfast without looking at each other.

A short while later, Scott heard the Weasley twins shouting.

"Oh, George! Look! The Ravenclaw guys are so smug!"

"Oh, Fred! Don't worry! We won't let them be so smug for long!"

The two guys deliberately stood behind Scott and talked loudly.

"What are we doing? Is there anything fun about this big mirror?" their brother Ron asked curiously.

“Just you wait, Ron,” Fred said defiantly. “It’s the Ravenclaws showing off their house, but we won’t lose to them.”

George also said, "We'll make something even better!"

Because Scott never hid anything from them, the twins had seen the finished product of the promotional video.

However, their answers only confused Ron more.

He told Harry, "I can't understand what they're saying either."

Just then, Eddie had already put the mirror away and returned to the long table with several Ravenclaws.

Music started playing.

Harry exclaimed, "Oh! There's an image in the mirror! Just like a television!"

Scott turned around. "Excuse me, are you all required to stand behind me and talk the whole time?"

"of course."

"We'll stand right here!"

Fred and George made faces at him.

The trailer playing in the large mirror drew the attention of everyone in the auditorium.

"Ravenclaw School promotional video 'Superhuman Wisdom,' produced by Scott Trollope..." Harry read a couple of lines before looking at Scott. "Scott, is that you? You guys invented the Magical Television?"

"How did you do that?" Hermione squeezed next to Harry, staring intently at Scott. "What magic did you use?"

“The panoramic telescope,” Scott said. “Ron knows it, right?”

Hermione and Harry immediately stared at Ron.
