The Wind and the Wings of Hogwarts

“Of course it’s the business of the [Magic Mirror] and the [Player].” George’s words came out in a deliberately affected, obsequious tone.
Fred quickly followed up, "We hope that Mr. Trollope will authorize the Weasley Joke Shop to sell these two items that come with the [Magic Camera]."
Scott was somewhat speechless. "I remember your Weasley Joke Shop doesn't exist yet."
But Fred and George were very confident.
“We’ll save enough money!” Fred said, “before we graduate.”
Scott laughed. "I have no objection. Of course I can authorize you. Anyway, I'm not planning to do business myself, and I trust you won't lie to me."
His philosophy has always been to be a hands-off owner, a major shareholder who only collects money and doesn't manage anything.
Fred and George were immediately delighted.
Scott then suggested that they could work with Eddie.
After all, Eddie's current dream is to establish a new type of media company that has never existed before, to challenge the outdated news landscape of the wizarding world, which is dominated by print media and lacks entertainment options.
Fred and George readily agreed, and they immediately decided to go and have a good talk with Eddie about the future.
After saying goodbye to them, Scott walked towards the back of the castle.
He planned to take advantage of the free time that day to visit his oak cabin in Raven Territory and see Rimbaud, who had now become completely wild.
But his plan encountered obstacles.
Because he encountered Miss Glapland, who was taking a walk with her little Thestral, outside the Forbidden Forest.
Because the environment outside the Forbidden Forest was so open, by the time Scott sensed Grapland, the other man had already seen him from afar.
"Hello, Scott!"
Grapland waved enthusiastically at him.
Although he wasn't particularly keen on dealing with the woman, Scott approached her anyway.
"Hello, Miss Grappleland."
While greeting him, his gaze remained fixed on the Thestral, which had grown considerably larger.
Thestrals seemed to remember Scott, and greeted him with a snort.
“The little guy has grown a lot, and it’s very healthy,” Grapland said with some pride. “I’ve taken good care of it, haven’t I?”
“That’s true,” Scott complimented her.
But seeing the Thestral and Grapland's intimate interaction, Scott completely believed what Luna had said earlier.
This Thestral has indeed been tamed by Grapple.
“That’s remarkable, Miss Grapland,” Scott said tentatively. “Before this, only Professor Hagrid among the British wizards had ever tamed such a magical creature.”
“No, I did not tame it,” Grapland denied outright.
She reached out and touched the Night Stinger's thin, bony neck, smiling gently. "This little guy and I are just closer."
Scott smiled noncommittally and did not refute.
Grapland continued, "I would never try to tame any magical creatures. I like Mr. Scamander's philosophy, and I would only try to befriend them. Of course, Mr. Scamander is the most successful one in this regard."
“Mr. Scamander is indeed an admirable expert on magical creatures,” Scott said, offering a perfunctory compliment.
At the same time, he didn't take Grapple's words seriously.
Of course, he wasn't targeting Mr. Scamander; his praise of the gentleman was genuine.
He simply didn't believe that Grapland shared the same ideas as Mr. Scamander.
Do you enjoy making friends with magical creatures?
He would have almost believed her lies if he hadn't known that this woman had attacked centaurs in order to earn academic credits.
Grapland clearly understood that her words wouldn't fool Scott, so she quickly moved on from the topic and changed the subject.
"How was it?" she asked Scott with a smile.
Scott gave her a questioning look.
Grapland said, "I mean, how do you feel after joining the Scholars Union?"
“Not very good.” Scott didn’t mince words. “After trying it once, I haven’t opened the Book of Prometheus for days.”
"how is this possible?"
Grapland clearly didn't believe Scott either.
"You did this on purpose?" She looked Scott up and down suspiciously. "Don't you want to owe me a favor because of that?"
Scott remained expressionless and said calmly, "I remember there was only one transaction between us, Miss Glapland. A transaction based on an equal magical contract. No one owes anyone a favor."
“You cunning lad.” Grapland’s gaze at Scott was somewhat unfriendly. “You’re not going to admit it after you’ve received the benefits?”
“I didn’t get anything out of it,” Scott said.
Grapland raised his left hand, took a deep drag on his pipe, and slowly exhaled the smoke.
She calmed herself down before continuing to say to Scott, "Let's not talk about the credits I paid, because that's something I promised myself."
She tapped her pipe.
"My decision to recruit you into the Scholars' Alliance is enough for you to thank me, kid. The Scholars' Alliance isn't an organization that just anyone can join! Isn't the [Book of Prometheus] enough benefit for you?"
Scott remained unmoved.
"Let's not even talk about whether you have the authority to recruit new people independently in the Scholars' Alliance..."
He spoke coldly, while carefully observing Grapland's reaction.
Sure enough, Grapland's eyes flickered slightly when he heard him say those words.
Scott instantly confirmed his guess—
The decision to recruit him into the scholars' alliance was not made by the woman in front of him, but by someone else.
He continued, "[The Book of Prometheus] wasn't that helpful to me."
Before Grapland could refute him, he explained his reasons.
"Regarding magic, I have a clear plan for my future path, and I have also gained the approval of the professors."
"And for now, the knowledge I need to learn can be obtained at Hogwarts, without the help of the Book of Prometheus."
"If that's the case, why should I go to great lengths to find obscure knowledge that I might not even need to earn credits? For me, that would be a complete waste of time and not worth it."
Grapland was somewhat taken aback by his answer.
Scott thought this was normal, since the woman didn't know what kind of luxurious educational resources she could enjoy at Hogwarts.
She continued to refute Scott's words, "Indeed, Hogwarts can teach you basic and advanced knowledge, which is enough for you now. But what about the future? You are a Muggle-born wizard, where will you obtain more advanced and esoteric knowledge?"
Scott burst out laughing.
He asked Grapland, "Among the scholars, are there any better Charms masters than Professor Flitwick? Or, are there any better Transfigurations masters than Professor Dumbledore and Professor McGonagall?"
Grapland got stuck.
Clearly, she couldn't name anyone more authoritative in the fields of spells and transfiguration than these three professors.
“Believe it or not, these three professors will not refuse any of my requests for instruction,” Scott added. “You’ve probably heard that the kind Professor Flitwick will even take the time to train my dueling skills.”
Grapland immediately shut his mouth.
Scott just smiled again.
He thought with a touch of pride that he had already silenced Grapland before even bringing up Ravenclaw.
"So, whether or not there is the Book of Prometheus is not that important to me."
He shrugged.
Although... [The Book of Prometheus] wasn't really as useless as he claimed, he couldn't let Grapple take advantage of him.
Scott waved, walked past Grapland, and went straight into the Forbidden Forest.
Chapter 388 The Guardian Curse Finally Successfully Performed
Scott walked into the Forbidden Forest.
In his magical perception, Grapland remained standing still.
At the same time, he could also feel the woman's gaze fixed on him.
But Grapland didn't say anything more, and Scott didn't turn around.
He walked a distance into the depths of the Forbidden Forest, and after confirming with his magical senses that no one was around, he channeled his magic into the silver snake-shaped necklace on his left wrist, instantly leaping across the distance.
In the blink of an eye, Scott was already standing deep in the forest, far from the Forbidden Forest, in Raven Territory surrounded by oak trees.
"Gah! Gah gah..."
His sudden appearance startled the crows in the surrounding oak trees, and instantly, their unpleasant cawing rose and fell.
"quack……"
Several crows flew down from the tree and circled around him.
“Isn’t Rimbaud here?” Scott asked. “Go and call him back.”
"quack……"
The crows clearly understood his meaning; after cawing a few times, they flew directly into the sky.
After Scott looked up and watched them disappear from his sight, he took his flying broom from the shapeshifting lizard skin bag and flew towards the top of the largest oak tree.
As he ascended to a certain height, the oak cabin, which had been hidden by magic, suddenly appeared before his eyes.
Scott stepped onto the wooden floor under the eaves, leaving several clear footprints in the dust.
He put down the broom, took out his wand, and began cleaning.
Fortunately, the interior of the cabin was much cleaner than the exterior, and since the cabin was small, he quickly finished cleaning.
Scott took the bedding out of the cupboard, made the bed, and lay down on the bed with his arm as a pillow.
Just as he was clearing his mind and drifting off to sleep, he suddenly felt a vibration in his chest.
