"Oh! I don't think Luna needs anyone to take her home in this village where she's lived for over a decade!"

"No! I think he wants to make up for that duel with Mr. Lovegood!"

Scott and Luna ignored their banter.

"Our home is on the north side of the village."

On the quiet country road, Luna skipped ahead, with Scott following behind her, hands in his pockets.

“Have you been in contact with Savannah lately?” Scott asked.

Luna nodded. "Of course, we keep in touch often."

“I want to go again,” Scott said, “to the Oak Sea guarded by the Doherty family.”

Luna stopped and turned to look at him.

"Oh, you want to explore the passage to Avalon?"

Scott told her, "You may not know this, but Medea has fallen into a deep sleep because of Voldemort's curse. If I want to do something, now is the best time."

“Do you want to go alone?” Luna stared directly at Scott with her silver-grey eyes. “I don’t think that’s a good idea.”

Scott smiled. "Of course I had to contact Savannah beforehand. Without her guidance, I wouldn't have dared to venture into the Druids' territory alone."

Luna shook her head.

"Ask Savannah first. Of course, even if there are no problems with Savannah, you'd better not go alone."

She turned around and took a few more steps forward, then turned back again.

"Have you forgotten again? I remember you told me that the professors all know about your situation and they are all very willing to help you."

“Sorry.” Scott paused for a moment, then laughed. “I think I really did forget.”

"It's okay, you're just not used to asking for help."

Luna smiled slightly and continued skipping forward.

Scott started walking again and followed behind her.

The two walked past a wheat field and then climbed over a small hill.

That's my home.

Luna pointed to another, even higher hill in the distance.

Scott looked up and saw a bizarre house standing on the hilltop, like a giant black cylinder, with a ghostly moon hanging in the summer morning sky behind it, and a rather messy garden surrounding the house.

"Very imaginative."

Scott looked at the fake moon hanging behind the house.

“Isn’t that interesting?” Luna said proudly. “My dad made it after I was born because of my name.”

The two walked down the hill together and then began to climb back up.

“I will help you contact Savannah,” Luna said. “We should be able to get a reply from her soon.”

“Then I will discuss this with Professor Frivy later,” Scott said.

Before long, they arrived at the broken gate of the courtyard.

Three hand-painted signs were nailed to the door.

[Editor-in-Chief of Quibbles: X. Lovegood]

Please choose a bunch of mistletoe yourself.

[Don't touch the airship Li]

"Let's go inside!"

Luna pushed open the creaking courtyard gate.

Ahead was a winding path, with all sorts of strange plants on both sides.

All the plants were growing wildly, without any signs of pruning.

Scott saw a shrub covered with small, orange-red, radish-shaped fruits that Luna wore as earrings.

Passing through the garden, two lush crabapple trees stand guard on either side of the front gate, their branches adorned with large canopies of mistletoe flowers adorned with white beads.

A small owl with a slightly flattened head, somewhat resembling an eagle's head, was perched on a branch, tilting its head to look at them.

Luna waved to the owl and walked to a heavy black door first.

The door had iron nails embedded in it, and an eagle-shaped door knocker.

"Welcome back, Luna."

The eagle-shaped door knocker spoke, and the door opened automatically.

"Come in quickly, Scott."

Luna jumped into the room and turned to Scott.

"Sorry to bother you."

Scott stepped inside and was immediately struck by a dizzying sensation.

The first floor of the house looks like a kitchen, but it's the strangest kitchen Scott has ever seen.

Because the house is perfectly round, once you enter it, it feels like you're inside a giant pepper shaker.

What caught Scott's eye was the house's strikingly eccentric interior style—

Everything in sight was made in an arc shape to fit the walls, including the stove, sink, and cupboard.

In addition, the walls are covered with flowers, insects and birds in vibrant primary colors, creating a strong visual impact.

In the center of the room was a cast-iron spiral staircase, from which came clattering and clanging sounds, creating a lively atmosphere.

Scott couldn't help but look up.

"Oh, that's the sound of the printing press. My dad is printing his magazine."

Luna explained as she led him upstairs.

The second floor seems to be both a living room and a workspace, and it looks even messier than the kitchen.

The room was still a standard circle, piled high with all sorts of odds and ends.

The things that seem to have been hidden away over many centuries make this place look like the room where things are hidden in the Room of Requirement.

Every surface was covered with piles of books and papers, making Scott feel like he didn't know where to step.

Not only underfoot, but also on the ceiling of the room, hung various exquisite animal models, all constantly flapping their wings or moving their mouths.

Scott followed Luna through the clutter and saw Mr. Lovegood's back.

At that moment, he was standing bent over next to a huge machine.

It was a wooden thing with many magically rotating gears, looking like a monster hybrid of a workbench and a pile of old shelves.

At this moment, this old machine, which looked like it could collapse at any moment, was emitting unpleasant noises while uttering one song after another, "Singing a Different Tune".

"dad."

Luna stepped forward and picked up a new magazine from the ground.

"Oh, I can't wait to start reading it!"

"Luna, you're back?"

Mr. Lovegood turned around and gave Luna a kind smile.

But when he saw Scott was there, his expression changed instantly.

"Oh, and you too, the boy who's supposedly a genius."

At that moment, his gaze toward Scott was filled with unspeakable disdain.

“Excuse me, Mr. Lovegood, I’ve come to take Luna home.” Scott smiled politely. “I’m Scott, Scott Trollope.”

Mr. Lovegood nodded slowly.

“I remember your name, boy, but I don’t like it.” He raised his chin and said slowly, “Thank you for taking Luna home. Of course, you could have just taken her to the gate of the yard.”

You're welcome, sir.

Scott continued to smile, as if he hadn't heard anything other than "Thank you for taking Luna home."

His performance left Mr. Lovegood somewhat dumbfounded.

He seemed to have never met such a shameless person before, and was momentarily stunned.

"Oh, Daddy."

Luna, who was flipping through a magazine, suddenly snapped out of her reverie.

"You continue with your work, we have something else to do."

As she spoke, she took Scott's hand and led him toward the spiral staircase.

Scott glanced back and saw Mr. Lovegood standing motionless, his face frozen in disbelief, as if he had been petrified.

Scott couldn't bear to look any longer and followed Luna past a strange half-length stone statue by the window, up to the third floor.

“This is my room,” Luna introduced to Scott.

The room was carpeted in light blue, and there was a large photograph beside the bed of young Luna embracing a woman who looked very much like her.

“That’s me and my mom,” Luna said softly as she walked up to the photo. “She left us because of a failed magic experiment.”

Before Scott could say anything to comfort her, she smiled and said, "But it's okay, I still have my dad, and I always believe we'll meet again."

“Of course,” Scott said somewhat dryly.

"Oh, let's write a letter!"

Luna walked to the desk, sat down, and handed the magazine in her hand to Scott.

"You can take a look at this first."

"Thank you."

Scott reached out and took the magazine, his eyes falling on the portrait on the table.
