The Wind and the Wings of Hogwarts

Luna said she recently learned a magical ritual that would surely bring Scott good luck.
These gestures were very heartwarming, and Scott made a point of thanking them one by one.
On November 23, the night before the competition, Scott and his teammates gathered in the tower's common lounge to chat.
“It’s a pity,” Fred said. “The competition is strictly confidential, and I haven’t been able to get any useful clues.”
Roger continued, "I haven't found anything here either. The students at Beauxbatons don't know anything about the competition either. I asked Audrey and Ann in seventh grade, Belt, Katrin, and Sophie in sixth grade... and a few others, anyway..."
He shrugged.
"If I heard you correctly, that string of names you're talking about are all girls' names?" Kachini rolled his eyes. "Are you gathering information or picking up girls?"
"Of course, it's all done at the same time. Getting to know girls doesn't interfere with gathering information, or rather, this is how I gather information," Roger said shamelessly.
“If we can’t find out anything, then so be it. According to tradition, it’s nothing more than fighting dangerous magical creatures or overcoming obstacles,” Scott said.
Although he still remembered that the first match of the Triwizard Tournament in the original story required facing a fire dragon, the organizer had now changed to France, so it might not be the same.
"Oh, well, just keep that in mind," Roger said.
November 24th, Thanksgiving, Thursday.
The day has finally come.
Early in the morning, when Scott stepped out of his dormitory, he found the rest of the Hogwarts delegation waiting in the common room.
When he appeared, all eyes were on him.
“There are a lot of people outside.” Ethan turned to look out the window. “I mean, the spectators who came specifically to watch the game have started to arrive.”
The others also chimed in with their own opinions.
"Oh, Scott, are you alright?"
"I hope you're not nervous."
Will your family come to watch the game?
"Oh, it's okay, we'll cheer you on!"
Scott was momentarily at a loss for whose question to answer.
"Alright, alright," Roger clapped his hands. "Let our warriors eat their fill before they go on the field!"
"please."
Fred pretended to lead the way.
They arrived on the first floor laughing and joking, where the house-elves had already prepared a sumptuous breakfast for them.
During the meal, everyone urged Scott to eat more.
After Scott had eaten and drunk his fill, there was a knock on the tower door.
Fred ran to open the door and found Lucio standing there.
Good morning, guests of Hogwarts.
Lucio stood in the doorway, a smile on his face.
"Because I am quite familiar with you, Mrs. Maxim has appointed me as your guide today, responsible for leading you to the competition venue."
“Oh, we haven’t seen Dumbledore. Has he already gone to the tournament?” Fred asked.
“That’s right, Professor Dumbledore is a member of the judging panel, and they’ve already gone over there,” Lucio said.
“Let’s go then.” Scott stood up.
They left the tower and followed Lucio across a grassy hill to another, more expansive meadow.
Many wizards who came for the tournament have already gathered here, and a row of pink and blue carriages is parked in the middle of the grass.
The horses pulling the carriage caught the attention of Scott and his men.
These horses were enormous, each about the size of an elephant. They were entirely golden, with silver manes, fiery red eyes, and a pair of snow-white wings.
“These are winged horses, a type of winged horse,” Lucio said. “Beauxbatons kept a herd of winged horses.”
They walked up to a carriage and looked up at the divine horse pulling it.
"It's really beautiful."
"That's so cool!"
"If only our family could raise one..."
Scott's companions all praised the horse, unable to hide their affection for it.
Lucio shrugged. "Most people can't afford to keep them; they only drink single malt whiskey."
He gestured for everyone to board the carriage.
The carriage was spacious enough to fit all of them.
Once everyone was seated, Lucio said, "Alright, let's get going."
He reached out and tugged at a rope hanging from the carriage door.
Ding ding dong...
As soon as the bell rang, the divine horse pulling the chariot immediately began to run with its massive hooves.
"Hold on tight!" Lucio raised his voice. "We're about to take off!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the divine horse spread its broad wings and took off into the air.
Amid gasps of surprise, everyone leaned back in unison.
In the blink of an eye, their carriage had already taken to mid-air, but quickly stabilized again.
Everyone breathed a sigh of relief and looked out the window.
The weather was great that day; the Pyrenees were picturesque and breathtaking, which helped to ease the tension caused by the upcoming competition.
About ten minutes later, a high mountain appeared in front of them.
Lucio shouted, "The main peak of the Pyrenees is just ahead, and the competition venue is on the summit."
The carriage rose in height again, circled the mountain peak several times, and finally stopped on a huge platform at the summit.
After getting off the bus, Scott looked at the magnificent building that resembled an ancient amphitheater and asked Lucio, "Was this place always there?"
“Of course it’s newly built,” Lucio said proudly, “for the Triwizard Tournament.”
“Beauxbatons are really rich,” Fred muttered.
Lucio clapped his hands and said to the others, "Students, you can go in on your own now. The audience seats are over there, and you'll see the stairs going up."
He pointed in the direction.
“I need to take Scott to the Warriors’ private preparation room.”
Scott pulled out the [Magic Mirror] and handed it to Fred, patting him on the shoulder. "The live broadcast is your job now."
He then followed Lucio into the building, through an underground corridor, and into a huge stone chamber.
Hibiscus and Krum have arrived.
"This is it. Someone will come and make arrangements for you later," Lucio said. "Well then, good luck in the game."
Then, he waved and turned to leave.
Hello.
Scott greeted the two people inside, walked over to the roaring fireplace, and sat down on the sofa.
When he greeted her, Krum simply nodded slightly, and Fleur only managed a forced smile.
Both of them were pale; clearly, they were very nervous.
No one spoke after that, and the stone chamber quickly fell silent.
After a while, Furong suddenly asked, "You don't seem nervous at all?"
Scott turned to meet her gaze, knowing she was asking him.
He smiled and said, "Because I trust Professor Dumbledore. With him around, I won't be in any danger. In short, no matter what happens, he can definitely save my life."
"Really?" Hibiscus's eyes were full of inquiry. "Then what about the competition?"
"It's just a competition; participation is what matters," Scott continued with a smile.
Hearing him say that, Fleur was full of surprise, and even Krum, who had a gloomy face, looked over in surprise.
“You represent the honor of Hogwarts,” Fleur shrieked.
Scott shrugged. "Hogwarts has existed for a thousand years; its reputation will not be affected by a single Triwizard Tournament."
Furong glanced at him disapprovingly upon hearing this, but said nothing more.
Just then, Mr. Jolly walked in with light steps.
"Oh, how are you all? Great, all three of you are here!"
He walked to the open space between the three of them and stood still.
"Now I can tell you about the match."
Scott and the others looked up at him.
Mr. Jolly grinned.
"You need to break through the blockade of the two alchemical beasts, enter the control room, and press the switch to stop them from moving."
Alchemy Beast?
Scott looked at Hibiscus.
Furong's complexion at this moment was definitely not good.
Scott immediately realized that the so-called alchemical beast must be very difficult to deal with.
Before Scott could think further, Mr. Jolly continued, "Now we'll decide the order in which the three of you will compete."
As he spoke, he took a die out of his pocket.
"How about we decide with dice?" he asked. "The one with the highest number goes last, so who goes first?"
