The Wind and the Wings of Hogwarts

"Oh, and don't forget to prepare a dress, and remember, a women's dress!"
"Shut up! Die!"
The crowd sat there watching the two chase each other until they quickly ran out of the common room.
It took quite a while before someone spoke—
"The two of them..."
What's going on?
"Who knows?"
"It's really complicated."
Poor Krum.
That evening, with Roger away, Scott and Fred spent their time in their dormitory trying to make some gadgets using their newly learned alchemy.
“Oh, this is my treasure! I stole it right under Professor Kettleburn’s nose, and it’s almost used up.”
Fred shook the small bottle of salamander blood with a hint of heartache.
"Don't be stingy!"
Scott reached out and snatched the bottle.
"I need it to enhance the strength and toughness of this alloy."
He decisively opened the bottle and poured all the blood onto a piece of blue metal.
The red blood reacted quickly with the blue metal, and white smoke rose up.
"Cough cough... It stinks, ugh..."
Fred quickly ran to open the window.
Just then, Cedric walked into their dormitory.
"Good evening... Oh, what's this!"
He covered his nose as soon as he entered the room.
Scott quickly drew his wand and waved it gently, sending the smoke drifting out the window.
“It’s a success.” He looked at the alloy, which had darkened in color. “Now, its strength and toughness are about 1.5 times that of before.”
He turned to answer Cedric's question, "We're trying to make a magic dagger for self-defense."
"For self-defense?" Cedric sat down in the chair next to Scott. "Why not use a wand?"
Okay, actually it was just for fun.
But Scott stubbornly insisted, "Because there's always the possibility of the wand being lost or damaged."
“This is a Gryffindor tradition,” Fred said seriously. “It is said that Godric Gryffindor was a master swordsman.”
Cedric asked him, "Swordsmanship with a dagger?"
Fred began to spout nonsense with a straight face, “No, I want to become a dancer in the night, a grim reaper who silently reaps the lives of his enemies, an assassin who only operates in the shadows!”
As he spoke, he pulled up the hood of his cloak to cover his eyes, took a few steps back, and hid in the shadows beside the bed.
Then, his deliberately low voice came through, "That's it, I will become one with the shadows."
Cedric discussed it with him earnestly, "Hmm...why not use the Disillusionment Charm?"
"Disillusionment Spell, oh, of course I know how to use it, that was just a half-hearted demonstration."
Fred stepped out of the shadows and said shamelessly.
"Just wait, I will successfully assassinate the Dark Lord and become the most powerful and famous assassin in history!"
“No, that’s too dangerous,” Cedric shook his head. “Besides, assassins never leave their names.”
Fred instantly lost his "assassin's aura" and slumped onto the bed without any regard for his image.
"Cedric, you're just trying to make me feel awkward, aren't you?"
Cedric kept laughing. "Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to."
But it's clear he did it on purpose.
Scott laughed for a moment, then asked him, "By the way, what brings you here?"
“Oh, Scott, I’d like to borrow your [magic mirror] for a moment,” Cedric said somewhat embarrassedly.
"no problem."
Scott took out the [Magic Mirror], but withdrew it the moment he was about to hand it to him.
"Hmm..." He looked at Cedric and said in a teasing tone, "Judging from your blushing face, are you perhaps thinking of contacting Qiu?"
“Yes,” Cedric admitted, blushing.
“Choi? Ravenclaw’s Seeker? Oh! Cedric, no wonder you haven’t chosen a dance partner yet.” Fred said with a grin. “I’ve seen you turn down several girls’ invitations.”
Scott laughed along, "What are you going to do? Qiu can't possibly come to Beauxbatons to be your dance partner."
Cedric quickly said, "No, I just have something I want to say to her."
"Okay, I'll help you, hehe."
Scott reached out and tapped the magic mirror, trying to connect to Eddie's [magic phone].
"good evening!"
Eddie's chubby face quickly appeared in the mirror.
"Oh, do me a favor, Eddie."
Scott showed Eddie Cedric beside him.
“Go find Qiu; Cedric has something he wants to say to her.”
"Oh!"
Eddie, a gossip enthusiast, immediately understood and a knowing look appeared on his face.
"I understand. Qiu, right? Complete the mission immediately!"
He found Qiu as quickly as possible and handed her the [magic phone].
“Scott?” Qiu asked, somewhat surprised. “Oh, and Cedric too, hello.”
Good evening, Qiu.
Scott deliberately didn't immediately give the Magic Mirror to Cedric, but instead started chatting with Cho.
"How is Ravenclaw Quidditch now that Roger is gone?"
"Neither good nor bad," Qiu replied. "All four academies are short of players, but why are you asking me? Where is our captain?"
Scott glanced at Cedric beside him.
"Roger isn't here... Well, actually it's Cedric who's looking for you. He has something to say to you."
He handed the [magic mirror] to Cedric.
"Oh, good evening, Qiu."
Cedric gave a silly grin.
It has to be said that this seriously damaged his handsome appearance.
Good evening, Cedric.
"I……"
Cedric was about to say something more, but he glanced at Scott and Fred and quickly stood up.
"Oh, sorry Scott, I'll return it to you later."
With that, he grabbed the [Magic Mirror] and hurriedly fled the dormitory.
……
Although Scott had anticipated that becoming Fleur's dance partner would bring trouble, he hadn't expected it to come so quickly.
The very next morning, Scott got up a little earlier, but as he walked out of the tower alone, he encountered Lucio on his way to the castle.
Upon meeting, Lucio took him to a secluded place.
“Scott, I think you might need to be a little careful these next few days,” he said.
"What's wrong?" Scott asked, puzzled.
“Oh, you didn’t think about that, did you?” Lucio said. “You didn’t even consider how popular Fleur was in Beauxbatons?”
Scott suddenly realized, "So that's what it was about. You all already knew?"
Lucio nodded. "Just last night, Fleur announced in public that she had accepted your invitation to the ball. Obviously, the news has spread throughout Beauxbatons."
"So, someone actually is going to cause me trouble?" Scott asked.
“I don’t know about others,” Lucio said, scoffing, “but that big idiot Waldo definitely will.”
"Waldo?"
Scott thought for a while before he remembered who it was.
"Is it the alchemy classroom in Gilal?"
"That's right, it's him."
Lucio lowered his voice.
"That idiot Waldo always messes around at school because of his family background."
“He had his eye on Fleur for a long time. Although Fleur didn’t reciprocate his feelings, if it weren’t for Mrs. Maxim, who knows what he might have done.”
"So far, many guys who have come close to Fleur have been taught a lesson by Waldo."
"Of course, it was also because of Professor Girard that Mrs. Maxim did not expel him."
Scott was somewhat surprised. "Even so, it's a three-way battle now, he wouldn't dare to do whatever he wants. I can tell that Mrs. Maxim takes this battle very seriously, and she's a powerful witch."
Lucio looked at him with disdain. "Remember the translation headset incident? That idiot always fails to see the bigger picture, otherwise he wouldn't have done such a shameful little thing behind the scenes."
