“Excuse me, Professor Dumbledore, Mr. Lefenberger, Mr. Jolly.”

He bowed.

"There is a message from Hogwarts that requires Professor Dumbledore's personal attention."

As he spoke, he gave Dumbledore a wink.

Although the two officials gave him a probing look, they were both tactful enough not to ask any further questions, and instead politely told Dumbledore to go and deal with the urgent matters first.

Dumbledore apologized and left the banquet hall with Scott.

Fred and Angelina followed them.

Once they were in a secluded spot, Scott quickly recounted the events once more.

After listening to Scott's account, Dumbledore remained expressionless, only nodding slightly.

“I’m sorry, I may have to break my promise,” he said apologetically. “I need to go back to Hogwarts and tell the others that I will try to get here tomorrow.”

Scott nodded. "I understand, Professor."

"Lulu".

Dumbledore snapped his fingers.

"Lulu's here!"

A sharp sound rang out, and the house-elf named Lulu burst forth from the air.

It stared with its big, round eyes, looking up at Dumbledore.

"Dear Headmaster, is there anything you need Lulu to do?"

“Take me away from Beauxbatons, Lulu.”

Dumbledore gave an order.

"Yes, sir!"

The house-elf spoke, extending its hand to grasp Dumbledore's.

With a "snap," their figures vanished.

Scott then pulled out the [Magic Mirror] and connected with George.

“I’ve already told Dumbledore, and he’s on his way back,” he told George.

“Very good.” George turned to the side. “Did you hear that, Professor McGonagall, Harry, Dumbledore has returned.”

Professor McGonagall's voice came through, "I heard you. Thank you for your help, Mr. Weasley. You can go back to your room now."

George immediately objected, "Oh no, I want to stay here and wait to see how things develop. I just managed to contact Dumbledore!"

"That's because our Mr. Trollope probably doesn't have a very good memory."

Professor McGonagall sounded somewhat displeased.

“He forgot to send his Transfiguration professor a communication device as well. Since Felius isn’t at the school, I had no choice but to ask you for help.”

Scott felt a little embarrassed upon hearing her words.

Perhaps Professor McGonagall was too strict; whenever he had something interesting, he would subconsciously forget to share it with her.

Fortunately, Professor McGonagall didn't dwell on the topic. She said sternly to George, "Although I also have a way to contact Dumbledore urgently, it's not a quick one. Anyway, thank you for your help, Mr. Weasley. You can go back now."

George suddenly widened his eyes and exclaimed, "Dumbledore is back! He's so fast! Oh! It was the phoenix who brought him back!"

“Mr. Weasley!” Professor McGonagall’s voice rang out again.

"Oh, I'll go back right away, Professor."

George quickened his pace and left the school hospital.

Scott and his companions also saw Dumbledore passing by them in the mirror.

"George, is Harry's injury healed?" Angelina asked.

“Madam Pomfrey has healed the wound on his hand,” George said, “but he is still weak and needs to drink a lot of potions to replenish the blood he has lost.”

Fred nodded. "Anyway, Dumbledore is back. Remember to tell us how things develop."

"It depends on my mood," George said, pursing his lips. "I'm very busy too."

He was clearly still upset that Fred had refused to give him a live stream of the Christmas ball.

Fred laughed dismissively. "Oh, you'll tell us, George."

“I hope you remember to pray for me every night, Fred.” George grinned and hung up the communicator.

Afterwards, Scott, Fred, and Angelina returned to the tower together.

After what happened, Fred and Angelina were no longer in the mood for sweet nothings and romance.

In the common room, Cedric, who had changed into his pajamas and was sitting by the fireplace reading a book, looked puzzled when the three of them walked in together.

Scott had to recount the story again.

So Cedric stopped reading, and the four of them sat together on the sofa by the fireplace, discussing the matter without any basis.

Fred said, "Who do you think wants to steal Harry's blood? And what use is it?"

"Could it be that they want to curse Harry with those blood curses?" Angelina wondered.

“Then why didn’t he just kill Harry?” Fred said. “If the murderer hadn’t cut Harry’s wrist to draw blood, he obviously would have had time to kill Harry.”

Upon hearing the word "kill," Angelina couldn't help but shudder and hugged Fred's arm.

"Don't say anymore." She shook her head. "Luckily, Harry is alright."

“In any case, this must have been done by Harry’s enemy,” Cedric said. “It’s just that we don’t know if this enemy is hiding in Hogwarts or using dark magic to control a student.”

Angelina leaned closer to Fred. "This is terrible. There might be dark wizards or people controlled by dark wizards hiding in Hogwarts... I don't know which situation could be worse."

“Don’t worry, Angelina.” Fred put his arm around her shoulder. “Dumbledore has gone back. I believe he will find the murderer soon. Whether the murderer is a dark wizard or a manipulated student, he will not be able to escape his eyes.”

Angelina visibly relaxed upon hearing Dumbledore's name.

"Hopefully we'll hear good news tomorrow."

Cedric also said, "Hopefully Harry's blood can be recovered. In any case, whoever stole the blood must have wanted to do something bad with it. My father told me that some dark wizards can use blood to perform strange magic."

“I’m afraid it’s too late,” Scott said. “One owl could take all that blood away.”

At the same time, he also had some guesses about what had happened.

Regardless of who specifically did this, the mastermind behind it must be Voldemort.

It's unclear which enemy's blood Voldemort used to resurrect himself, but for Voldemort, it was destined to be imperfect.

Harry's mother, Lily Potter, sacrificed her life before she died—

Harry's mother's selfless love was ingrained in his blood, protecting him from Voldemort.

As long as he continues to call the place where his mother's blood flows home, he will be safe from Voldemort.

Because of blood magic, Voldemort could not kill Harry, or even touch him.

That's how Professor Quirrell, who was possessed by Voldemort's remnant spirit, died the year Harry enrolled.

Only if Voldemort obtains Harry's blood and merges it into his own body can he circumvent the protective magic Lily Potter left in Harry's body.

Of course, this may also be why the assailant who attacked Harry tonight didn't kill him.

Given Voldemort's personality, he probably wanted to eliminate the threat of blood magic before killing Harry himself.

The fact that Harry's blood was stolen is quite telling.

Scott believed that Dumbledore, who had always known about blood magic, would have immediately realized this.

"Scott, what are you thinking about?"

Hearing Fred's voice, Scott looked up and saw that the other three were looking at him.

“I’m thinking about who’s behind this, what their motives are,” Scott said.

Although he knew many clues and had many guesses, he obviously couldn't share them.

After all, he couldn't explain his source of intelligence.

"Wasn't that what we were just discussing?" Fred asked, puzzled.

All Scott could say was, "Harry's identity is special. He is the 'Boy Who Lived,' the 'Savior' who made Voldemort taste defeat shortly after his birth. This may foreshadow something."

"Oh Scott! Don't say that name!"

Upon hearing Voldemort's name, Angelina immediately screamed.

Fred and Cedric's faces also turned slightly pale.

Scott said, "Dumbledore said that as long as more and more people stop fearing him, dare to call him by name, and look him in the eye, Voldemort will lose his invincible power."

But his words had no effect on the other three.

Their fear of Voldemort was instilled in them from childhood and had become ingrained in their very being.

Even Fred, who is not lacking in courage, is not actually afraid of Voldemort, but he still feels a habitual discomfort when he hears that name.

“Okay, Mysterious Man,” Scott changed his form of address.

Cedric said somewhat embarrassedly, "Perhaps Dumbledore is right, that the Mystic draws power from people's fears. But unfortunately, people have become accustomed to this fear, including me."

Angelina said, "All the wizards in Britain are afraid to hear that name. Legend has it that a mysterious man has cast a spell on his own name, and he can sense the location of everyone who says that name!"

Fred said, "If I said that name at home, my mom would beat me up and then move us out of the house overnight."

“Don’t worry,” Scott smiled. “This is Beauxbatons, France. Even if the Mysterious Man senses my location, he won’t come here.”

Angelina, however, did not believe that she could rest easy while abroad.

“Who knows?” she said. “Don’t forget, even the Quidditch World Cup final, which gathers 100,000 wizards from all over the world, saw that person break into it.”

Fred nodded. "Yes, he tried to kidnap Harry that time, but Dumbledore stopped him."

“This must have been orchestrated by him too,” Cedric guessed. “Just like Scott said, Harry’s identity is special. Perhaps even the Void wants to use Harry’s blood to study why he lost to a baby.”

Angelina's eyes widened. "No wonder he's been hiding since the World Cup final. He won't start a war until he finds out why he lost. But who knows what will happen after that..."

As she spoke, she seemed startled by her own guess, and a look of horror appeared on her face.
