Blue flames exploded on the magic barrier, illuminating several hooded figures.

"Have Lady Slytherin's servants finally arrived?" Scott asked in a voice that even he found unfamiliar.

“Wrong,” a female voice replied. “Don’t compare Lady Slytherin to that madwoman. We are not servants, but partners who share her ideals!”

Scott smiled indifferently. "It doesn't matter what, they're all pretty much the same to me."

"You're insulting us!" The woman's voice was clearly angry.

"Enough talk, do it!" a male voice roared. "Stop Dumbledore!"

Immediately afterwards, different chanting of spells rang out simultaneously, and several spells flashing with different colored lights attacked Scott and Dumbledore.

Scott smiled.

The members of the All Witchcraft Society were more moderate than the Death Eaters; they didn't use the Killing Curse right away.

"Armor protects the body."

Scott set up several magical barriers in front of him, then bent his knees and squatted down.

He first cast an Anti-Apparition Charm, then cast a Transfiguration Charm on the ground in front of him.

As the magic barriers shattered one after another, a stone wall more than a meter thick suddenly rose from the ground, separating the passageway and completely blocking the prisons on both sides of the passageway.

"Golza, go there!"

On Scott's orders, Golza sank to the ground like a fish sinking into water.

Scott waved his wand again.

The second stone wall rose.

Before one wall was destroyed, Scott's wand tip touched the surface of the second wall.

The light of magic surged, and countless magical runes spread outwards from the tip of his wand, quickly covering the entire wall.

As the runes flashed faintly and then quickly disappeared, the wall silently changed color.

In addition to using rune circuits to make the stone walls more solid, Scott began constructing illusions, intending to strip the group of their sight.

Absolute darkness, their path blocked, and with Golza's sneak attack, the group had no choice but to leave the dungeon.

What happened next went pretty much as Scott had predicted.

After losing their sight, the wizards were in a panic, and several of them were bitten by Golza. They then realized they were poisoned and had no choice but to retreat from the dungeon in a sorry state.

Scott then turned to look at Dumbledore's work.

The stone wall that Medea had carefully prepared was clearly much sturdier than the one Scott had hastily erected.

Despite Dumbledore casting a spell continuously for so long, the wall, though riddled with cracks, still didn't break completely.

"The house collapsed and the ground subsided."

Scott started helping again.

Just then, the red mist, which had thinned out a bit, reappeared in their eyes and once again took the form of Medea.

"Headmaster."

"Cease the attack and leave the castle."

"Otherwise, I will detonate all the magic within the castle."

"At that time, this castle, along with all the Muggles inside, will be destroyed."

“Oh, Ms. Slytherin.”

Dumbledore turned to look at her.

He said with particular regret, "I thought only Tom would say something like that."

Chapter 485 Medea's Secret Chamber

At this moment, Medea's face was composed of red mist, and the source of the red mist was the magic contained within the castle.

Although it roughly takes on a human shape, it also has a somewhat ethereal and blurry appearance.

So Scott couldn't see her expression at all.

"Tom?"

Her voice carried a hint of self-deprecation.

“Although I’ve never thought much of him, you’re right. This is the only reason I can use to threaten you now, Principal.”

Dumbledore smiled calmly.

"In my opinion, there is not much difference between you and Tom, Ms. Slytherin. It is because you underestimated Tom that you have encountered such a setback."

You are insulting me!

Medea seemed genuinely angry; her tone was somewhat somber.

"No, madam, I'm just stating my true thoughts."

Dumbledore said in an affirmative tone.

"You and Tom are alike in many ways. You both think you are superior to others and you both disregard life."

Medea suddenly let out a few cold laughs.

"Because I'm threatening you with the lives of those Muggles?"

Dumbledore shook his head.

"Not only that, but also because you easily took the lives of two wizards as soon as you woke up, and because you killed your husband, who had been with you all your life, in order to make a Horcrux."

“These arguments are pointless, Mr. Principal.”

Medea's voice was icy cold.

"You should have known from our first meeting that we hold completely different views."

"Yes, I know, ma'am."

Dumbledore's tone remained calm, even polite and courteous.

"But I want to tell you that your threats are ineffective against us."

"Oh?"

Medea was somewhat surprised.

"Everyone says that Mr. Dumbledore is a pro-Muggle wizard. Could it be that the world has misunderstood you...?"

Just then, the Phoenix Fox's song-like cry rang out.

It flew down from the skylight above, its fiery wings illuminating the dark corridor completely.

Scott looked up and saw a familiar figure slowly descending, clutching Fox's feathers.

It's Sirius.

So Dumbledore had planned this all along?

Scott was pleasantly surprised.

"Good evening, Dumbledore. We have taken all the Muggles out of the castle."

Sirius raised an eyebrow and smiled, then said loudly.

"Of course, we also caught those few sneaky guys. Several of them were poisoned, saying they were bitten by a monster."

Good evening, Sirius.

Dumbledore nodded.

Thank you.

"You're welcome."

Sirius released Fox's feathers and landed gracefully.

Foxy barked twice, dimmed the flames around him, and stopped on Dumbledore's hat.

Sirius first looked at Medea, then at Scott.

"Oh, good evening, Ms. Slytherin, and who is this?"

"Good evening, Mr. Black, I'm Hill."

Scott gave his mother Emilia's original surname.

"Hello, Mr. Hill."

Sirius nodded to him, then looked at Medea.

"It seems I have lost my bargaining chip."

Medea said calmly.

"But we have had enough time. Goodbye, gentlemen."

As she spoke, she once again turned into mist and drifted away.

At the same time, the stone wall behind Scott and his team, which had been barely holding on, collapsed instantly.

Scott turned around, took a few steps back, and covered his mouth and nose with his hand to block the flying dust.

"It seems she has already left."

He said in a muffled voice.

"Ah."

Dumbledore responded.

Once the dust had settled, they raised their wands, which had been enchanted with an illumination spell, and looked toward the other side of the stone wall.

What appeared before them was a passageway.

The stone bricks in the passageway do not look as old as the rest of the castle.

"Let's go take a look."
