Scott promptly hung up the call and blocked Roger's [magic phone].

Afterwards, the group continued their conversation until Filch came looking for them with the magic lamp, at which point they finally returned to the castle.

After saying goodbye to George and returning to the common room, Scott saw Autumn waiting there.

Autumn handed a letter to Scott.

"Scott, give this to Cedric for me."

"Oh, I'd be happy to be a messenger."

Scott took the letter and shook it in his hand.

“I think Cedric will be very happy. You have him completely under your thumb, Cho.”

He said it in a teasing tone.

“That Cedric guy didn’t even invite a dance partner to the Christmas ball.”

"Oh……"

Qiu's girlfriends cupped their faces and teased her, then giggled.

Qiu laughed generously, "I only found out about this later. I didn't expect... I mean, before the Christmas ball, he asked me, and I didn't forbid him from having a dance partner."

“You’ve hit the jackpot, Cho. Cedric is not only a model student, but also a model boyfriend.”

"Stop joking, Milton," Eddie waved his hand. "That's a Christmas ball! Sitting all alone in that kind of place? You'd look like a complete idiot!"

Scott, who was sitting on the sofa, looked up and glanced at him when he heard this.

“I only danced the opening dance,” he said. “The rest of the time I sat with Cedric like two idiots.”

“No, you are different, Scott.”

Eddie gave an awkward laugh.

"After all, your dance partner is Fleur Delacour, the warrior of Beauxbatons, and the most beautiful girl there. That's enough for everyone to envy you."

"Thank you."

Scott gave him a standard fake smile and turned to look at the stairs leading to the girls' dormitory.

Luna was carrying a beautiful little castle as she walked down.

"This is the home I built for Sereno."

She placed the little castle on the table.

Looking at the exquisite and beautiful castle, Scott couldn't help but wonder if his approach of simply putting the "summoned beast" into his pocket was too hasty.

Luna bent down and called softly.

"Seleno, look who this is?"

A small figure pushed open the door above the castle and appeared on the balcony.

"Squeak, Scott!"

Sereno let out a shriek, flapped her transparent wings, and flew to Scott, landing in his outstretched hand.

"Long time no see, how are you, Sereno?"

Scott said with a gentle smile.

"Oh, I'm fine. I really like Luna, and I love the house she gave me..."

Sereno gestured excitedly as he spoke, then flew to Luna's side.

“I like you very much too, Sereno.”

Luna said with a happy smile.

Scott chatted with Sereno and Luna for a while and then "visited" Sereno's house—which gave him the feeling of playing in a dollhouse with a little girl.

Milton and Sereno are also on good terms; he has even written several songs for Sereno.

Only Eddie seemed out of place.

He looked at Sereno as if he were looking at Galleon, and kept whispering urging Scott to sell more "toys" like these.

Unsurprisingly, he received the long-awaited [Milton's gaze].

Before returning to her dorm, Luna pulled Scott aside and quietly watched him for a while.

Seeing the subtle change in Luna's eyes, Scott understood that her magical eyes seemed to have seen something again.

Scott recalled his plan to travel to the Tower of the Earth's Core on the summer solstice to retrieve the Heart of the Sacred Tree.

Luna suddenly turned and ran towards the stairs.

"What happened?" Eddie turned and asked. "Did you confess your feelings to her?"

“Get out,” Scott said.

"Ok."

Eddie turned his head away in a pretentious manner, but kept stealing glances at Scott's reaction.

Scott ignored him.

A short while later, Luna ran down the stairs again.

"Here, take this."

She shoved a small white animal skull into Scott's hand.

"This is……"

Scott looked at the skull in his hand.

Skulls are not uncommon, but this skull has an unusually smooth surface and even faintly emits a white glow.

The strangest thing is that there are two bright red beans embedded in the eye sockets of the skull.

“My dad bought this from a Peruvian sorcerer,” Luna said. “It’s a small alpaca skull inlaid with large red beans. The Peruvian sorcerer said it could ward off curses.”

Scott sensed it carefully and found that the skull did indeed contain a slight amount of magic.

But whether it can resist the curse... is hard to say.

"Thank you."

He put the skull away.

Regardless, it was Luna's good intention.

Just like the harassing horsefly siphon, the aura thruster, and the airship Li that she gave him last time...

Whether it has any effect is hard to say, but it is certainly a token of goodwill.

“That way, your adventure won’t encounter any danger.” Luna nodded. “You will get what you want.”

“I think so too,” Scott said with a smile.

Luna waved, ran to the table, picked up Sereno's castle, and ran back to her dormitory.

"Let's go back too."

Scott called out and returned to his long-missed dormitory with Eddie and Milton.

Eddie was very curious about the "gift" Luna gave him, so Scott showed him the strange alpaca skull with red bean eyes embedded in it.

"Luna said this is an item to ward off the curse?"

Eddie looked at the skull's bizarre shape and frowned.

"I think that's the curse itself."

Milton also leaned closer to take a look, "Although the design is a bit strange, it doesn't have any bad vibes."

Scott shrugged, sat down at his desk, and took out all four "summoned beasts" and placed them on the table.

"Ok."

He spoke softly to the "summoned beasts".

"Although it won't be as beautiful as Sereno's castle, I've decided to still build you a place to live."

The summoned beasts understood his words and let out excited cries.

Scott thought for a moment, then took a small wooden box out of the lizard skin bag.

This wooden box was the one where Lucio placed the four materials when he gave them to him.

“Perfect, there are four compartments here, and you can still smell their familiar scent.” He murmured, “As long as…”

Before he could finish speaking, the four little creatures approached the box, and Edgar and Horus even took flight.

Before long, they found their own squares and squeezed themselves in.
