"You are a special student."

"The ideal of creating a new world is hard to judge as good or bad, and is destined to be full of difficulties and thorns, but it is also great."

"And you, along with a few other young people, have the determination and courage to change the whole world. In my opinion, that is the most important thing."

"This makes me even more excited about the future of the magical world."

This is actually somewhat different from what Scott had in mind.

He originally thought that Dumbledore would express a clear attitude, or even be deeply involved, whether he supported or opposed it.

Seemingly sensing Scott's confusion, Dumbledore smiled nonchalantly.

“I’m old, Scott.”

“I think I’ve lived long enough and done enough.”

"I will do what I should do before I return to death."

"As for the future, it's too far away, and it's not something an old man like me should be involved in."

"I can confidently entrust the future to you young people."

Volume 6 Summer Vacation of 1995

Chapter 510 Two Overlapping Coordinates

Summer vacation is here.

After saying goodbye to his friends, Scott, as usual, first went to Madrid, Spain, to reunite with his family.

As usual, his cousin Ramiro drove to Barajas Airport to pick him up that afternoon.

All his other relatives gathered together to welcome him home.

Of course, a loving and warm hug from Emilia is indispensable when they meet.

"My son, we have less and less time to see you!"

She complained, her eyes red.

"Maybe your father and I should have had one more child."

"I'm sorry, Mom."

Scott looked at Emilia with some guilt.

Even he felt that perhaps having more younger brothers or sisters would be better.

"Oh, Aunt Millie!"

Ramiro, standing to the side, lightened the mood with a funny expression.

"Don't forget me when you see Scott; I come to see you often."

Michael laughed and said, "Oh, Millie, it's not too late if you want to have another one."

“Dad is right,” Scott quickly agreed.

When this topic came up, others immediately joined in.

Aunt Flora said she had long felt that one child was too few for Emilia and Michael.

"No, I don't want to have another one!"

Only Emilia herself expressed her opposition.

She patted Scott's arm. "Giving birth to this brat and raising him has been hard enough!"

Michael walked over at just the right moment and took her hand.

"Scott is all grown up and almost independent, so let him live the life he wants."

As he spoke, he took her hand and placed it to his lips, kissing her fingers.

“Don’t worry about this kid, and we don’t need any more children. I think it’s enough that I’m here with you. I love you, Millie.”

"Oh, Mike."

Emilia looked at Michael with emotion.

"You're right, I love you too."

As they spoke, the two embraced each other, oblivious to everyone else around them.

Scott watched this scene with amusement and immediately clapped.

Influenced by him, the others also began to applaud.

"A little awkward, isn't it?"

Ramiro whispered to Scott.

"But thankfully it was Aunt Millie and Uncle Mike; if it were my parents doing this..."

As he spoke, he secretly glanced at his Uncle Galle's serious face, then stuck out his tongue and pretended to vomit.

Ramiro, oblivious to his grumbling, was overheard by the kids from Ramos's cousin's and Adelina's cousin's families.

The kids immediately told Aunt Flora in secret.

So everyone laughed and enjoyed watching Cousin Ramiro get his ear twisted by Aunt Flora.

The kids laughed especially loudly.

Seeing the smiling faces of his loved ones, Scott couldn't help but completely relax and temporarily put everything else aside.

For the next few days, Scott stayed at home, living a very lazy and comfortable life, or going to watch football games with his cousin Ramiro, or going to the beach to attend music festivals.

He also took some time to talk to his parents about his experiences over the past year and shared a video of himself participating in the Triwizard Tournament.

Of course, he and Michael also had an additional conversation.

While carrying Emilia on his back.

Michael was delighted to hear that Scott had become strong.

"So, you now have the ability to protect yourself."

He patted Scott on the shoulder with delight.

"This is the best news for me."

Scott then talked about what he wanted to do in the future.

Michael agreed with his idea.

He said, "From the perspective of ordinary people, it is necessary to completely separate wizards from ordinary people."

As an ordinary person, he certainly understood the world's rapid development better than the wizards.

"With the internet, satellites, and cameras everywhere, the wizards may not be able to hide for much longer."

Michael undoubtedly shared this understanding.

"Are we going to rely on a small number of wizards wielding small sticks to erase people's memories forever? I doubt they even know how to handle video recordings."

“That’s something I’ve been thinking about too,” Scott said.

He knew better than Michael how rapidly technology would advance.

In just a few years, everyone will have a mobile phone that can take pictures and access the internet anytime.

“I don’t really believe that wizards and ordinary people can live in peace,” he said. “Even if most people are willing, there will always be some who are not.”

"I understand."

As an antique dealer operating in the gray area, Michael knew more than Scott.

"Go do what you want to do."

He patted Scott on the shoulder again.

“Of course I don’t want a war between wizards and ordinary people to break out. Millie and I are ordinary people, you are a wizard, and your future children are very likely to be wizards too, aren’t they?”

Scott nodded.

He reached out and grasped the Eye of Odin pendant on his chest.

"Moreover, I already have a completely safe way out."

He winked at Michael.

“If things don’t work out, my family and I can hide inside and no one will be able to find us.”

"Oh, I don't think so."

Although Michael had already seen the space inside the Eye of Odin under Scott's guidance, he still shook his head.

"You'd better be more cautious, son. I don't want to live that kind of isolated life unless it's absolutely necessary."

"I will."

Scott said with a smile.

That's for sure.

He wouldn't want to live that kind of life unless absolutely necessary.

Soon, it was June 13th.

This day was Scott's 17th birthday.

In the wizarding world, this means he has come of age.

He had a perfect birthday surrounded by his family.

After his birthday, Scott said goodbye to his parents and returned to England.

Back at Oak Lodge in Raven Territory, Scott first removed the mask from his name and accepted a pile of birthday gifts.

The next day, he activated the portal key and went with Rimbaud to the Druids' Oak Sea.

After sending Rimbaud to deliver the message, Scott waited in the same spot.
