Is this Milton's musical magic?

Scott looked at Milton in surprise.

Milton was gently closing his eyes, immersed in his performance.

That's truly remarkable.

Scott thought.

This is simply an excellent "support"!

Although the effect of the music magic was negligible at this moment, unlike the crown, which could only be worn by one person, music could be heard by many people at the same time.

Moreover, this is just the beginning for Milton.

He has paved his own way, and Scott can foresee that Milton's musical magic will change many people's understanding of magic.

As Scott pondered these thoughts, the effects of the musical magic diminished somewhat.

But when he clears his mind of distractions and continues to immerse himself in the performance, the effect begins to intensify.

Milton did not play the entire movement, but even after he finished the first movement and the music stopped, the effect of the musical magic did not immediately disappear.

Scott waited a while, knowing that the feeling of mental clarity had faded, but the fatigue that had been dispelled had not returned.

“That’s amazing, Milton.”

He clapped along with Eddie and Roger.

“Yes, how did you do that?” Eddie looked at Milton in amazement. “It’s amazing!”

"Thank you."

Milton smiled, a satisfied expression on his face.

“I told you, Eddie,” he said to Eddie. “Just like when we cast spells, we use emotions to drive the magic and let it affect reality.”

Eddie looked conflicted. "Yes, you said that, but I still think it's neither scientific nor magical!"

Roger laughed and said, "Come on, Eddie. You don't understand music, why do you need to know all this!"

Scott nodded. "All we need to know is that Milton is a true genius, and that's enough."

Thank you for encouraging me.

Milton said somewhat embarrassedly.

"But my musical magic still has a lot to improve; right now, its effect is too weak."

"That's already great."

“I never thought you could realize the assumptions that Scott made back then.”

"I also thought he was just talking nonsense."

"Hey!"

Scott was somewhat dissatisfied.

Although his intention was more to encourage Milton when he said that, it wasn't exactly nonsense.

Because of Medea's example, he knew that music could also be used to cast spells, which is why he encouraged Milton to try it.

“You can also give me some suggestions,” Milton added.

Roger scratched his head. "Suggestions? But we don't understand music. We can make the magic of music stronger through constant practice?"

“I guess this isn’t the kind of advice Milton wants to hear,” Eddie said, giving him a disdainful look.

Scott asked Milton, "Your idea is to use different music to correspond to different emotions in order to achieve different effects?"

“You’re right,” Milton nodded.

Scott thought for a moment, "My suggestion is to select the few pieces that work best for you and practice them intensively, depending on your specific needs."

Milton nodded again. "Anything else?"

"It would be best to be able to distinguish between friend and foe."

Scott approached the idea from a game perspective.

"If a war breaks out, like the Death Eaters' attack on Hogwarts last semester, what would you do?"

"Now your music works for everyone who hears it."

"But what if you only buff your own allies, or only disrupt the enemy?"

"Then your abilities can, to some extent, influence the course of the entire war."

“This…” Milton hesitated, “This is probably difficult.”

"Oh, of course, that is indeed very difficult."

Scott stood up.

“But you have the genius to develop musical magic on your own, Milton, and I believe you can do it.”

Roger and Eddie also offered words of encouragement.

"Scott is right, we all have high hopes for you, Milton!"

"You have to believe in yourself, you're right!"

The three of them each poured a large bowl of inspirational words into Milton, leaving him feeling dizzy and disoriented.

"I...I will try my best!"

He clenched his fist, his eyes gleaming with the light of determination.

And so, the new school year began.

From the second day onwards, Scott was busy.

Or rather, the students who went to Beauxbatons last academic year were all quite busy.

After all, they missed a whole year of Hogwarts classes, and they all needed some time to adjust.

Although they also take classes at Beauxbatons, they are learning with different professors, and the learning pace and course arrangements of the two schools are somewhat different, which they need to adjust to themselves.

Besides attending classes, Scott also needs to dedicate more of his time to researching the two super-magic arts, "Gungnir" and "Yuktrasil".

With the Eye of Odin, these studies were conducted secretly in space.

Scott also kept in mind the incident where he sensed Malfoy's presence in Knockturn Alley the day before school started.

It wasn't just out of curiosity, but also because he had promised Dumbledore that he would help them obtain information about the Death Eaters and Voldemort.

In short, after the start of the school year, Scott sent Rimbaud with a flock of crows to investigate Knockturn Alley.

Perhaps it's because there are too many people coming and going in Knockturn Alley every day, or perhaps the Death Eaters are very cautious in their activities, but so far, Rimbaud and his companions haven't found any useful clues.

However, while investigating this matter, Scott was reminded of a plot point in the "original book" that he had previously forgotten.

In the original story, Malfoy was not expelled from Hogwarts, and he even received a mission from Voldemort to kill Dumbledore.

Finally, he lured several Death Eaters into Hogwarts Castle by repairing a vanishing cabinet hidden in the Room of Requirement.

There are two Vanishing Cabinets, one in Hogwarts and the other in Borgin Burke's Shop, and the two are connected.

Although Burke has been assassinated by Scott, the shop selling dark magic items is still operating.

Thinking about all this, Scott suddenly felt that it would be safer to completely destroy the vanishing cabinet.

So on Saturday afternoon of the first week of school, he went into the Room of Requirement, the room where things were hidden.

only……

Looking at the spacious room filled with clutter, Scott felt a headache coming on.

Finding that cabinet inside wasn't easy.

Not to mention, Scott and his gang had caused quite a ruckus here before.

Because a wand that could absorb magic and automatically cast a hurricane spell had taken control of Fred, the commotion had already made the already messy room even more chaotic.

Despite the passage of time, the mess here has not improved at all.

Because this is just a place to throw things away, even those hardworking house-elves don't come here to tidy up.

For convenience, Scott simply transformed into a peregrine falcon and flew around the room a few times.

Unsurprisingly, he did not find the vanished cabinet.

He then searched carefully for a long time, but still couldn't find it.

This alerted Scott.

He tried arithmetic divination, but ultimately did not get an accurate answer.

To be on the safe side, he called all the members of the "Tower of Babel" together, including Helena.

"Oh, Scott, what's your plan?"

"Can we start recruiting new members now?"

Fred and George asked, somewhat excitedly.

They seem to be eager to discover the "Tower of Babel" organization.

“I want Angelina to join us too.”

"And Arya."

Oh, they wanted their girlfriends to join in the fun too.

“You can subtly bring up our goals with them,” Scott said. “If they are genuinely interested, we would certainly welcome it.”

"Oh, we will."

"But there are more important things to do today."

Scott explained why he had called them over.

Have you ever heard of a disappearing cabinet?

"We've heard about it!"

As always, the twins, who were most interested in alchemy, spoke first.
