The Wind and the Wings of Hogwarts

Although their attacks left some marks, they never managed to completely break through the ice giant's defenses.
However, the Ice Giant's ice shield and ice armor kept repairing themselves.
Conversely, the silver colossus's fluid, mercury-like body could not stop the ice giant's greatsword.
Even after being cut into pieces, they are still susceptible to damage from the cold.
The almost ubiquitous frost constantly hinders their movements.
"how is this possible?"
Mr. Jeffrey was not happy with this outcome.
"Nothing is impossible."
Scott spoke with him.
"Time flows forward, and the magic of wizards continues to evolve. In any case, the overall trend of things is always forward."
"arrogant!"
Mr. Jeffrey retorted loudly.
"Could it be that the puppet you conjured up at will has surpassed the Ymir meticulously crafted by the alchemists of 'Agasd'?"
“I’ve already said it, they are just low-end imitations of Ymir.”
Scott spoke calmly.
"Whether in terms of pure physical strength or the use of magic, they are far inferior to Ymir."
"There's only one thing, and that's their defense."
"I am very confident in this; their defenses have surpassed those of their prototype, Ymir."
Mr. Jeffrey remained silent.
Helena said, "Dealing with these puppets doesn't require the kind of powerful attacks that Ymir possesses."
Scott nodded. "Presumably because of their ability to separate, reassemble, and regenerate their bodies, Mr. Jeffrey added almost no defensive capabilities to them."
"I haven't lost yet."
Mr. Jeffrey's voice came again.
"My soldiers can never be destroyed; even if their bodies are cut into many pieces, they can automatically regenerate!"
"That's true."
Scott looked down at the battlefield.
The silver colossus is repeatedly separating, reassembling, and regenerating under the attacks of the ice giant.
The ice giants tried to freeze some of them, but the silver colossi always managed to break free just as the frost began to solidify.
Judging from the scene, the five ice giants were overwhelming the fifteen silver giants, a truly crushing victory.
However, in reality, neither side was able to eliminate the other.
"Don't forget, I haven't even joined the war yet."
Scott drew his wand.
"You actually have magic?"
Mr. Jeffrey was even more surprised.
"You should know very well the layout inside the 'Tower of Gungnir'."
Scott didn't hide anything either.
“I obtained a large amount of pure magic power there, and after making it into [magic crystals], I also completed the 'super magic advancement' ritual.”
"So that's how it is. They actually succeeded."
Mr. Jeffrey's voice suddenly became very dejected.
At the same time, all the silver colossi ceased fighting.
Their bodies suddenly lost their shape and spread out on the ground like ordinary mercury.
Scott also lowered his hand that was holding the wand.
Next, Mr. Jeffrey's spirit flew out from the darkness inside the pyramid.
It hovered in mid-air, facing Scott from afar.
Without Scott having to ask, he began to speak on his own.
"'The Tower of Gungnir' is the masterpiece of some of the most outstanding alchemists of the 'Agast' school."
"It has always served as a guardian, protecting our base, the 'Golden Palace,' from invasion."
"If it weren't for that damned traitor, the 'Golden Palace' hidden at the bottom of the tower would be the safest place in the world."
"The safest place?"
Helena couldn't help but question it.
"Scott made his way through the upside-down tower and into the 'Golden Palace' on his own."
Mr. Jeffrey was not angry; instead, he patiently explained.
"That's because they modified it."
"Ever since the prophecy concerning the successor appeared, that tower has had two operating mechanisms."
Scott immediately thought, "Is it targeting the Vatican's supernatural weapons, and ordinary wizards respectively?"
"Yes."
Mr. Jeffrey confirmed his guess.
“No one from the Vatican would survive if they went in, but other wizards would only face a test.”
Helena asked, "What if the Vatican forces other wizards to enter and take the treasure for them?"
"impossible."
Mr. Jeffrey concluded.
“Wizards and the Papacy are mortal enemies, and those wizards who would side with the Papacy would never have the ability to enter the ‘Golden Palace’.”
“That is indeed very difficult,” Scott said.
If it weren't for his special talent for shapeshifting and the creation of several powerful "summoned beasts," he would never have been able to overcome those challenges.
Not to mention the ever-present and deadly curse within the tower.
Scott was able to pass because he possessed several treasures that could ward off the curse.
Otherwise, the "Tower Extending Towards the Earth's Core" wouldn't have become a forbidden zone of death in the story.
However, Scott was somewhat curious.
"That tower can distinguish the Vatican's superhuman weaponry? How are they different from other wizards?"
"Because of faith."
Mr. Jeffrey and Ravenclaw gave the same answer.
"I see."
Scott immediately understood what they meant.
Again--
Magic is the power of belief.
Although both are magic, the fluctuations of magic power can vary greatly from person to person.
Not to mention the different users who inherit the magic.
Compared to wizards, druids' magic is exceptionally pure and closer to nature.
The Vatican's super-armed forces, brainwashed by the Vatican, must possess the most steadfast faith.
Unwavering faith is enough to change their hearts, and in turn, the nature of their magic.
"Absolutely pure magic—back then, that was just a conjecture."
Mr. Jeffrey spoke again, his voice filled with emotion.
"No one can be sure whether their conversion device is actually working."
"Now it seems they have indeed succeeded."
"How lucky you are, Scott."
"That is pure magic power obtained through more than a thousand years of continuous transformation."
"It is also the most precious gift to give to the heirs."
Scott smiled slightly.
“I should thank the ancient wizards of the ‘Agastarian’ school, for I have inherited your original ideals.”
"That's no longer my ideal."
Mr. Jeffrey looked somewhat dejected.
Scott said, "At least it was your ideal."
"That's true."
Mr. Jeffrey laughed.
"But now, all I want is to be reborn!"
As he spoke, his soul transformed into a wisp of gray smoke, churning and surging towards Scott.
Sensing the nauseating, evil magic emanating from the gray fog, Scott promptly raised his wand.
"Take the God's Protection!"
A silvery radiance suddenly burst forth, like moonlight shining down upon the world at night.
A lithe peregrine falcon emerged from the silvery light and took flight into the gray mist.
