Duels should be played with a smile.

He chuckled softly, "It seems I miscalculated this time. You even know this, so you must be an extraordinary person. Since you've already said it outright, I don't need to hide it anymore."

Bakura gently touched the Millennium Wisdom Wheel with his hand, and a thick black fog surged up. When the fog dissipated, a deck of cards appeared in Bakura's hand.

Without any apparent extra movements from him, a phantom image somewhat resembling a duel disk appeared on the Millennium Wisdom Wheel, and Bakura's deck was placed on top of the phantom image—what appeared to be a phantom image was actually a solid entity, capable of supporting Bakura's deck.

The Millennium Wisdom Wheel has now become the Millennium Duel Wheel.

"Come on, let this dark duel begin! If you lose, everything you have will belong to me!"

Bakura was full of confidence. His deck not only contained powerful Zombie cards, but also an invincible special way to win. He was already certain of victory before the duel even began!

"Hey hey, I only wanted to steal your Millennium Wisdom Wheel, but you insisted on betting everything. Since you're being so generous, I can't refuse!"

"Duel!"

[Leyou LP: 4000]

【Dark Bakura: 4000】

"My first strike! Draw a card!"

Bakura got the first turn and held six cards in his hand. Bakura grinned, his smile somewhat arrogant.

"A perfect hand!"

"I activate the Continuous Spell Card [Dark Gate]! While this Spell Card is on the field, only one monster can attack during each player's Battle Phase!"

A black door appeared between the two, the narrow doorway allowing only one person to pass through at a time.

"Then, Normal Summon Three-Eyed Monster and Set 3 Trap Cards."

"Finally, I activate the Continuous Spell Card [Magic Shackles]! As long as this card is on the field, both players must pay 500 Life Points for each card they can Normal Summon, Special Summon, Set, or activate from their hands."

"That completes my blockade! Round over!"

[Dark Baku's hand: 6 → 0]

"I see... My turn, draw a card!"

Without even glancing at the card he drew, Leyou slammed the other card in his hand onto the duel disk.

"I'm initiating an electronic emergency call!"

Chapter Thirty Hope

"You know what? You're incredibly lucky, so incredibly lucky that it amazes me! Because I never imagined that this deck could have such a starting hand!"

"The effect of [Cyber Emergency Call] allows you to add 1 'Cyber Dragon' monster or a Machine-Type LIGHT monster that cannot be Normal Summoned from your Deck to your hand."

[Leyou LP: 4000 → 3500]

"If I used a different deck, you might see my ace deck. Unfortunately, in this deck, I can only search for Cyber Dragon."

"Then there's the effect of the electronic dragon!"

"If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand, and I will Special Summon Cyber Dragon from my hand!"

Many card players' Tamashi, many card players' favorite mechanical dragon, and Sebadorgon have been summoned to this duel by Leyou.

[Light - 5 Star - Machine Race - Attack 2100 - Defense 1600]

"2100 ATK? That's quite a powerful monster." Bakura exclaimed, a clear smile playing on his lips. "But before you Special Summon it from your hand, you must pay 500 LP due to the Spell Lock!"

[Leyou LP: 3500 → 3000]

As his health points decreased, Leyou laughed instead: "In a duel, the least valuable thing is LP. As long as it's not 0, it doesn't really matter how much it is."

"But this is a duel in the dark! Wait! You?!"

Bakura suddenly realized that the person in front of him did not seem to be affected by the Dark Duel; at least, he could still laugh.

"Oh? You noticed? Surprised? I believe that with your abilities, you should be able to remain unaffected by the pain of the Dark Duel, right?"

Bakura did not reply, but the disdain on his face clearly expressed his meaning—how could a great evil god like him be afraid of the dark?

"Don't be surprised yet, the real surprise is yet to come!"

"I activate the Spell Card [Flashing Five Stars]!"

[Leyou LP: 3000 → 2500]

"If you control only one Level 5 monster, you can Tribute that monster to activate this effect. Special Summon 1 each of the following monsters from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard: Kuriboh, Kuriboh, Kuriboh, Kuriboh Bead, and Kuriboh Ball."

"I Special Summon them from my Deck. Since it doesn't involve my hand, it won't be affected by the Spell Shackles."

"Come out, my friends!"

"Curry, Curry!"

The Cyber Dragon disintegrated and transformed into a beam of light that connected to the deck. A moment later, five fluffy balls of different colors floated out of the deck and filled Leyou's front-row monster zone.

[Dark 1-Star · Demon Race · Attack 300 · Defense 200]

These fluffy balls have the same properties, but their effects are different. Although they look fragile, they each have their own unique abilities.

"Release a monster with 2100 attack power in exchange for five insignificant minions? What exactly are you trying to do?"

"But it doesn't matter. The Dark Gate is blocking the field, and only one monster can attack during the battle phase. No matter how many monsters you summon, it won't help."

Dark Bakura's gaze fell on the face-down Trap Card in the back row. He only needed to wait for his ace monster to enter the graveyard to activate that Trap Card. Combined with the other cards in his hand, victory was only a matter of time.

Furthermore, he also has a powerful defensive trap card, so he is not afraid of Leyou's attacks at all.

"What I want to do is actually very simple: to send you on your way."

"I heard you're a great evil god, right? I wonder who's stronger between you two compared to this one?"

[Leyou LP: 2500 → 2000]

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned. It can only be Special Summoned from your hand or Graveyard by sending 4 face-up Level 1 monsters you control to the Graveyard."

"I'm sending all the [Chestnut Balls], [Chestnut Dumplings], [Chestnut Rounds], and [Chestnut Beads] on the field to the graveyard!"

Leaving behind the last Kuriboh to oversee the battle, Leyou placed the monster, a symbol of despair, onto the Duel Disk.

At the same time, an incredibly alluring and noble figure descended upon Leyou's side.

"Don't blink, this will be the last monster you see!"

"This is the shadow within the light, the god of destruction!"

"When despair descends, there is no more hope in the world!"

"The light will be extinguished!"

"Even the abyss will be shattered by it!"

"The sky will be covered up!"

"Even the earth could not bear His body!"

"Descend, God of Despair, Antihope!"

Its imposing presence was beyond words; its massive body was large enough to blot out the sky; its pitch-black body resembled the boundless darkness of eternity; and its scarlet pupils were as dazzling as blood.

The God of Despair descended upon this place.

[Dark 12-Star · Demon Race · Attack 5000 · Defense 5000]

At the very moment the god of despair descended, three other people elsewhere simultaneously raised their heads as if sensing something.

In the mysterious space, three people looked at each other, then nodded in unison, making a decision.

"Despair...God?!"

At this moment, Yami Bakura could only look up at the towering figure, but even if he looked up, he could not fully comprehend the god's appearance.

"Attack power... 5000, but it doesn't matter. Even with 5000 attack power, it can't break through my trap card!"

At this moment, the only monster on the field, the three-eyed monster with only 1000 attack power, was trembling and even looked back at its master, seemingly complaining about why it had summoned its attack position.

"My back row is the invincible explosive armor. As long as he launches an attack, I can block the attack and destroy his monster. Don't worry..." Dark Bakura comforted himself.

"You're thinking your backcourt can stop my attack, right?" Leyou suddenly said.

At the same time, the alluring figure that appeared behind him gradually solidified.

She was very tall, and her every move exuded a captivating beauty.

She wanted to hold Leyou in her arms.

But as she stretched out her arms and gently climbed onto Leyou's shoulders, the jade crystal that was integrated with the Duel Disk emitted a soft light, gently repelling her hand.

"Don't rush. Although I have 'used' you many times, I am not yet familiar with this form of yours in this world."

"So, let's wait until I've dealt with this guy before we have a proper, 'in-depth' conversation?"

She nodded slowly and stood obediently to the side, no longer disturbing Leyou.

"Advance to the combat rank!"

"God of Despair, attack the Three-Eyed Monster! Endless Despair!"

"You've fallen for it! Activate the trap card, blow it up..."

"Damn it! This card's effect is: Once during the Battle Step when this card battles, you can banish 1 Level 1 monster from your Graveyard to activate this effect. This card is unaffected by other card effects until the end of that Damage Step and cannot be destroyed by battle. I banish 'Kurigus' from my Graveyard!"

"Despair engulfed them!"

"God of Despair, let this arrogant and unruly evil god know what true despair is!"

Chapter Thirty-One: Another Deliveryman Arrives

"Who are you, or rather, who are you right now?"

"Despair God Antihope, or rather, E. La."

【Mistake·End（ｅ?ラー）】

This is the name of this big girl, oh no, big sister, oh no, big... in short, she's a girl who's big in every way.

She seemed to be the spirit of the god of despair, but Leyou found it hard to connect this seemingly well-behaved yet very "alluring" "mature" woman with the equally "big" black uncle from before.
