The traveling frog is living a carefree life in the Marvel universe.

There is no woman in this world that Bai Ye cannot handle...

Even though the girl is already a ghost, the undead knight Ning Caichen tells Bai Ye: as long as you're brave enough, Sadako will take maternity leave.

Therefore, Bai Ye is confident that he can win over the girl.

However, the girl is steadfast in her loyalty, having waited for her lover for over two thousand years and transformed into a spirit. Even if Bai Ye can win her over, it will certainly take him quite a while.

After winning over the girl, who knows where Gastly went? It's too late, what's the point of talking about it now!

Kona had already made preparations based on what Baiye had told her.

The alliance tracking personnel were quickly deployed.

Gather information from the place where Gastly is staying.

Finally, the remaining gas energy of Gastly was collected from the small shrine on and behind the Maiden Rock.

then.

The tracking began.

White Night and Lorelei followed the Pokémon League tracking team all the way to Lavender Town.

"Ziyuan Town?"

Bai Ye muttered to himself, then turned to look at Kona:

Is there a ghost tower here?

“That’s right!” Lorelei nodded and said, “Originally, it was built by the villagers of Lavender Town to mourn the dead. Later, it gradually became a paradise for Ghost-type Pokémon. Many trainers even go to Ghost Tower to catch Ghost Pokémon.”

"If nothing unexpected happens, that Gastly should have gone to the Ghost Tower."

"Hmm, Lorelei, be careful in a bit. A Gastly that has lived for over a thousand years might already be close to a legendary Pokémon in strength..." Bai Ye warned.

"Of course I know."

Kona adjusted her glasses and said with a gentle smile:

"I'm one of the Kanto Elite Four, don't worry, I'll definitely catch Gastly for you."

Lavender Town is relatively prosperous, but the Ghost Tower is located in a very remote place, becoming more and more desolate the further you go in.

finally.

White Night, Kona, and the trackers arrived at the Ghost Tower.

"This is it."

The trackers stated this with absolute certainty.

Bai Ye thought to himself:

"It seems that after that Gastly tricked Ash and the others, it ran off to play in this place where its kind are!"

"But this is really great!"

He looked relieved.

I'm afraid Gastly might wander to the ends of the earth and never be found again.

Otherwise, he could only sigh in vain.

Finding another Pokémon like this Gastly is extremely difficult!

"Come out, King Hippo."

Lorelei released her Pokémon.

Her two trump cards are Lapras and King Hippo, both incredibly powerful, practically comparable to mythical beasts.

Upon entering the Ghost Tower, a chilling aura immediately enveloped you.

"This place seems to be very yin, no wonder it has become a paradise for Ghost-type Pokémon."

The White Night Passage

Suddenly, a strange laugh echoed through the room, the kind that sends chills down your spine, and the echo reverberated back and forth, making it impossible to pinpoint the source of the sound.

Kona's lenses flashed, and she immediately gave the order:

"King Hippo, use your telekinesis to teach it a lesson!"

It's worth noting that among the Kanto Elite Four, Lorelei is the Ice-type Elite Four member, Shiba is the Fighting-type Elite Four member, Lance is the Dragon-type Elite Four member, and Agatha is the Ghost-type Elite Four member.

Lorelei, who has had many interactions with Agatha Christie and has battled her ace Pokémon Gengar multiple times, has a considerable understanding of Ghost-type Pokémon.

The mischief of a Ghost-type Pokémon in the shadows was seen through by Lorelei at a glance.

Upon hearing Kona's command, a blue light flashed in King Hippo's eyes.

The next moment, a scream rang out in the air, and a Gastly fell out, its face contorted in pain.

"Hehehe..."

Gastly looked at Hippowdon and Lorelei in horror, then turned and ran away.

Damn it!

We've run into a really bad situation!

This woman doesn't seem like a good person!

Gazing in the direction Gastly had gone, Lorelei shook her head and said:

"That's not it!"

Bai Ye understood perfectly well that the Gastly in front of him was so weak that it couldn't possibly be the thousand-year-old Gastly he was looking for.

He sighed softly:

"Let's keep going."

Along the way, Gastly, Haunter, and Gengar would occasionally try to trick them, but all of them were easily defeated by Hippowdon.

Even Gengar, the ace Pokémon carefully raised by the Ghost Elite Four member Agatha Christie, might not be able to defeat Lorelei's Hippowdon, let alone these wild ones.

Bai Ye felt a little nervous.

Kona, however, grasped Bai Ye's hand, their fingers intertwined tightly, and with a gentle smile, said:

"Don't worry, King Hippowdon has already told me that there is indeed a very powerful Pokémon hiding on the seventh floor of this Ghost Tower. It can't escape!"

The Ghost Tower has only seven floors. The higher you go, the stronger the Pokémon become. With its strength, the Millennium Gastly undoubtedly holds the position of king of the Ghost Tower and resides on the top floor.

Bai Ye took Kona's hand, lifted it up, gently kissed it, and smiled at Kona.

it is more than words.

The two arrived at the seventh floor of the Ghost Tower hand in hand.

The environment was dark and cold, and there was no one there.

There was only one television set, which was playing a scene of lovers parting ways, one of life and the other of death.

"Slurp—!"

On the sofa in front of the TV, a Gastly was wiping its nose with a tissue, crying its eyes out.

"So touching, so incredibly touching!"

"They clearly love each other so much, why do they have to face this kind of thing?"

"God, please open your eyes!"

Bai Ye and Kona exchanged a glance, somewhat stunned, completely unexpected that this Gastly could be so sentimental...

However, Bai Ye had no interest in listening to Gastly's whining. He stepped forward and shouted:

"Gastly, I need your help in my training..."

Yes, of course, this is proper cultivation. If it were improper, then Bai Ye would still prefer to have Kona help him with his cultivation.

"Meow meow meow?"

Gastly turned around, looked at the two of them, and was completely bewildered.

I never expected that I would be sitting at home when trouble would come out of nowhere.

I was happily watching an idol drama by myself at home when suddenly someone appeared and asked me to help him with his spiritual practice...

Bai Ye finally understood why this Gastly would promote the female ghost in Maiden's Gorge every year. It was because it was a hardcore fan of idol dramas, so how could it not feel a sense of familiarity when it met that female ghost?

"Kona!?"

Gastly's expression changed drastically when its gaze shifted from White Night to Lorelei.

She knew Kona; she was one of the Four Heavenly Kings of the Kanto region, and her strength was formidable.

It has lived for over a thousand years, likes to wander around, and enjoys watching TV dramas, unlike those arrogant and ignorant Pokémon.

It toyed with Ash and his friends because it knew they were noobs, but if it were Lorelei...

They've slipped away, they've slipped away.

It still prefers to live freely and doesn't want to become someone else's Pokémon.

Gastly's eyes flashed, and before White Night and Lorelei could speak again, it "whooshed" and rushed towards the wall of Ghost Tower—it's a gas Pokémon, capable of passing through walls.

If I can't beat you, can't I at least run away?

As long as I run fast enough, what does it matter if Kona?

However, White Night and Kona had come with a long-term plan to capture it, so how could they let it escape so easily?

Kona had already made preparations.

Seeing Gastly's actions, Lorelei adjusted her glasses and commanded:

"King Hippopotamus, use the Petrify Technique!"

In an instant, Gastly, which was in a state of high-speed sprint and floating in mid-air, lost its ability to move.

With a "thud," it fell to the floor.

"Surrender, Gastly! You're surrounded!" Lorelei commanded imposingly.

Gastly's face showed grief and indignation:
