Like Brian, he doesn't stay here all the time. He has a proper job outside and only comes back to relax when he's free.

Amanda was a girlfriend he met outside of their relationship; she wasn't a childhood friend of his or Brian's.

"Let's go in and take a look!"

Bryce led Amanda into the bar.

As soon as you step inside, you're hit with loud drumbeats and energetic DJ music.

The air was thick with the smell of smoke and alcohol, and the music was deafening.

A noisy crowd, glamorous and sexy women, and young, crazy men were all gyrating wildly on the dance floor.

Even sitting in the corner, the air was filled with the clinking of glasses and uncontrollable howling laughter.

In the dim light, the bartender swayed gently, elegantly mixing a colorful cocktail; the flashing neon lights attracted one thirsty, comforted soul after another.

However, Bryce had no intention of enjoying any of this. Instead, he went to the bartender alone to ask for directions to the bar owner, leaving his girlfriend Amanda, who was dancing in the middle of the dance floor, behind. Led by the bartender, he went straight to find the bar owner.

"Boss, this guy says he wants to talk to you about a business deal."

The bartender led Bryce into a room at the back of the bar.

The owner of this bar appears to be a Black man, wearing sunglasses, and has a group of burly men working for him.

The black man in sunglasses looked at Bryce and asked, "Do you have business to discuss with me?"

Anyone with eyes could tell that Bryce is a complete novice just by looking at him.

Bryce, however, feigned composure, acting as if he had seen it all and wasn't afraid of anything, and said:

"That's right, I have a big business deal to discuss with you."

"Oh?"

The black man in sunglasses and the burly man next to him exchanged a glance and smiled at each other.

They didn't take this person's words seriously at all.

Bryce didn't seem to care and said:

"I'm not kidding you. In fact, I'm just a small fry. I brought some samples to show you. After this transaction is completed, it will be a real big deal."

As he spoke, Bryce opened the bag he was carrying, and two sealed boxes fell out.

Yes, that's right. He plans to sell the laundry detergent to these bar owners.

Because of the unique circumstances in the United States, Bryce understood perfectly well that 99% of the bars, karaoke bars, and similar establishments here would sell that kind of thing to their customers.

Laundry detergent is comparable to cash because you can easily find places to exchange it for cash.

“Our goods are of good quality and cheap. We’re only selling them to you for $3 a bag. You’re making a killing.”

Bryce said:

“If we weren’t in a hurry to get cash back, we would never have sold the goods to you at the lowest market price.”

Before coming, Bryce checked the prices. The laundry detergent he took from the plane was worth $3 to $4 a box. Now he was selling it for $3 a box, which was definitely the lowest price on the market. This was a necessary choice he made to sell it as soon as possible.

Otherwise, with so many goods in his possession, he would be finished if the police found out.

Cash is still safer.

The black man in sunglasses exchanged a glance with the person next to him. With a single look from him, someone immediately stepped forward and picked up the package that had fallen to the ground.

Fortunately, Bryce wasn't entirely an idiot. After receiving the package, he changed the packaging. Bryce was an uneducated man, so he didn't like to read the news and didn't know that a seaplane had recently crashed nearby. That's why he dared to brazenly bring the laundry detergent directly to the bar to sell.

A Black man holding a package suddenly produced a dagger and slashed the package open, revealing laundry detergent inside.

The expressions on everyone's faces changed.

But Bryce didn't know what that meant. Instead, he put on a show of magnanimity, leaned back on the sofa, and said:

"Don't worry, they're all genuine!"

The Black man picked up a bit of laundry detergent with the tip of his knife, held it to his nose, and inhaled it. Instantly, he felt as if he had been electrocuted.

Coming to his senses, he nodded to the black man in sunglasses who was leading the group.

The black man in sunglasses immediately smiled, a somewhat sinister smile, and said to the burly men around him:

"Take good care of this guy for me, I need to call the boss."

After he finished speaking, he left the room.

"Hurry up!"

Bryce, clutching his bag, said to the black man in sunglasses:

"We're not just having you as a seller. If you don't buy, there are plenty of other sellers waiting for us!"

"I'll be quick!"

The black man in sunglasses gave Bryce a meaningful smile before closing the door.

Inside the enclosed room, Bryce looked at the men surrounding him, all of whom were black, and felt somewhat insecure. He picked up a glass of wine from the table to cover up his unease and took a sip.

Stepping out of the room, the black man in sunglasses immediately pulled out his phone, scrolled through his contacts, found the boss's number, and dialed it.

His boss was naturally Reis, the head of the biggest local gang. You could even say that all the bars, karaoke bars and similar establishments in the vicinity were owned by him.

So these people certainly knew that their big boss, Reis, was going crazy with worry over the tens of millions of dollars worth of goods he had lost.

Coincidentally.

Bryce, that idiot, has delivered himself right to my doorstep; it's like a godsend!

These seasoned criminals, who have committed murder, arson, and all sorts of evil deeds, naturally understand that someone like Bryce is just a complete newbie and could never be a subordinate of any big seller. So the question is, how did this complete newbie get the goods and come to their territory to sell them?

Needless to say, nine times out of ten, it's because someone was lucky enough to find the cargo on their boss's crashed plane and wanted to make a profit.

It's highly likely that this person has more than just these two bags; they have all of them...

It has to be said, this guy is a real oddball. He dared to take drugs from drug lords at will, and then he even went to the drug lords' hideout to sell them...

Hopefully, the eldest son will be merciful and won't let his whole family spiral into heaven on the spot.

Priyanka's house.

Reis is having steak with Priyanka.

Priyanka's husband, Reis, is thin, pale, with sunken eyes, and looks rather haggard.

No wonder Priyanka is sexually frustrated. Any woman with a voluptuous and beautiful figure, if she were to have a husband who isn't in good health, would probably do something immoral, like feeding him medicine or something.

Reis, holding a knife and fork, cut a piece of steak, put it in his mouth, and chewed slowly.

"I heard that you were seen getting very close to a man last night..."

Do I need to report to you what I do?

Priyanka sneered and said:

"You'd better clean up your own mess before you talk to me like this!"

Reis's words immediately softened:

“Honey…”

Just as he was about to speak, the black man in sunglasses called.

Reis frowned and answered the phone:

"Hey?"

"what?"

Reis's eyes narrowed:

"Okay, I'll be right there. Make sure someone keeps an eye on them!"

As he spoke, Reis put down his half-eaten meal and picked up his suit jacket from the chair:

"Something urgent has come up, and I need to go out immediately."

He walked up to Priyanka and was about to kiss her smooth cheek, but Priyanka dodged his mouth with a look of disgust.

Reis realized something, touched his mouth, which was covered in grease, chuckled awkwardly, and said:

"I'll come back to be with you as soon as I've taken care of things."

Watching Reis's departing figure, Priyanka shook her head, raised her wine glass, and took a small sip.

……

When Blake returned to the lookout tower, he found that White Night had already left.

"Kelly, Bai Ye has already left?"

"Correct."

Kelly, with an exceptionally charming expression, said:

"Something came up at home, so I had to leave."

"Alright, there's nothing I can do about it then. We'll just have to talk about it another time."

Blake said helplessly.

However, Blake sniffed. Why did it smell like seafood in the room?

Chapter 163 Madam, you didn't want your husband to die, did you?

With doubt in his heart, Blake spoke aloud:

"Why does the smell feel a little strange..."

Kelly thought to herself, "Is Blake's nose really that amazing?"

Even though she had sprayed so much air freshener that she couldn't smell anything herself, how did she still notice something was wrong?

"that……"

Kelly said awkwardly:

"Just now, Ronnie came over and said a few words to me. Maybe it was the smell of him not having showered for days."

Ronnie: Crying his eyes out in the bathroom.
