Bronsky's lips twitched slightly, as if he wanted to speak, but he could no longer utter a word. His eyes began to glaze over; he was nearing the end of his life.
"Very good, soldier. I have the utmost respect for your courage." General Ross smiled with satisfaction upon seeing this.
He immediately waved his hand, and three medical staff who were already prepared walked in quickly, carrying a medicine cooler box.
“Let’s begin,” General Ross said, gesturing with his chin.
"...Yes." The doctor looked at Bronsky, who was nearing the end of his life, took a deep breath, and made the sign of the cross on his chest.
Then, from the refrigerator, two vials of blue serum were taken out, and one was injected into Bronsky's neck.
With the help of two deputies, the remaining tube was used to flip Bronsky over and inject it into his spine.
After doing all that, the doctor took out a red vial from the refrigerator... actually, it was more like blood than medicine.
Unlike the previous blue transparent solution, this red medicine was viscous and had a blood-red color, truly resembling blood.
"No rush, let's see how things go first," General Ross said, waving his hand.
Upon hearing this, two deputies quickly went to the equipment to observe: "Sir, the patient's condition is approaching stability, but... there are no signs of recovery."
General Ross remained silent, meaning that Bronsky could remain in his current half-dead state, but a full recovery was impossible.
"Sir, do we still need an injection?" The doctor asked, holding the vial of blood, at a loss.
"Does Hulk... have the ability to regenerate?" General Ross asked, stroking his chin as he pondered.
“Sir, so far, we haven’t caused him any harm…not even to his skin,” the doctor said.
General Ross was taken aback. What he said made sense. He had even deployed armed helicopters, but he hadn't even broken through the enemy's skin.
"Give him the injection, he's going to die soon anyway." General Ross gestured with his chin.
He was a general, but also a capitalist. He understood the concept of surplus value better than anyone else; no one understood the exploitation of surplus value better than him.
Upon hearing this, the doctor injected a vial of Hulk's blood directly into him.
"Continue to observe and report any developments." With that, General Ross turned and left, leaving the rest to the professionals.
……
In Beth's villa on New York's Upper East Side, Cao Gui was doing nothing but petting his cat.
"Meow~"
The orange cat rested its head on Cao Gui's arm, rubbing its body against him constantly. Its round cat eyes were narrowed into slits, and its little ears were flattened to the sides, looking incredibly comfortable.
"Wow, this cat is really good at this," Cao Gui exclaimed in amazement.
Yesterday I spent the whole day underwater. I originally planned to go shopping with Gwen, but Gwen said that Dr. Otto was thinking something. He abandoned his expertise in thermonuclear physics and suddenly started studying mechanical technology.
She even humbly discussed problems with the dozen or so interns, making Gwen feel a little embarrassed to leave the lab.
Just then, Beth returned and saw Cao Gui lying on the sofa petting the cat, and couldn't help but roll her eyes.
That wretched man, so fickle! He doesn't even want me anymore now that he has a cat. Beth thought for a moment, her eyes darting around, and a good idea popped into her head.
Taking off her coat, Beth came to Cao Gui and picked up the orange cat.
"Huh, what's wrong?" Cao Gui asked, puzzled. Why did they suddenly snatch his cat?
“Honey, I’ll show you something fun.” Beth said, holding the orange cat up by its ribs with both hands.
"What...is there to see here?" She looked left and right, completely puzzled.
Beth smiled slightly, held up the orange cat and began to gently shake it. As she shook it, the orange cat stretched longer and longer.
Cao Gui was shocked. It could actually grow longer the more he shook it?
It was truly an eye-opening experience.
"Come on, come inside with me." Cao Gui grabbed Beth and dragged her into the room.
As for the orange cat... it was ruthlessly abandoned.
"Wait, what are you going to do?"
Beth braced herself on her knees, her little bottom sticking up, desperately trying to avoid going inside, but a sly glint flashed in her eyes.
True hunters often appear in the form of prey.
"Damn it, this thing isn't a cat, it doesn't wag long... and it's already quite long."
"Hehehe, let's try again, who knows?" Cao Gui's strange laughter came from inside the room.
……
At the exit of a building somewhere in New York, Betty and Banner, wearing a baseball cap, waited anxiously.
“Bruce, are you sure he’s here?” Betty asked softly.
"Probably... I talked to him for a long time, he has no reason to lie to me," Dr. Banner said hesitantly.
At that moment, a person dressed in blue walked out of the building.
“That’s him!” Banner said, his eyes gleaming with excitement.
Betty quickly stepped forward: "Dr. Stern."
"Who are you?" the man named Stern asked in confusion.
“Mr. Blue,” Banner said softly as he approached.
“Mr. Green?” Dr. Stern’s eyes widened. “Is it really you? I always thought… I always thought…”
“Mr. Blue, I need your help.” Banner interrupted him, suddenly becoming serious.
"Please help me kill the Hulk."

Chapter 232 Hatred
"Are you ready?"
Dressed in blue and holding a stun gun, Dr. Stern's face was full of excitement.
"Gulp~ Ready?" Banner swallowed hard and said with difficulty.
He is now bound to an experimental bed, unable to move a single part of his body, and even chains have been used.
Betty looked at Banner with concern. She knew that the chains couldn't possibly hold Hulk back, and besides... this Dr. Stern seemed so unreliable.
"Okay, let's begin, hahaha..." Dr. Stern said, then suddenly laughed excitedly, making Betty tremble with fear. This guy was definitely a complete mad scientist.
With a squeak, Dr. Stern pressed the stun gun onto Banner's head.
"Ow—!"
In just a moment, Banner's body turned green, his bones creaked, and his entire body began to swell.
"Quick! Inject the medication!" Stern shouted.
Betty darted to the lab table and quickly began operating, injecting brownish liquid from syringes into Banner's body.
As Banner roared, it began to stop growing, and its green skin began to fade.
"Hahaha, I knew it! My inhibitor would be a success!" Dr. Stern exclaimed, gesturing wildly with immense excitement.
Betty breathed a sigh of relief; thankfully, it worked.
She didn't actually like the Hulk either, not because he was ugly, but because... Banner's heart rate couldn't exceed 200 beats per minute; if it did, he would instantly turn into the Hulk.
The two slept together last night. Luckily, Banner was able to control himself, otherwise...
A wicked smile.gif
……
In an underground field hospital.
General Ross walked quickly, looking hurried and anxious.
"Does Bronsky have any family?" General Ross asked. Although he had used Bronsky for experiments and dehumanized him, he had not completely destroyed his humanity, and he was still willing to make amends.
“General, you can ask him yourself,” his deputy said, leading General Ross to Bronsky’s bedside.
General Ross's pupils contracted instantly. Bronsky, who had been on the verge of death, was sitting perfectly fine on the bed.
The doctor from before is removing his bandages.
"Blonsky, how...are you feeling?" General Ross asked with some concern.
Of the three vials of medicine, the two blue ones were Banner's "finished products." It was under the influence of those substances, along with gamma rays, that Banner transformed into the Hulk.
“Excellent, better than ever before.” Bronsky clenched his fist, the surge of power filling him with immense excitement.
"General, our men have spotted Banner and Elizabeth," the adjutant suddenly reported as he entered.
"Gather the men." General Ross's expression hardened. "Blonsky, can we still fight?"
“Of course.” Bronsky grinned. “Old soldiers never die.”
"Go put on your gear." General Ross waved his hand and strode out.
"Yes." Bronsky nodded, his expression slowly turning cold, not towards Ross, but because he remembered being picked up and thrown away like a chick.
This was an absolute disgrace to him.
"I'll settle accounts with you after I kill Banner..."
On the bed, Bronsky murmured, then suddenly paused, a soft cracking sound came from behind, and his spine began to slowly grow outward, accompanied by a persistent itching sensation.
But he didn't care, quickly put on his gear, got into his Hummer, and drove away.
……
Inside a building.
"Hahaha, honestly, this is the most amazing thing I've ever seen in my life." Dr. Stern gesticulated wildly, his face beaming with indescribable excitement, his body language quite expressive.
"Wait, stop for a second, don't get so excited," Beth said, covering her face with a helpless expression.
"Can we discuss what just happened?"
She is also a PhD and a researcher, but this is the first time I've ever met such a legendary scientific geek.
