Where are you?
Kobayashi Sora had just arrived home and picked up the mochi that was biting her leg when she received a message from Kato Megumi.
Just got home
I was also thinking of helping take care of Nian Gao if you're busy with work.
"Then I'll definitely contact you next time I can't come back." Kobayashi Sora thought for a moment, then sent another message: "Next time I come, I'll give you the key."
Otherwise, if he's not home, Kato Megumi can't come in and won't be able to take care of the mochi.
"Hmm," Kato Megumi replied to the message, put away her phone, and walked out of the restroom.
"Are you relieved?" the older sister asked with a smile.
It's not what you think.
“It might not be what you think,” Hiromi Kato shook her finger. “Maybe he just came back from a girl’s house, or he’s on his way to another girl’s house.”
"Only you would think that way." Kato Megumi puffed out her cheeks slightly.
It's getting dark, who would ask him to go?
-
"Senior..." Kobayashi Sora answered the call, "You should know it's almost dark, right?"
"I just woke up..." came Kasumigaoka Utaha's languid voice from the other end of the phone. "What's the outline all about?"
“This is Ms. Machida’s request,” Kobayashi Sora recalled the email she had sent to Kasumigaoka Utaha. “To publish the interview transcript, we need an outline of the new work, and it needs to be approved.”
This also helps to avoid discrepancies between interview transcripts and the new work, and allows for early revisions if the outline is not up to standard.
"So you came here."
"So why now?"
“I need someone to help me find inspiration,” Kasumigaoka Utaha yawned.
"Can't it be tomorrow?"
"No one's home right now," Kasumigaoka Utaha whispered. "I won't be back until very, very late."
"Then it should be tomorrow."
"The refrigerator is empty, and I don't want to go out."
That's the real reason, isn't it?
Kobayashi Sora cleans the litter box, changes the water, and adds food for Nian Gao, then goes out to find another lazy cat.
Contrary to Kobayashi Sora's expected laziness, Kasumigaoka Utaha was busy at home at the moment.
"This is too revealing, I feel like someone might see..." The senior student, dressed in pajamas, fidgeted with the straps of her nightgown in front of the mirror. "But wearing too many layers doesn't look good either..."
Her gaze wandered through the wardrobe, and Kasumigaoka Utaha had an idea.
Lifting up the thin 60D black pantyhose, she rolled it up to her toes, slipped her fair feet inside, and started from her toes, gradually loosening it until she reached her ankles. After a few simple adjustments to the toes and heels, Kasumigaoka Utaha tugged at the pantyhose again, letting the thin fabric cover her calves.
With her feet on the floor, Kasumigaoka Utaha stood up, skillfully pulling at her pantyhose alternately. Her plump, fair thighs were gradually covered by the alluring black of the pantyhose, while the sheen of her skin shone through beneath.
Using both hands to stretch out the pantyhose, Kasumigaoka Utaha brought her legs together, pulled the pantyhose up to her waist, and ran her hands over her legs to smooth out the wrinkles.
The pajamas were removed from the girl's beautiful body, replaced by an oversized T-shirt with the hem hanging down to her thighs, covering her short hot pants.
The "disappearing lower body" outfit.
By covering up the upper body with oversized clothing, it creates the illusion that the lower body is not wearing anything.
Although it looks dangerous, it is actually very safe.
perhaps.
Chapter 29 Bathroom Incident
"Come on up." Kasumigaoka Utaha pressed the button, and the glass door in front of Kobayashi Sora slid open to both sides.
Kobayashi Sora walked through the lobby and into the elevator. Kasumigaoka Utaha opened her door, revealing her small head with a white headband. "So slow."
"You're still not hungry." Kobayashi Sora glanced at her. "If you were really hungry, you would have gone out and bought some yourself. That would have been faster."
"Pineapple Bun?"
"Have."
"Strawberry milk?"
"Have."
"Pocky?"
"Chocolate flavored."
"Come in."
"Once you've eaten, start writing the outline." Kobayashi Sora handed the bag to Kasumigaoka Utaha. "I won't go in."
"I need someone to help me find inspiration."
"...Excuse me." Kobayashi Sora entered the room and changed into slippers.
Kasumigaoka Utaha sat on the sofa carrying a bag. Her loose T-shirt couldn't hide her alluring curves; her full breasts stretched the shirt so much that the hem almost hung in the air, unable to reach her lower abdomen.
In stark contrast to the loose-fitting upper body are the legs encased in tight pantyhose, their perfect curves subtly revealing the skin's color. The light dances across the thin pantyhose, creating a mesmerizing halo.
Kasumigaoka Utaha crosses her legs, and the subtle elastic deformation brings about changes in luster, showcasing the beauty of elasticity and softness blending together.
Kasumigaoka Utaha was about to ask Kobayashi Sora to open the bag for him, but remembering his previous remarks, she decided to do it herself.
Raising her fair chin, Kasumigaoka Utaha, now in control of the situation on her home turf, reverted to her usual aloof and mature demeanor, saying, "Those were written down."
Some printed papers were scattered on the coffee table.
"That's quite a lot." Kobayashi Sora picked up the printed paper and glanced through it briefly. "It should have been enough to submit, but no one did... Are you not satisfied with the content?"
Kasumigaoka Utaha puffed out her cheeks as she sipped the strawberry milk from the carton.
They actually saw through it.
With her red eyes half-closed, Kasumigaoka Utaha looked at Kobayashi Sora's face, waiting for him to continue.
Although he was interested in collaborating with him, Kobayashi Sora also needed to demonstrate the value of the collaboration.
At the very least... one must have basic appreciation skills.
"The scenes and dialogue are a bit over-the-top, making it uninspiring. While the lack of detail in the outline might be a factor, this is clearly not your true level." Kobayashi Sora looked away from the manuscript. "If I had to put it in perspective, it's like shouting, 'This is a school harem comedy!'—too superficial?"
“Yeah, it’s as unrealistic as someone’s plan.” Kasumigaoka Utaha took a big bite of her pineapple bun.
Kobayashi Sora is right.
unhappy.
“I don’t deny that, but the problem right now is your outline,” Kobayashi Sora suggested, “is it because it doesn’t quite match your experiences and feelings?”
Kasumigaoka Utaha's eyes flashed with coldness. "What do you want to say?"
“You’re too sensitive.” Kobayashi Sora didn’t bring up her thoughts about the relationship that ended before it even began. “To be precise, it’s because you’ve already planned out the ending, which is the heartbreaking scene of one female character after another leaving the stage heartbroken. You’re thinking about the subsequent developments and tragic endings, so you can’t immerse yourself in the joyful and comedic developments in the beginning.”
Newcomers to long-form writing often have wildly imaginative ideas, writing whatever comes to mind without much control over the story's development. They often start off brilliantly but then quickly fall apart.
People with experience in completing long stories often get so engrossed in the later developments that the earlier parts become boring setups. No matter how interesting the later parts are, they are meaningless if the story is abruptly cut short.
The problem with Kasumigaoka Utaha lies here.
She wanted to write about the later stages of a story about a woman who is ultimately unsuccessful, but her vision was too far ahead, which made it difficult to write a good opening.
“Anyone can find fault,” Kasumigaoka Utaha turned her head to the side. “An editor’s job shouldn’t be limited to this, right?”
"So?" Kobayashi Sora looked at Kasumigaoka Utaha, "Is there anything I can help with?"
Kasumigaoka Utaha was waiting for this line, and she answered in a serious tone, "In order to be more realistic, I will personally experience the story from now on and get closer to the character."
"Your smile is practically overflowing from your eyes," Kobayashi Sora said helplessly. "At least tone it down a bit."
"How about using your imaginative abilities to help me with my writing?" Kasumigaoka Utaha, basking in her home-field advantage, exuded an even stronger aura. "Junior?"
"If it can help," Kobayashi Sora composed herself. "Like I said before, as long as you can create excellent content, senior."
“Let’s start from here…” Kasumigaoka Utaha pointed to the manuscript and explained the plot.
A beautiful blonde girl with twin ponytails suddenly appears as a transfer student, causing chaos around the protagonist. Exhausted from being tricked by her, the protagonist returns home and wants to take a shower to clear his mind. The moment he opens the bathroom door, he finds the transfer student right there in his own bathroom.
The scene of two people being completely honest with each other in the bathroom is a classic scene that has never appeared in Kasumigaoka Utaha's works.
It's clear that she is indeed trying to break through her own limitations.
The problem is...
Kobayashi Sora looked at Kasumigaoka Utaha, who was holding a camera, and asked, "Why am I the one taking a bath?"
"Oh?" Kasumigaoka Utaha raised an eyebrow. "Do you want to watch me take a shower? That's workplace harassment."
"Look, I'm the same way." Kobayashi Sora waved her hand. "Besides, there's something wrong with your plot."
"Are you deliberately picking a fight?" Kasumigaoka Utaha's expression was unfriendly. "Are you going to act or not?"
“If there’s nothing wrong with this plot, I’ll definitely act in it,” Kobayashi Sora said, shrugging. “But what if there’s something wrong with the plot?”
"If there are any problems, I'll delete it myself. Are you satisfied now?"
Kobayashi Sora turned and went into the bathroom, turned on the shower, then came out and closed the bathroom door. "The sound of water."
The clear sound of water coming from the bathroom.
Anyone who isn't deaf will know there's someone inside.
"...When the protagonist returned, the heroine was applying shower gel." Kasumigaoka Utaha made up an excuse.
Kobayashi Sora re-entered the bathroom, turned off the shower, turned on the bathroom light, then came out again, closed the bathroom door, and said, "Lights."
Bright light shone through the frosted glass of the bathroom.
Anyone with eyes can tell there's someone inside.
