Ark Undead

"Don't worry, he's already here."
One was a voice the Undead had heard before, a voice that seemed to whisper secrets; the other was that of an old man.
Before the immortal could react, the old man inside spoke loudly.
"Friends outside, you've been waiting for a long time. Please come in."
Without hesitation, the immortal reached out and pushed open the half-closed door to see what was inside.
With his hands bound, the purple-haired little Castor sat cross-legged on the bed.
Right next to Little Castor, a giant rat dressed in human-like clothes sat beside the campfire the Undead had built, holding a stick and trying to start the flames.
Hearing the door open, An Suo looked up at the undead standing in the doorway.
The sight of the undead in his suit caught her off guard for a moment, but after a quick thought, she exclaimed in surprise.
"boss?!"
The immortal walked in and sat down next to the large rat.
The big rat chuckled twice and handed the wooden stick in its hand to the immortal.
"You're coming?"
The Undead didn't say much, took the stick, and threw it into the ashes of the campfire.
He reached out and touched the unlit campfire. With a soft sound, the fire, which had not yet burned out, began to glow again.
Feeling the warmth of the firelight, the giant rat comfortably stretched out its paws and probed around the campfire. Then, it shifted into a more comfortable sitting position and spoke to the undead.
"Yes, the Kazimierz tradition of lighting a bonfire indoors certainly has an extraordinary charm."
The implication is that he knows who the Undead is and what his identity is.
"I don't know you."
The immortal spoke, looking at the large rat beside him with a puzzled expression.
"But you're investigating me, and perhaps you'd like to meet with me to ask some questions."
The large rat chuckled sinisterly twice, the sound of which was rather eerie.
An Suo, standing nearby, frowned and couldn't help but shiver twice.
"So you're... a gangster boss?"
The undead man's speaking style was somewhat comical, which made the giant rat burst into laughter.
"That's really weird. I think it sounds stupid. My name is Lin Gerui. They call me Gray Lin, and some people call me Rat King."
"Grey Forest, I like that name."
The Undead nodded; this way of addressing him brought to mind some enemies and friends he had encountered in the past.
The Rat King looked the Undead up and down and asked.
Where is your armor?
"The Royal Guard Bureau forbids me from wearing armor when I go out."
The Undead explained, pointing to his suit.
"You changed your clothes, but it's not quite right, it's strange."
"I don't think the War Knight is someone who follows the rules."
The Rat King shook his head and said with a sigh.
"And it's still restricted by the Royal Guard Bureau."
"I have never thought that the rules are bad."
"The Undead said."
"I just hate the rotten rules."
For him, rules are essential; it is through rules that order is established. Just as birth and death are necessary for normal generations.
But if such rules don't suit his taste, he wouldn't mind burning them down with fire.
He did this in the past, and he does it now.
"Well said, then..."
The Rat King's long whiskers twitched, and he reached out and tucked them into his hand.
"Sir Knight, you must have come to me with some question. And is this question related to Victoria's secrets?"
"Yes."
The Undying knew that such a person must have his own intelligence network. If he didn't know his purpose, he would be letting down his subordinates.
“I’m looking for Draco.”
"Looking for Victoria's Draco in Yan Country? Hahaha!"
The Rat King couldn't help but laugh out loud, and he shook his head.
"Unfortunately, the Yan Kingdom today does not have the person you are looking for, nor has it left any trace of them."
The Undead astutely grasped the key point.
"Then, before?"
"There were such people before, but that's all in the past, and I'm sure the one you're looking for isn't in Lungmen now."
The Rat King began to speak, mentioning another person.
"Since you've been to the Guard Bureau, you must have met that old dragon, right?"
"You mean, Wei Yanwu?"
"The Undead said."
“We didn’t meet, but he said that Yan Kingdom doesn’t have Delac.”
"Yes, he's been having a lot of trouble lately, so it's normal that he doesn't have time to meet. So my answer is exactly the same as his."
The Rat King narrowed his eyes and looked at the warrior who had taken off his armor.
“I don’t know why you’re looking for Draco, and I don’t care about the situation in another country. But if you are looking for Draco, I only have one suggestion.”
"The Reunion Movement?"
"That's right, this is what that old dragon told you?"
The Rat King nodded and continued speaking.
"That's true. If we don't make things clear sooner, I'm afraid no one will be willing to face your anger. Even if it's just a possibility, no one dares to gamble on it."
There's always a strange feeling about immortals.
The leaders of Yan Kingdom all seemed to know him, and they all treated him with great courtesy.
The rulers of Lungmen are like this, and so is the boss of Lungmen's underworld.
Therefore, he asked his question without any hesitation.
"You...know me?"
"I know you."
The Rat King grinned, and although no one knew what the expression meant, the Undead felt that he was smiling.
“But you don’t know me. And I’ve never seen you before today.”
"?" The Undead felt that the sentence was a bit awkward and the logic was a bit illogical.
"What's the meaning?"
The Rat King shook his head and said.
"Your name remains in the minds of many elderly people, but nowadays, not many people can remember you. Just like legends are lost in history, your name is also gradually fading away with time."
This rat-like ancestor spoke in a language incomprehensible to the undead, and he made no attempt to explain it clearly.
"However, there will always be places where your name is written. The longer the history, the more we must not forget that legend. Mr. Undying, I don't know much about you, and if I were to tell you anything, it would probably only make you more confused. But if you are interested, you can take some time to visit Yan Kingdom."
To date, the Undead have very little knowledge about the Yan Kingdom.
At this moment, the Rat King suddenly mentioned the Yan Kingdom, which made the Undead recall the words that Solar had said to him earlier.
"You once awoke here, but were forced into slumber by the malice from beyond that world, forgetting everything you had experienced."
Based on what the Rat King said, could it be that the Undead had awakened several times before Kazimierz?
Perhaps he awoke earlier than the founding of several great nations?
Suddenly, a peculiar thought occurred to him: the Undead suddenly wanted to go and take a look at the Yan Kingdom.
"In short, I'm meeting with you at your request, and I hope you won't cause any big commotion in Longmen."
The Rat King finally revealed his purpose.
"Whether you are a legendary figure or just a knight of Kazimierz, Lungmen will have to pay a price if it wants to face any power. Neither Wei Yanwu nor I want what happened in Kazimierz to happen in Lungmen."
The immortal raised his head and made his promise.
"I will not, on my own initiative, cause trouble."
"That's good. We will also keep our subordinates in check and try our best not to cause you any trouble."
The Rat King chuckled, not putting on airs for the undead despite his age.
He knew that if his guess was correct, the person in front of him was many times his age.
"If Lungmen ever runs into trouble, we might need your help. In that case, we will pay you a reward that will satisfy you."
"can."
The Undead nodded and agreed to the Rat King's request.
After saying this, the Rat King turned his head and looked at the dazed Dark Socks beside him. She couldn't understand anything and felt like she was listening to a riddle.
The Rat King lifted the cane that was on the ground and, using the sharp tip of the cane, gently untied the rope binding her wrist.
"Alright, it's time for me to take my leave."
