Ark Undead

"arms."
"Ah, right, I almost forgot. Come in first!"
The blacksmith quickly turned around, letting the undead into the house while placing the coffee on the table and running towards the back room.
The undead walked in, and everything was still the same as before, with weapons and shields hanging on the walls, unchanged.
It looked as if the blacksmith only had one customer.
"I went to watch that match too, and to be honest, I really didn't expect you to be this strong, old man!"
Ander was chatting happily with the Undead in the inner room, where clanging and banging sounds could be heard, along with the sound of a blacksmith straining to lift something.
"But! Hmph! Phew...didn't you just become...ha! Just become the champion? Why are you leaving already? Going on a trip? Don't you really plan to stay and live a good life?"
As he spoke, Ander came out of the inner room, dragging a rectangular object wrapped in cloth in his hand.
"Something happened."
Seeing that Ander was panting heavily, the Undead went over to help.
"Something wrong? You're probably looking for trouble, aren't you? No wonder you asked me to make this thing. If I hadn't called two or three colleagues to help, I might not have been able to finish it for you before today... Holy crap?!"
Ander stared wide-eyed as the Undead lifted the thing up with one hand.
When the Undead asked Ender for help in making weapons, Ender asked in surprise.
Aren't you supposed to be a sword and shield knight? Why are you using this kind of weapon?
The immortal asked in return, puzzled.
When did I ever say I was a sword and shield knight?
He picked up the sword hilt with one hand and lifted it up, then removed the cloth covering it.
This is a huge sword, but it would be more accurate to call it a rectangular giant club than a sword.
Its overall length is about the height of a normal adult, and it is made of a combination of iron blocks hammered together. Its weight makes people hesitate to pick it up!
It has almost no sharpness; the edges are only slightly sharpened for better wielding, and it will immediately revert to its rough state after one or two battles.
The Undead man examined it for a long time, then nodded in satisfaction and put down the greatsword.
At this moment, Ander brought out another box from behind.
"Here, I've fixed your Tempered Knight Armor. To make it easier for you to carry this thing, I've also modified the weapon hook on the back."
The Undead watched as Ander took the Tempered Knight Armor out of the box, and he was surprised to find that a layer of brownish-gray cloth was sewn onto the surface of the armor, giving it the appearance of a cloak.
"This is?"
"Hehe, my wife sewed it for you!"
Ander chuckled twice and scratched his head.
"She went to the game with me that day, and when she heard you were going on a trip, she offered to make you a robe, which I then attached to your armor. Anyway, you'll encounter all sorts of situations on the road, so having something on will at least protect you from the wind and rain."
The cloth wrapped around the surface of the armor prevented the armor from being eroded by wind and sand, and could also cover the face to some extent, thus concealing one's identity.
"As payment, I'll keep your shield. You don't need it to wield your greatsword anyway. My wife wants your autograph, and this thing is worth much more than an autograph! It also has collectible value."
Ander left the shield as payment.
The Undead nodded and accepted Mrs. Ender's gift.
Once the Undead had donned the brand-new armor of a battle-hardened knight, he handed a key to Ander.
"It's like a dream. I never imagined that the knight who helped me solve my problem two months ago would be the famous War Knight now."
Ander leaned against the door, sipping his coffee, and took the key from the Undead, keeping it safe for him.
"So how long will this trip take? Will you be back?"
"do not know."
The Undead shook his head, looked at Ander, and bowed slightly in gratitude.
"Thank you."
"Hey, don't thank me. You helped me bring this suit of armor onto the stage, fulfilling my dream. I should be the one thanking you."
Ander said with a smile.
"My ancestors were all craftsmen who forged armor for the Knights of Conquest. You helped me bring the Knights of Conquest armor to the top of the rankings, and now I can say that I have brought honor to my ancestors!"
The blacksmith talked on and on, and the immortal listened.
After the blacksmith finished his coffee, the Undead got up from his seat and picked up the greatsword leaning against the wall.
"I have to go now."
The Immortals Theory.
"Goodbye."
The blacksmith waved and greeted the undead.
"As before, I won't see you off. Remember to let me know when you're coming back."
"Ah."
The undead hung the greatsword on his back, and the enormous weight did not make it difficult for him to walk.
Then, the immortal walked out of the blacksmith's shop.
He subconsciously looked up at the sun in the sky.
The warm sunlight shone on him, just as someone had gently stroked his tear-stained cheeks.
The nameless hero silently put on his helmet, his figure concealed by a dark brown robe.
He planned to embark on a journey, just as his old friend had said in parting.
Step into this vast world and witness everything new with your own eyes.
As my old friend said, there are no more restrictions on the undead these days.
The sun illuminated his path, and the gentle breeze dispelled his weariness.
He wanted to explore the past he had left behind.
He wanted to explore the meaning of his awakening.
End-of-volume summary
Here comes the end-of-volume summary!
The second volume, for me, is what truly constitutes a major volume. The Undead did some things that influenced subsequent developments and, to some extent, changed the situation in Kazimierz.
I don't need to go into the details of the content; the formula is actually quite old-fashioned.
But I happen to really like this kind of plot, and the result wasn't too bad, right?
When I write, I often can't control the word count and sometimes get carried away writing for no reason.
It was supposed to end before it reached 200,000 words, but it's already over 200,000 words now.
In short, the Undead in Book Two truly recalled parts of their past, and I also subtly revealed many facts.
One of these is that the Undead had traces of activity on the continent of Terra before.
You can go back and look at every time I mentioned prophecy; it was all meaningful, not just empty words used to show off.
As for the guy who's been in the news a lot.
What?! Oh my god! Old Pigeon, you've dropped a dagger! Wasn't this supposed to be a satisfying read?!
First of all, this won't be the only time that Brother Solo appears. Everyone, just be patient and keep your hopes up!
Furthermore, to quote one of my favorite authors, it is...
The term "爽文" (a type of light novel) simply means that as long as I write something enjoyable, it's a "爽文". Then, what many readers of Arknights are concerned about is whether it will be related to Rhodes Island.
This has already been made clear in the plot, so I won't go into details.
As for the Doctor, you can just look and see. All I can tell you is that the Doctor and the Undead are not the same person.
Starting with the next volume, I will also unfold the story and suffering of the Terra continent itself, and begin to pull the plot more towards the main Ark storyline, writing some of the daily lives of the Ark people and their stories as I imagine them.
Actually, whether it's Zhouzhou or Black Soul, they have a lot in common, and they are both stories that seem very sad.
But what fan fiction is all about is changing things that wouldn't happen in the original story.
This is also my original intention for writing fan fiction.
The more perfect the story, the better, without affecting the plot.
There will be sugar, and there will definitely be knives too (emphasis added).
I'll take a break today. I need to reorganize the storyline as needed. If I can't finish it, I'll skip tomorrow too.
I'll take a two-day break after finishing this volume. Writing long chapters all the time really makes me go bald; it's too tiring.
Now, it's time for the exciting preview!

Having traveled through cities and mountains, the immortal's memories gradually returned.
The awakening power attracts the deep-seated natives and also awakens the colossal creatures deep within the boundless waters.
They want to eliminate the pain in the soul and uproot the fear in memory.
But this newly minted bounty hunter is currently having a headache over a trivial matter.
No, for him, it might be a big deal.
"Can't...eat this?"
No! There's more.
The immortal hugged the firewood he had just chopped that afternoon and said helplessly.
"No, don't imitate me, speak like me!"
"Oh."
