I am the Bandit King of the East Sea.

However, if a real Pandaren were to walk right up to them, those with keen senses would at most catch a glimpse of him once or twice, and then be ignored again.
And so, the Pandaren became an immortal ghost.
“Now that I have explained my origins… do you have any further questions?” The Pandaren sat down in front of the stone of the Poneglyph, his voice low.
He was originally a time historian who stood on the position of an absolute third party, but from the moment he was observed by Sieg, just like the time historian of the first phase, he came back to life in this world.
The panda also has a desire to confide in others. After many years, the first person he could have a normal conversation with made him quite happy.
As a historian chosen in an ancient kingdom, his professional competence is beyond doubt; he inherently possesses the ability and desire to tell history.
History exists because of people.
If culture and history are forgotten by future generations, then history and the past lose their meaning.
Therefore, the panda also needs someone to listen to him.
Now that he had finished recounting these past events, his eyes gradually became peaceful, returning to their usual calm.
Sig stared silently at the pandaren, his mind racing with thoughts.
Observation Haki is the ability to roughly sense the strength of an enemy, although this ability is not always reliable.
Some people can sense others, while others can conceal their presence.
For example, Sigurd himself, who possesses the Emperor Engine, was able to mislead those powerful individuals with strong Observation Haki from the very beginning.
These people are powerful and extremely confident, having absolute faith in the strength of the auras they sense...
Currently, in Sig’s perception, the Pandaren are not considered powerful individuals in terms of individual combat strength.
However, upon closer examination, it does make sense.
He is a historian, a recorder, and a supervisor, but this person with a toy-like body is not a warrior.
Being older doesn't mean you're better than younger people. Some people have just lived for decades in vain, their experience is still shallow, and they just like to rely on their age and act as teachers to lecture others.
However, in terms of individual combat strength, it is not necessarily true that the immortals are stronger.
People who can live for hundreds of years are not uncommon in the world of One Piece.
To give an extreme example, five-year-old Charlotte Linlin can solo the Giant Village and instantly kill a giant hero who is over three hundred years old.
Of course, there are certainly individuals whose experience and strength increase with age, such as the gods who lived for hundreds of years at the top of the World Tree, the Giant King, and so on.
The Pandaren... he knows a lot of information, but he is not a warrior.
Most importantly, as someone who is constantly forgotten by the world and has long lost his sense of social existence, he has no significance in Tata.
"Do you have any other questions?" the panda man repeated.
It's clear that the panda has started talking; he has the human urge to confide in others.
“Of course.” After a moment’s thought, Sieg asked the first question:
"What exactly is the true form of Uranus, the King of the Gods?"
The panda looked up at the sky, gazing through the depths of the clouds at the far reaches of the heavens, his eyes deep and unfathomable.
"Uranus, the king of the heavens, was actually the same starship that the early inhabitants of the moon used to migrate to this planet."
"It is the origin of everything."
The three ancient weapons—Poseidon, Proto, and Uranus—are all named after gods.
The one who corresponds to the name of the king of the gods is not Zeus, the king of the gods in ancient Greek mythology, but Uranus, the first king of the gods in an even more ancient myth.
Uranus, the king of the heavens, is the origin. Starships named after him carried the first inhabitants to this planet after resources became scarce on the infinite land, where the ancient kingdoms re-established themselves.
Its origin is Uranus, and it is not simply a space-based weapon.
"But that starship is a thing of the past..." the Pandaren said.
"Ancient kingdoms experienced civil wars and lost some of their technology."
"Uranus has become an irreplaceable unique entity. Even after Uranus's energy was nearly exhausted, the ancient kingdoms no longer have the ability to replenish it."
"Now that the country has been destroyed again, this starship must have been damaged in the previous battle. Otherwise, Lyca would have repeatedly used the immortals' endless life force to allow Uranus to unleash his firepower without restraint."
"Do immortal beings possess endless vitality?" Sieg asked after a moment's thought.
"Is this an effect of the anti-aging surgery, or rather, the immortality surgery?"
“Not bad.” The panda nodded.
The Pandaren of today are both immortal beings and toys.
The toy's body is not made of flesh and blood, but its original body has not actually disappeared.
Taking Dressrosa from the original story as an example, the gladiator Cyrus had one leg cut off, and the toy soldier he transformed into also had a missing leg.
His original body still exists, and he has a strange connection with the toy's body.
Even if a single Childlike Fruit is developed to the Awakening stage, it cannot grant a person immortality as a toy; when their lifespan ends, they will still die.
"The aging surgery, or rather, the immortality surgery, is not essentially a surgery, but rather a superpower that alters reality," the Panda explained.
"People who undergo anti-aging surgery will never grow old, have unlimited lifespan, and possess inexhaustible vitality."
"For example, even if Lyca overdraws her life force in some way, it is only temporary. She will replenish her life force and return to her youthful state due to her ageless nature."
"Lyca is an immortal?" Sig was taken aback.
“Not bad.” The pandaren had already noticed Lyca’s unusual behavior during the previous battle in Elbaf.
As someone who is also immortal, he could easily reach this conclusion.
He added:
"The rulers of the ancient kingdoms of this generation hope to make full use of the power of Uranus, the king of the gods. Their ambition is not just to rule this planet, but to restore the glory of their ancestors, return to the infinite earth, and even fly to the stars and the sea."
"And the long-lived species, such as Laika who escaped from the Heavenly King Laboratory, exist as the Heavenly King Battery."
"Starship energy is non-renewable for the ancient kingdoms, so the current rulers have found another way to use the life of the immortal race as a renewable energy source."
"Those of longevity or immortality, when they drive Uranus, the Heavenly King, at the cost of their life force, will age but not die. The immortals, however, will recover after a certain period of time..."
Beneath the World Tree, before a historical text carved with ancient script, Siegfried and the Pandaren had a long chat about the past.
Starting with stories from a much earlier era, legends forgotten by the world, and some that Sieg didn't notice, the past of Lyca and Shin and their companions.
More accurately, most of the time, Sieg was just listening; he was a listener.
Even with just that, the Pandaren were content.
Where there are listeners, there are storytellers.
The audience member played by Sieg and the narrator played by the Pandaren both represent the humanity of the Pandaren as human beings.
He is the time historian of the ancient kingdom, he is a walking history, he is an immortal ghost, and he is also a human being.
................
a few days later.
“Then, I should leave too.” The panda looked at the ruins before him.
His appearance is that of a panda toy, but his inner self is that of an elderly man who has lived for many years, witnessing the vicissitudes of time and the demise of his homeland before his eyes.
"Will we meet again in ten years, a hundred years, or a thousand years?" he said quietly.
Sig remained silent.
Over the years, he and Stussy, among others, have impersonated Pandaren, which has inadvertently attracted the attention of real Pandaren.
Over the years, Sig, Tenzuki, and others have experienced over a hundred time travels.
By secretly observing Sig, and with the Pandaren's experience, it's not hard to conclude that Sig and his companions are time travelers.
“About 800 years from now,” Sieg said.
“800 years? That’s a long time.” The panda smiled slightly.
"Alright."
"By then, I will have collected even more interesting stories about historical figures."
The panda man has left.
Then, Sieg called over Stussy, Vegapunk, and the others, and told them the truth about the Pandaren.
Despite their shock, they remained completely unaware of the panda people.
“That’s enough. We’ve achieved our goal of traveling to ancient times,” Vegapunk said.
The purpose of traveling to ancient times is twofold: to acquire the technology of ancient kingdoms and to gather intelligence on the world government.
The former has been obtained, and the latter, according to the Pandaren's narration, has yielded far more information than expected.
"Then, we should leave too."
"Let's go to the future."
Sig did not travel directly eight hundred years to the present era.
In the following eight hundred years, he and Tianyue Shi and others appeared many times, of course, as panda people.
Sometimes the Pandaren is the Pandaren himself, and sometimes the Pandaren is one of Sig's crew.
Sometimes, Sieg would even have a sudden, whimsical idea: he would transform into a panda and secretly observe his past self.
However, Sieg is not some immortal toy; his stealth abilities are certainly not as good as those of a real Pandaren, and he can sometimes be discovered.
The same applies to Toki, Vegapunk, and others.
Thus, real and fake Pandaren were intertwined, and occasionally, anecdotes about Pandaren circulated among the people.
................
Decades later.
After a long and protracted struggle, the G20 alliance finally cleared away all obstacles across the world and wiped out all the remaining forces associated with the ancient kingdoms.
The long war, which lasted for nearly a century, has finally come to an end.
Mary Geoise is the highest peak on the Red Earth continent.
Beneath the empty throne, the twenty kings and generals placed their swords and blades beneath it, formally laying down their weapons.
