Tony Stark was always just a human being, a citizen of the United States.

At best, Tony Stark is just a slightly wealthy American citizen.

He was a highly respected lieutenant general in the American Air Force.

Tony Stark has to swallow all his anger.

His presence this time means he's got Tony Stark cornered.

If Tony Stark hadn't been so ungrateful, then a portion of Stark Industries' profits would still belong to Tony Stark.

If Tony Stark doesn't know what's good for him, then he will ruin Tony Stark's reputation.

He will tell Tony Stark who really calls the shots in human society.

Where are they?

General Ross asked the question directly.

"Two living people have been detected inside the villa, on the second floor."

An armed soldier reportedly scanned the surrounding area with his instrument using thermal imaging.

“Tony Stark, here you are.”

"What are their true intentions in deliberately avoiding meetings with our military?"

When Ross heard the name two people, he knew that besides Pepper Potts, the only other person was Tony Stark.

"General Ross, I should be the one asking you that question."

"My technology has made a major breakthrough, so after careful consideration I felt that this technology should not be limited to a country but should be applicable to all mankind."

"If we can dump these products, we can reduce many energy-related wars in human society and on Earth."

"This will enable humanity to seize the time to break through technological barriers and set foot in space, at which point resources will no longer be scarce."

"This should have been something that would benefit all of humanity."

"Yet you try to stop me in every way. Do you want to be an enemy of all mankind?"

Tony's voice came from upstairs, and he slowly spoke after hearing General Ross's words.

"We are only concerned with the security of America."

"The technology you have developed needs to be reviewed and evaluated before it can be determined whether it is beneficial to humanity."

"The international situation is much more complicated than you think."

"You can't draw conclusions based on just one person's opinion."

"So everything we do is for the sake of national security."

Upon hearing these words, Ross stepped directly into Tony's villa, talking as he went upstairs.

They had already seen the floor plans of Tony Stark's villa before they came.

"They talk such high-sounding words, but they just want to use the technology developed by Tony to make a fortune."

"Has General Ross never heard the principle that a gentleman loves money but acquires it in a proper way?"

"Don't earn money you shouldn't, or you'll suffer the consequences."

Upon hearing these words, Pepper's sarcastic voice blared through the loudspeakers in the villa.

"retribution?"

"Miss Pepper is so naive."

There is no such thing as retribution in this world.

"The true measure of the world is the immense power that military force brings, and the wealth that power brings."

"If there is retribution, then let's defeat it with strength."

"Then retribution will never fall on me."

Upon hearing these disdainful words, Ross walked step by step toward the stairs.

"So, in your life philosophy, General Ross, strength is the fundamental determinant of everything?"

"This goes against the very principles of democracy and freedom that the United States has always championed."

Upon hearing these words, Tony's smile turned into murderous intent, and a grin appeared on his face.

“Tony Stark, you should know that those are just empty words to fool the common people.”

"The truth of the world has always been determined by those in positions of power; the weak have no voice."

"You're trying to use public opinion to your advantage and make us hesitate to act, but public opinion can also be easily manipulated."

General Ross spoke with arrogance.

“Weakness and ignorance are never sins.”

"Even if they die, it is not a crime they deserve."

"They simply lack the right to choose and are powerless to change their situation."

"Therefore, their ideals are often not too lofty; they are more likely to hope for a down-to-earth life, to get married, have children, and spend the rest of their lives together."

"However, among the innocent and weak, there will always be some outliers."

"Because they gained some power by chance, they ignorantly thought they were weak people who were supreme and powerful."

"The sins of the weak are to commit stupidity and arrogance, and to be ignorant of one's own limitations."

Tony did not agree with General Ross's ideas, and his words were laced with sarcasm.

"Tony Stark."

Upon hearing this, General Ross was practically calling him out by name. Realizing he couldn't possibly speak to Tony Stark, he roared angrily.

Ross then quickly walked up the stairs.

"you……"

As soon as Ross arrived in the second-floor lobby, his eyes narrowed when he saw Tony Stark's appearance, which resembled that of a twenty-year-old young man.

"General Ross, it's been a long time."

"To be honest, you adhere to the jungle law, the survival of the fittest philosophy."

"Because this means that you have already accepted the rule that the weak have no right to choose."

Tony saw General Ross's expression as if he had seen a ghost, and a wild laugh spread across his face.

Tony then snapped his fingers, the crisp sound echoing throughout the villa.

"Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!" One after another, the arms of the armored vehicles shot out lasers, instantly killing all the armed forces personnel brought by General Ross.

Under Ross's gaze, the armed helicopters seen through the window were also directly covered by lasers, turning into a dazzling cloud of fireworks.

The thud of a soldier's body falling, the stench of blood, and the destruction of a helicopter all happened within seconds.

General Ross turned around and saw the arms floating in the air, and the soldiers lying behind him. His heart trembled.

At that moment, a hand landed on Ross's shoulder.

Ross felt a chill run down his spine as a smiling face pressed close to his, whispering something like a devil's.

"General Ross, welcome to a hell far removed from the constraints of law and morality, where might makes right."

Tony smiled, but his eyes were completely indifferent.

Before him, Ross was like an ant, ignorant of its own limitations, still clamoring that the world it saw was the truth of the world.

"Tony Stark, how dare you lay a hand on me? Are you trying to go against America?"

Ross looked at the unbelievably young and monstrous Tony Stark and asked in a trembling voice.

They attempted to use words and American military force to force Tony Stark to back down.

"I am not trying to fight against America."

"I am here to fight against the scum of humanity."

"And let me tell you what constitutes scumbag treatment."

"Anyone who does not follow the trend of the times, is foolish, arrogant, selfish, and attempts to hinder human development is the scum of humanity."

Upon hearing this, Tony reached out and patted Ross's old face, his smile incredibly bright.

These words sent a chill down Ross's spine, because they essentially meant that he could not possibly leave Stark Estate alive.

"It's no secret that I came to find you."

"Do you know what the consequences would be if I died?"

"Stark Industries will cease to exist, and your reputation will be ruined."

Even after death, he will become a scourge that everyone hates.

But Rose is still desperately chasing that glimmer of hope.

"Tsk tsk tsk, still shouting even when death is imminent."

"You're stupid and arrogant, and you get angry and refuse to admit it."

"The positions are reversed. You will be in charge of this meeting from the beginning."

"After negotiations, I was forced to agree to your terms."

"After you successfully take over my Stark Industries."

"Do you think you'll let me get away with this?"

"I reckon my best outcome would be signing an unequal treaty with you and living under your surveillance for the rest of my life."

"Of course, this is the best outcome. You might even want me to thank you for your kindness and generosity."

"In the normal course of events, I would most likely be thrown into a strict secret prison and spend the rest of my life there."

"He disappeared from the public eye from then on."

"So that you can concoct a plausible death at will, turn Stark Industries into ownerless property, and naturally take over America from my hands."

Tony saw that Ross still didn't understand the situation and was trying to threaten him with America's military power and reputation, things that everyone cares about. A mocking look appeared in Tony's eyes.
