I saw the black dragon that had stopped.

"You go up first, I'll be there in a bit."

Black Flying Dragon waved at Yuudachi.

"oh oh."

Without giving it much thought, Yuudachi strode up to the second floor.

After Yuudachi went upstairs, Kurohiryu walked quietly to the door of the council hall and opened it.

The council chamber was illuminated by lights in the four corners of the room, the warm yellow light creating a comfortable atmosphere.

And in the main seat of the council chamber, a figure was sitting there.

Black Flying Dragon went inside.

"Hmm, is that Jiang Feng?"

Seemingly sensing someone approaching, Nagato asked, somewhat confused.

"Jiang Feng went out on a mission and hasn't returned yet."

Black Flying Dragon said with a frown.

"Ahem, it's Black Flying Dragon. What can I do for you?"

Nagato regained some consciousness, coughed, and looked at Black Flying Dragon.

"It's getting late, it's time to go back to your room and rest."

Black Dragon stood in the hall and spoke.

"Thank you, I'll go back to my room now."

Nagato glanced at the clock on the wall; it was already past nine-thirty.

Perhaps because she had been sitting for too long, Nagato swayed slightly when she stood up, but she reacted quickly and braced herself against the table next to her.

"I apologize for letting you see my loss of composure."

Nagato apologized to the black dragon.

"It's alright, but even for us, our physical condition will deteriorate if we don't move around for a long time. I suggest you go out for walks more often."

Black Dragon made the suggestion.

She then realized that Nagato maintained the same posture whether it was during meetings or meals. It was fortunate that she was a ship girl, otherwise her legs would probably be ruined.

Nagato shook his head slightly upon hearing this.

Is there a reason?

Black Flying Dragon asked.

"Everyone is working hard outside, and I must set a good example. If someone comes back to report, I can meet with them here immediately."

Nagato said calmly.

"Thank you for informing me of the time. Go and rest."

After saying that, Nagato strode out of the council chamber.

Black Flying Dragon didn't say much; her stance was different from Nagato's.

"Don't worry, I'm not that clumsy. If I feel uncomfortable, I'll go for a walk."

As they passed the Black Flying Dragon, Nagato said something.

"Ah."

Hearing this, Black Flying Dragon felt much more at ease.

The two walked out of the council hall one after the other. Nagato did not go to the backyard, but went straight upstairs. Black Flying Dragon followed curiously.

The third floor of the main hall is an observation deck. The height of each floor of the main hall is different from that of ordinary floors. The observation deck on the third floor is about four stories higher than an ordinary room, making it the tallest in this area.

Upon arriving at the observation deck, Nagato gazed into the distance. Although the streets in the middle were not bustling, the coastal area was teeming with people, and the view of the night scene was incredibly vibrant.

Black Flying Dragon felt that taking a look around here would be more rewarding than spending half a day wandering around with Yuudachi.

"I will never tire of this sight."

Looking at the travelers and residents chatting and laughing in the distance, Nagato smiled with joy.

"Very beautiful."

Black Flying Dragon echoed.

“Hmm, I heard from Amagi that you possess great power.”

Nagato withdrew his gaze and looked at Black Flying Dragon.

"I'm not much better than the seniors."

The black dragon responded.

"There's no need to be so modest. Since Amagi has made such a comment, it means that you have already surpassed most of the ship girls."

Nagato shook her head.

"It's not modesty. For me, my current strength is far from enough. I came to Sakura Empire to make myself stronger."

Black Dragon shook his head.

She fears no one when it comes to fighting alone, but this world is clearly not the place for her to unleash her full power.

"Having lofty aspirations is good, but don't force yourself."

Nagato nodded.

"Ah."

Black Dragon nodded.

Although Nagato may seem like a mascot, he's definitely stronger than me in actual combat.

After all, he was once the flagship of the Sakura Empire.

"It's getting late, let's go back and rest."

After taking one last look at the distant view, Nagato turned and walked down from the watchtower.

Black Flying Dragon followed him downstairs, escorted Nagato to his room, and then returned to the second floor to rest.

Chapter Ninety-Four: Features of the Cherry Blossom Empire

The next day, after breakfast, Black Flying Dragon went to Amagi's study to continue his deductions, while Yuudachi went to play with Fubuki and the others.

"I wonder if I'll ever meet my teammates in the future."

Looking at the parameters that were being analyzed inside the glass enclosure, Black Dragon was somewhat dazed.

Yuudachi was so easy to tame; I don't know how I ended up bringing her home. It's probably unlikely I'll ever find one that's so easy to tame again.

"Do you need me to recommend some port areas where it's easier to poach employees?"

Amagi's voice came from the study next door.

"If you keep poaching people's men, those commanders will get hurt too."

Black Dragon answered casually; she was already used to her tendency to inadvertently let slip things.

"Not entirely. Although the commander has trained various ship girls, he only truly loves a few. The rest are just there to complement those few, and the commander wouldn't care even if they were poached."

Tiancheng spoke in a very calm tone, saying...

This has revealed the employment status of many ship girls in the port area.

Black Dragon felt inexplicably offended.

"Forget it, let nature take its course."

Black Flying Dragon thought for a moment and declined Tiancheng's recommendation.

Then she heard Amagi's soft laughter.

Black Flying Dragon felt that Tiancheng had become much more talkative since returning here, whereas he was a complete enigma back in Donghuang.

The two stopped talking, and Black Dragon made further adjustments.

In this battle, she set the scene to be nighttime and rainy, and then deployed Amagi and five Sakura Empire destroyers against twenty Sirens, including three submarines.

Then she saw Amagi and five destroyers squatting motionless on the island.

"..."

Black Flying Dragon thought about it and realized that if it were really Tiancheng, they would definitely not fight such a disadvantageous battle; it would be reasonable for them to keep hiding.

"Can I write my and Shinano's parameters here?"

Black Flying Dragon reached out and tapped on the glass cover, asking a question.

Tiancheng didn't reply. Black Flying Dragon scratched his cheek and made the settings again.

……

Two hours later, Black Flying Dragon walked out of the small room and found that Tiancheng had already left sometime earlier.

Black Dragon didn't rush to leave. He walked to the bookshelf, intending to read some books, only to find that all the books in the study were related to shipbuilding.

"Is Amagi planning to build its own warships?"

Black Flying Dragon was somewhat helpless; she truly couldn't understand any of this.

dong dong dong.

Suddenly, a series of hurried footsteps sounded in the corridor, approaching the room before disappearing.

Black Flying Dragon opened the door and saw the council chamber open, with Tosa and Takao standing in the middle and Nagato in the main seat.

"How is the situation?"

Nagato's gaze swept over Black Flying Dragon, then looked at Takao and the other two.
