"It has a smell."

Where can I find it?

Vivian instinctively retorted, but her body betrayed her by raising her arm and bringing it to her nose to sniff.

"There's definitely none!"

Vivian glared at him angrily. How could he lie to her about something like this? What a bad person!

She washed it very carefully, okay?

"I meant the corpse."

Yoshikage Kira pointed, and there was a pile of corpses behind the two of them, emitting a strong stench of decay.

"Ugh!"

Vivian finally realized this fact, and when she turned around, she saw a highly rotten face covered with maggots.

The girl screamed in fright and instinctively tried to run away. But before she could run, she remembered the girl she had rescued, so she turned back and pulled her along with her, who was still on the ground.

Only when she was far away from the pile of corpses and the stench of decay had finally dissipated considerably did the girl finally stop, her face contorted with grief.

You'll have nightmares!

What a terrible day!

Vivian muttered a complaint to herself as she looked at the girl beside her.

The latter was trembling as she gripped her arm, not out of fear, but simply because her trembling legs could hardly support her standing. Like a newborn human, the girl seemed unaccustomed to walking on two legs.

"Feel sorry,"

Vivian apologized softly, but the girl just held onto her arm tightly, looking at her blankly.

"Kira-kun, what should we do now?" Vivian looked at him expectantly.

How do we overcome the language barrier?

Kira Yoshikage thought for a moment, then took off his coat and put it on the bare, fair-skinned girl. Due to the huge height difference, his coat alone was enough to completely cover the girl's body, with only her fair calves below the knees exposed to the air.

After a moment's thought, Yoshikage Kira reached into his pants pocket and pulled out a pair of pink panties.

"Lift your legs up."

Yoshikage Kira gave the order.

The girl's expression remained blank, with a hint of helplessness.

Kira Yoshikage crouched down and gently took the girl's delicate foot in his hand.

The delicate skin felt vividly in his hands, but he did not linger. With practiced ease, he lifted the girl's ankle and helped her put on her soft panties.

"you you you……"

Vivian blushed upon seeing this. "Why do you carry something like this with you?"

"This is my wife's, is that so strange?"

Yoshikage Kira remained calm and composed, showing no sign of panic.

Yesterday, while having a great time with my wife, Ilya, perhaps persuaded by someone, suddenly ran over and wanted to sleep with them. This forced Yoshikage Kira to hurriedly get dressed with his wife, but in the process, she was so focused on putting on her skirt that her panties were left on the floor.

Kira Yoshikage had no choice but to pick it up and stuff it into his pocket. It was also because Illya was there that he even wore his full clothes when he slept—after all, he couldn't take off his clothes in front of his daughter, could he?

All we can say is that this was all a choice made by Steins;Gate.

"Even if it's your wife's, it's still strange!"

"I think it's very reasonable."

"This is completely illogical! It's insane!"

Vivian held the silver-haired girl, staring at him warily, convinced that something was definitely wrong!

Kira Yoshikage didn't answer her, but instead changed the subject by asking:

Can you ride a horse?

"will not."

Vivian answered instinctively, wondering why Yoshikage Kira asked that question.

But she soon learned the answer: on another hill in the distance, a group of five 'cavalrymen' were watching them from afar.

When it was confirmed that there were only three people in their group, and two of them were women, the cavalry immediately spurred their horses and charged towards them. Vivian warily raised her staff.

Even if she were naive, she could sense that most of these people were up to no good.

This is true.

The cavalry charge slowed down halfway through their charge so that they could come to a complete stop when they reached the three men.

Although they were riding horses, they wore no armor, only simple cloth and leather armor. The only distinguishing feature was their exceptionally sharp swords, which gleamed coldly in the sunlight. Behind each horse, a woman, bound hand and foot, was also carried.

Even so, these people are a real threat to ordinary people.

Judging from their clothing alone, it was clear that they were not legitimate 'knights,' but rather bandits taking advantage of the chaos.

Even from a great distance, Vivian could already feel their repulsive, greedy gazes.

Vivian frowned in disgust, pulling the silver-haired girl behind Kira Yoshikage to avoid their gazes.

She hated the way these people looked at her.

"Should we kill them?"

Vivian asked hesitantly.

"I thought you would try to persuade me not to kill."

Yoshikage Kira looked at the girl with some surprise.

"I'm not stupid."

Vivian muttered to herself, "Even if I don't want to kill people, they will definitely kill us!"

Although she strongly dislikes killing, it doesn't mean she would willingly submit to being killed.

Unlike Yoshikage Kira, these people on horseback terrified her and made her feel nauseous.

That wasn't some kind of intuition, but a talent called Fairy Eye.

That was her innate vision of 'changing the world' as a fairy, eyes that could see through all lies and reflect the truth.

"No, I don't think I'll kill you, but it would be something worse than death."

Kira Yoshikage explained earnestly, but some people just wouldn't listen. The bandit leader, looking impatient, scolded:

"Kid, what are you muttering to yourself..."

boom!

The pink cat punched the bandit's upper body, shattering it completely. Blood, flesh, and bone fragments shot into the air, creating a red mist that splashed onto the faces of the other bandits.

They blankly wiped the blood from their faces, completely bewildered as to what had just happened.

But it's a good thing they didn't realize it, because they'll soon no longer need to think about it.

You don't even need bombs to deal with these people.

All it takes is a simple punch.

Simple and unpretentious, yet highly efficient.

Within a second, the upper bodies of the five bandits were smashed into a spray of blood mist.

Their lower bodies were too weak to support them as they continued to sit on the horse, and they all fell off the horse's back, their blood gradually staining the grass red.

Just as the people didn't react in time, the horses, splattered with blood, were equally stunned. They simply stood there, snorting heavily and shaking the sticky blood off their manes.

The women on horseback stared blankly at everything, clearly not understanding what was going on.

The pink cat placed one of the brown-haired women on the ground, untied the ropes binding her rough hands, and removed the rag stuffed into her mouth.

Yoshikage Kira asked:

Where is this place? What country is this?

"S-Sir..."

The woman's expression was somewhat dazed, but she quickly realized the situation, hurriedly knelt on the ground, and nervously replied:

"This is Britain, the Kingdom of Camelot."

The woman looked extremely uneasy, glancing occasionally at the several half-corpses on the ground, feeling a mixture of joy and fear.

"Camelot?"

Kira Yoshikage didn't show much expression, but Vivian looked confused; she had never heard of Camelot.

Who is the current ruler?

The woman's expression showed some hesitation:

"My lord, the king of Camelot is King Uther, but since his death, the kingdom has been without a new heir for a long time. However, I've heard that a new king is being chosen soon..."

Who is King Uther?

Vivian's expression grew increasingly confused. She had heard of all six clan leaders, but none of them were named King Uther.

The girl interrupted her, unable to resist asking:

Which fairy clan rules this place?

"A fairy?"

The woman was equally confused and nervously explained:

"My lord, fairies are legendary creatures. How could people like us possibly have ever seen a fairy?"

"what?"

Vivian looked bewildered. She sensed something was amiss, but her enchanting eyes told her otherwise.

Although the woman in front of me was terrified, she was not lying; she was telling the truth.

But why?
