The portal seemed to spit Bruno out, and combined with the outward pulling force on Alpha, the two of them crashed awkwardly into the iron bars of the cage.

Bruno was completely disoriented from the fall. He had almost been knocked unconscious by Robert, and now even his Devil Fruit powers were ineffective. The huge difference in his condition nearly shattered his mental defenses, and his eyes were filled with fear as he looked at Robert.

"The CP organization is nothing special. You agents don't even know what Conqueror's Haki is?"

Hearing him casually utter the word "CP" shocked the two of them. They had always thought they were the ones playing with Robert, but they never expected that they were the ones being taken for a fool.

"Who are you?! You know everything, and you've been lying to us all along?"

Robert smiled and said, "CIPHER POL, organizations 1 through 8 are affiliated with Enies Lobby, a direct agency of the World Government. CP9, as a special agency, is independently responsible to the World Government. Above it is CP0, which is suspected to be directly under the orders of the Five Elders. Am I right?"

"You're always infiltrating this and that, so naturally others will study you too. For example, the Navy. You don't think we Navy know nothing about this, do you?"

Although Robert no longer intends to retain his naval identity, he doesn't mind stirring things up one last time.

He didn't plan to kill Bruno today. The Door-Door Fruit's power was still very useful; once he killed Bruno, the fruit would randomly appear in some unknown corner of the sea.

It would be better to leave it with Bruno for now, and then kill him with Paton someday, conjure up a Blackbeard, and take the Door-Door Fruit from him.

The enormous cage was flung away by Robert with a wave of his hand. Bruno's Devil Fruit powers hadn't recovered yet, and he and Alpha were thrown into the sea by Robert.

Robert summoned all the CP agents on the ship to the deck: "Although you want to harm me, I do have some connections with Alpha, so I won't kill them all. Let's go down to sea and rescue them."

The agents exchanged glances, none of them sure if the ruthless man in front of them was telling the truth.

Robert laughed and said, "If you don't go to Alpha soon, you're really going to drown. Get out of here, or I'll have to take action!"

The agents, trembling with fear at Robert's presence, jumped into the sea, while several who knew how to pick locks were already diving underwater.

With Bruno no longer hiding in the shadows, Robert calmly walked into the cabin. The CP department also used self-propelled ships, which had already been started up. Robert only needed to control the direction to move them.

The cage was opened with wire by the agents, and the team frantically pulled Bruno and Alpha, who had already lost consciousness due to lack of oxygen, out of the water and sent a distress signal to headquarters.

At this point, the CP department had no way to provide quick rescue and could only contact the Navy.

Kizaru didn't even bring a warship. Upon receiving the news, he immediately rushed to the target area alone. After finding out the direction Robert had left in, he completely ignored the agents who had fallen into the water and chased after him.

The light condensed into a human form, and Kizaru, frowning, stood on the self-propelled ship, slowly pulling out a Den Den Mushi:

"I found the ship, but Robert and York..."

"It's gone!"

Chapter 13 My Sister-in-Law Came to My House

Lilith scolded Robert as she piloted the aircraft: "You've only been gone a few days and you've already caused such a big mess. I think you're just a troublemaker!"

Robert lay comfortably on York's lap: "I'm a troublemaker? You haven't met my friend Luffy. At least I went to Eghardt twice and you're all still alive and well. If it were him, everyone except you and York would have to share one body."

York chuckled as he watched Robert and Lilith banter, "I'm a little hungry. Where should we go now?"

Robert contacted Vegapunk and asked him to send the spaceship he brought back from the moon to pick him and York up at sea. Unexpectedly, Lilith arrived in the Eghardt spaceship. She said that her ship had been dismantled and would definitely not be available for a while.

Now that Lilith is in control of the joystick, Robert will face countless rejections from his rebuttal personality.

"Let's go to Dressrosa, that's my territory."

Lilith shouted, "No way! Do you know how many spies are on your territory right now? The Navy, the World Government, pirates—almost the whole world is watching that place. I absolutely disagree with taking York to a place where a major war could break out at any moment."

Robert found himself unable to refute the claim that Dressrosa, though seemingly rosy, was actually fraught with danger.

The Navy already knew that he and Law were in cahoots, but because of his status as a Shichibukai and Dressrosa being a long-established member state of the World Government, they did not openly search for him.

However, even when the Donquixote Family occupied Dressrosa, the Navy sent hundreds of people to infiltrate it. Now, Dressrosa is filled with migrant workers and merchants who come to trade. India has only just taken over the governance of the country and its control over Dressrosa is far less than that of the Donquixote Family before. It would be too easy for some spies to infiltrate.

If the Navy does this, then the CP department is even more so. These people are best at sneaking into other people's homes to gather information. Who knows what kind of state Dressrosa has been infiltrated by them by now?

Finally, there are the pirates. Robert has many friends on this sea, but he also has quite a few enemies.

Blackbeard goes without saying; that was basically a fight to the death.

Many of the major powers that previously did business with Doflamingo have been reconnected with him by Robert through new trade agreements, but there are still those who hate Robert to the core, such as Kaido's Beast Pirates.

This type of force mostly does not need the new trade content developed by Robert, and relies heavily on Doflamingo to act as a transit point for the goods produced for them. It can be simply summarized as a military-industrial complex.

They had approached India, attempting to support them as their new agents, but under Robert's instructions, the arms trade was to be halted.

Selling arms is certainly lucrative, but while you may win over many people, you also offend even more.

Whether it's islands and countries that want to develop normally, or revolutionary armies that are determined to overthrow the world government and liberate the people, what they hate most are these bandits who disrupt peace by acquiring large amounts of weapons, and they have zero tolerance for the channels that provide them with weapons.

Furthermore, since Robert's Conqueror's Haki is generated by the masses, he naturally cannot do such immoral things, otherwise his Dao heart will be hindered, and how will he continue to develop Haki in the future?

However, this would mean a complete breakdown in relations with the military-industrial organizations that rely on this trade route at sea. Law had fought many pirates who came to retaliate, and his strength had improved considerably.

The underground factory in Dressrosa is now full of support staff from the White Group. Even Ronaldo, who had previously gone there to study, has returned to India and become the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

The once secret underground base is now like a trading market, where nothing can be hidden anymore, and who knows how many pirate organizations have taken the opportunity to infiltrate it.

In that case, Dressrosa is indeed not safe. If I bring York there, I will be targeted by various forces immediately.

“Then let’s go back to Egherd. Let’s hide there for a while and figure out what to do when things calm down.”

Lilith quickly refused again: "That won't do. Which of your two identities do you think can be exposed? If you hide back in Eghardt and are accidentally discovered by the World Government, we'll all be in trouble because of you."

Robert was starting to have a headache. In fact, he knew even without Lilith saying it that Egghead Island was under much more surveillance than Dressrosa.

Even though the CP department has never been able to infiltrate Vegapunk's core research area, there are countless spies on the periphery. Otherwise, Alpha would not have said that if Robert discovers anything, someone on the island will naturally come looking for him.

But now nothing works, and it seems there's nowhere for Robert to stand on this vast sea.

"I'll give you one last place. If you keep babbling, I'm done. Go wherever you want, just send us both back to Naval Headquarters!"

Lilith scoffed noncommittally. Robert searched the electronic map and marked the location of an island:

"Go here, Punk Hazard!"

Lilith frowned, but did not immediately refute:

"I heard that Shanks and Akainu just fought a battle on this deserted island a while ago, and the climate on the island has been completely changed. What are you going there for?"

Robert said with amusement, "It's one thing for others to say that it's a deserted island, but for you to say that is a bit of an insult to my knowledge. That's one of Dr. Vegapunk's former research institutes."

Lilith asked with a puzzled tone, "It's precisely because I know what that place is for that I question why you want to go. That research institute experienced a massive toxic gas explosion and has long been completely sealed off and abandoned."

"Originally, there might have been some habitable places on the island, but now, after Akainu and Shanks' modifications, the ground is covered with lava, and sword energy crisscrosses from time to time. The underground laboratory is full of poisonous gas, and there is nowhere left to stand."

Robert laughed and said, "Dr. Vegapunk is indeed very good at scientific research, but when it comes to intelligence, he is far inferior to me."

"The poison gas in the underground of Punk Hazard has now been completely cleared, and all the laboratories are back in use."

Lilith asked in surprise, "Who's conducting experiments there? The World Government?"

Before Robert could answer, she suddenly widened her eyes: "Wait! Could it be that bastard Caesar?!"

Robert couldn't help but cast an admiring glance. Although each of Vegapunk's clones had serious personality flaws, their brains were absolutely top-notch.

“You’re right. He returned to Punk Hazard last year. Before I liberated Dressrosa, he had already made contact with Doflamingo, and the two of them started researching artificial Devil Fruits.”

Lilith gritted her teeth: "That bastard, he's the one who blew this place up! And now he dares to come back!"

Robert said, "Send us over there. I sent men to deal with Caesar, but I don't know how it's going."

Lilith shouted, "No!"

Robert was really getting impatient this time: "What's wrong? It won't work again!"

Lilith: "It's too dangerous! I want to go too!"

Robert: My Wife's Sister Came to My House series is quite exciting!

Chapter 14 Punk Hazard was bound to meet its end sooner or later anyway.

Robert didn't really know why Lilith was so serious; it seemed as if Caesar Cullen was some kind of highly dangerous supervillain.

Throughout the Punk Hazard arc, Caesar Clown's cunning was on full display, but cunning alone cannot put food on the table; it must be backed by formidable strength.

After becoming a Shichibukai, Law actually spent a year in Punk Hazard playing along with Caesar Clown, until Luffy and his crew arrived and finally defeated this scientist who had basically never developed his personal fighting skills. To Law, this was simply a fantasy.

At other times, Law always appears to be in complete control, and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to call him a shrewd strategist. But for some reason, when it comes to decisions related to Doflamingo, he makes a series of blunders.

Take Caesar Clown for example. Given Law's fighting strength, since he was able to meet Caesar Clown in person under the guise of cooperation, why didn't he just open the ROOM and take out his heart as a threat?

Robert thought that someone who would dig out his own heart as collateral and give it to Caesar Courland in exchange for the heart of someone else's secretary as a bargaining chip couldn't have done something like that without a stroke lasting ten years.

Doflamingo has now been completely defeated, and even Monet, the Snow Maiden who was supposed to be sent to monitor Caesar Clown, is now imprisoned in Impel Down.

If Luo were to return to Punk Hazard, he would have fewer scruples and would easily crush Caesar Cullen like an autumn wind sweeping away fallen leaves.

With this thought in mind, Robert simply dialed Luo's number.

The Den Den Mushi remained with its eyes closed, showing no sign of being answered, causing Robert to frown.

It's been several weeks since I separated from Luo. Even if his plans aren't going well, he should have managed to get things done eventually. Surely he shouldn't be too busy to answer the phone.

As the aircraft arrived above Punk Hazard, Robert looked down and was truly awestruck by the sight of a single person transforming the landscape and climate.

The entire island of Punk Hazard is filled with flowing lava, and a live volcano in the center of the island is constantly erupting.

Without Aokiji, the island's half-ice, half-fire landscape will no longer exist, but the presence of red-haired Shanks' sword aura will be added.

Robert wasn't sure if the red sword energy that suddenly appeared out of nowhere was reddened by the volcanic lava or if it was originally colored. In any case, it sparked and was incredibly sharp when it struck the just-cooled volcanic rock.

Now Robert was starting to worry. If Punk Hazard were still a place of extremes of ice and fire, at least he could overcome the cold and have a place to stay.

The entire island is now occupied by volcanoes and lurking sword energy, leaving Lilith's aircraft nowhere to land.

Moreover, finding the research institute in such an environment made Robert wonder if the underground institute would really be completely destroyed by the lava.

After saying goodbye to York and Lilith, Robert darted away from the aircraft and landed on a rock on the island where lava had solidified.

The moment it appeared, sharp sword energy suddenly appeared and attacked fiercely.

Robert finally saw it clearly: the sword energy was red. The Storm Kick from the Six Styles of the Navy finally came in handy. Robert kicked out continuously, and the wind from his legs collided with the sword energy in the air. The sword energy was sharp for a moment, but it lost its momentum and was shattered and dissipated.

Robert looked puzzled. He needed to reassess Shanks' fighting prowess. The aftershocks of the battle had lingered for so long, yet the sword aura was still wreathed in Conqueror's Haki!

Fortunately, I didn't rely on my elemental body to withstand the attack, otherwise I would definitely have been injured by that sword energy.

Although he is now a master with Conqueror's Haki, he still feels powerless when facing Shanks' Haki.

When I first saw Shanks' Conqueror's Haki on the Moby Dick, I felt it was so powerful that it made it difficult for me to move. Although I managed to overcome it, I still feel lingering fear.

It's important to understand that at that time, the red hair was just for show. The domineering aura was very measured, just enough to make many of the newly joined Whitebeard members faint, but without making the executives feel threatened.
