"The Riku royal family has ruled Dressrosa for hundreds of years, always thinking of themselves as very good rulers, but what is the truth?"

"In my opinion, they are far inferior to Doflamingo. Although Doflamingo was a dictator and tyrant, Dressrosa's national strength developed rapidly during his nearly ten years of rule, far surpassing the inaction of the Riku royal family for hundreds of years."

“But they would never think that way, because these people in power have never seen the suffering of the people. They only think that they are doing well, so the people must be doing well too.”

The Indian man opened his mouth as if to say something, but quickly closed it again.

"Just like in the past two years, after we took over Dressrosa, they didn't think that Dressrosa was able to rebuild so quickly because we managed it well. They only thought that Dressrosa had a good foundation and that they could do the same thing if they were in charge."

"They won't be grateful to Law for scaring away wave after wave of pirates with his title of Shichibukai. They'll just think that he's a parasite sucking blood from Dressrosa, even though he did nothing."

"I know you like Violet, and I was going to give you a piece of my mind."

Ah San then spoke up, "I know I was wrong. The Riku royal family will ultimately stand against us. I shouldn't have liked Violet, and I shouldn't have let personal feelings influence my decision."

Robert punched him on the shoulder in anger: "Who said that? You are my most capable henchman. I put you in Dressrosa because no one else can manage it well."

“You are the uncrowned king in Dressrosa. She is just a princess of a restored dynasty, a withered flower. I think she is not good enough for you.”

Ah San swallowed hard and looked at Robert with gratitude.

"If you like her, just take her. Why play these 'pure love' games? Have a child soon, and then there won't be any Riku royal family left. Your child will be the new king of Dressrosa!"

Indian didn't expect Robert to say that, and quickly waved his hands, saying, "I'm just managing Dressrosa for you, sir. How dare I usurp the throne and become king?"

Robert chuckled: "My future territories are vast, just a small Dressrosa. Your only worry is not having enough children to distribute across the land and help me manage so many countries."

Ah San seemed to be infected by Robert's rosy promises, and started chuckling foolishly.

"So don't rush, help me stabilize the situation on Sky Island first. To be honest, without you here, the new territory is a complete mess."

"Give Buggy a few months. Don't underestimate the pirates' ability to create chaos. Soon they'll start to miss you, and then I'll make them beg you to come back."

"Then you'll be like the Dragon King returning, with a perpetually crooked smile!"

Ah San nodded vigorously. After thinking about the stories Robert told, although the logic was very poor, he had to admit that they were really enjoyable.

Robert didn't mention how Violet was dealt with, but presumably, this experience will be a learning experience for the Indian.

The large amount of gold and resources buried on Greenbit Island were also transferred to the Sky Island when the Dongtata tribe was relocated.

Robert left everything to the Indian man and then left alone.

Since rescuing Uta, Robert has been trying to consolidate his power and concentrate everyone on the Sky Island.

Currently, there are two groups of people from the team who are still missing: one is Luo, who has been out of contact since leaving Punk Hazard, and the other is Caesar Couran, who left with him at the time.

Back then, Luo said he was going to plan a big gift for himself, but he was very mysterious and didn't say what it was. He definitely hasn't succeeded yet. Luo trusted Luo a lot, so he wasn't worried.

The other group consisted of York and his mentor Redfield, who went to Elbaf to build the new Hades!

He conquered the Sky Island months in advance and didn't inform his master when he rescued Uta, so these people might still be working hard in Elbaf to this day.

With nothing else pressing to do, Robert decided to check on their progress. If possible, he even considered moving the shipbuilding site to the Sky Island.

Elbaf is located in the latter half of the Grand Line. Robert himself had never been there, nor did he intend to find a guide from the Whitebeard Pirates. Instead, he went directly to Egghead Island.

Since York has already arrived there with the giants, as an avatar that can share perception through the Punk Records, it is natural that York's location can also be located through the Punk Records.

From a distance, Robert could see large clouds rising above Egghead Island, and a semi-circular eggshell-shaped protective shield being erected. Only now did Egghead finally begin to resemble Egghead.

Robert, who was moving rapidly forward, suddenly stopped. In his electromagnetic induction, he sensed a highly secretive electromagnetic wave spreading in all directions from the island.

These electromagnetic waves do not belong to any communication frequency band, but Robert had seen them before on the basketball-shaped lunar probe that Vegapunk gave him.

Robert immediately pulled out the earphones Lilith had custom-made for him years ago. The moment he put them on, the recurring warning message played:

"Immediately remove individuals from the island's surveillance system!"

Chapter 12 What's meant to happen will happen.

Robert knew perfectly well that these words could only be spoken to himself.

Only I would appear on Egghead Island without prior notice, and only I would notice this hidden electromagnetic signal so early on.

Robert wasn't the kind of person who would stubbornly insist on going over just because someone told him not to.

However, Vegapunk is someone Robert believes cannot be harmed under any circumstances; his existence is indispensable to this world, so Robert must at least know what happened on Eggman Island.

A huge sea monster poked its head out of the water, basking in the afternoon sun.

A bolt of lightning appeared out of nowhere and drilled into his mind. The giant sea king stiffened and soon began to swim towards Egghead Island with blank eyes.

The waters surrounding Eghardt have become a mysterious forbidden zone among pirates, not because Lilith would rob passing pirates of their valuables to fund Vegapunk's research, but because there is a ring of Sea Kings controlled by Vegapunk using bio-engineering technology guarding the island.

These sea kings have chips implanted in their brains, enabling them to act according to Vegapunk's intentions.

Robert drilled into the brain of a modified sea monster, and electricity instantly took over its control system.

The sea monster raised its head and floated its upper body above the water to prevent Robert from losing his ability to control lightning due to contact with seawater, while its body quickly swam towards Egherd.

The sea monster, as if drunk, sprawled ashore with its tongue lolling out and ran aground on the edge of Egghead Island.

A research team arrived quickly, and the stranded marine mammal was lifted by a huge mechanical claw, placed on a transport vehicle, and taken into the research lab.

The Rumble-Rumble Fruit's ability makes him completely invisible when traveling, a fact Vegapunk knows better than anyone. However, the fact that he specifically sent out a message telling him to leave indicates that the person supposedly monitoring the entire island possesses the ability to recognize his lightning-fast teleportation. Therefore, Robert had no choice but to use the brute-force method to reach the island.

Upon arriving in Egherd, Robert's electromagnetic induction began a carpet scan of the island.

Five of Vegapunk's clones were gathered in a laboratory, but Vegapunk's original body was nowhere to be seen.

The last time I came here, it coincided with Vegapunk's journey to the moon, accompanied by his two clones, Pythagoras and Atlas.

The fact that these two clones have now appeared in the lab indicates that Vegapunk has returned.

Although Lilith always looked bitter and resentful whenever she saw him, Robert could tell that she was just being sarcastic; she always did her best to fulfill any requests he made to her.

She had made it clear that once Vegapunk returned, she would make him contact her. Lilith couldn't possibly fail to convey such a message, especially since the mature and steady Shakya was with her at the time.

But even though Vegapunk has returned, he still hasn't contacted me. Instead, he's been subtly spreading messages throughout the island telling me to leave. The most likely explanation is that his secret trip to the moon has been discovered.

Inside the laboratory, the five clones all looked worried and remained silent. The door was pushed open from the outside, and a man in a white suit scanned the room before fixing his gaze on the enormous Atlas.

"You, come with me."

Atlas's codename is 5, and apart from York, she is the youngest among the punk clones.

When Atlas was singled out and taken away, he instinctively looked at Shakya. Vegapunk wasn't present, so Shakya was the leader of several clones.

"Go ahead, just answer their questions truthfully."

Atlas walked out of the laboratory with a pained expression, and followed the man in the white suit into a room, looking aggrieved.

Several of Robert's old acquaintances were sitting in the room. Kalifa and Jabra, former CP9 agents, were sitting behind a large table watching Atlas enter.

Gabra casually propped his legs up on the table in front of him, looking completely unconcerned. Kalifa, however, rested her chin on her hands and said:

"Please sit down, little sister. Let's have an open and honest talk."

Although Atalas has a sweet appearance, she actually has a violent temper. Her violent nature serves as a means of expressing her anger, and she is very strong in combat.

"Where did you take the doctor?!"

Kalifa laughed and said, "Now is not the time for you to ask questions, but for us to interrogate you."

"Vegapunk isn't exactly honest. He takes money from the World Government and secretly does his own research, which is bad enough, but now he even dares to hoard his research results. What do you think we should do to punish him?"

Atlas pouted angrily: "You all asked the doctor to research weapons that kill people, and he agreed to it. Can't he also research something more useful to human society at the same time!"

Kalifa smiled and waved her hand: "You may have misunderstood. We don't object to his research on those things. We're here to investigate something else."

"Where did the Mother Flame go?!"

Robert, who had infiltrated the laboratory from inside the sea monster's body, tensed up. These CP0 agents had come here for the Mother Spark!

The two-year period has come to an end, and in just a few days Luffy will return to Sabaody Archipelago and set sail again with his crew.

Based on the timeline, they left the day after arriving at Mermaid Island, then stayed in Punk Hazard for a day or two before heading to Dressrosa.

It took three to five days to liberate Dressrosa, and after the incident, they immediately went to Zou to rescue people.

After spending one night in Zou, Sanji was taken to Whole Cake Island, where they were to go find Big Mom to demand his return.

The Whole Cake Island incident lasted only as long as a tea party, and Luffy and his crew, having escaped Whole Cake Island, were about to go and fight Kaido.

So many major events happened after Luffy and his crew set sail again, and even if you add up the time spent traveling, only a month or so has passed in total.

Within this month or so, the World Government convened a World Conference and used a portion of the Mother Flame stolen by York to power Uranus and destroy the Kingdom of Lulusia.

The development of the Mother Spark is not something that can be done overnight, so it has actually been created by Vegapunk long ago.

However, this time Robert took York, who was about to betray Vegapunk, away ahead of time, and for some reason the World Government still found out about the Mother Spark.

Atalas looked tense, but quickly regained his composure.

Meanwhile, Robert, who was monitoring the entire island, keenly noticed that as Kalifa raised her question, the other four clones locked in another laboratory also tensed up.

In an instant, Robert understood many things. Since Vegapunk had returned from the moon, it meant that the Punk Records had been set up, and all Punk clones could now share all their experiences and memories through it!

So these clones are actually fully aware of Vegapunk's current situation; they are simply putting on an act for CP0!

Chapter 13 Open Your Palm

Once you understand a little bit about something, many clues can be connected.

For example, in the original storyline, why was the World Government in such a hurry to kill Vegapunk?

First, there was York's rebellion. In fact, even without York, the World Government could still discover the Void Century that Vegapunk was researching, just like it is now.

What is the Mother Flame? It is the core energy that drives the Heavenly King.

If we compare the Heavenly King to the Dongfeng series missiles, then the mother spark is the nuclear warhead. Without this part, the Heavenly King is just an empty shell in a military parade, without any power.

What is the Heavenly King? It is one of the ancient weapons that has been passed down from the blank 100 years ago, and it may even be the oldest of the three ancient weapons.

The fact that Vegapunk was able to research the Mother Spark is a clear signal that he must have studied the blank period of the past century or even earlier.

Before experiencing it firsthand, Robert always felt that the attitudes of both Im and the World Government towards the Void Century were quite surreal.

They explicitly forbade research, but in reality, they only imposed sanctions twice for the hundred-year research gap: once by destroying Robin's hometown of Ohara, and the second time by killing Vegapunk.

However, there are quite a few people in this world who have studied the Void Century. For example, the former Pirate King Roger had clearly collected all the Poneglyphs and arrived at Laugh Tale, but the World Government only beheaded him after he turned himself in.

What about those crew members who accompanied him on his world tour and researched the Void Century? The World Government didn't interfere at all, letting them travel around freely, and they've long since spread the news to countless people.
