Jimmy had Rocket push another small cart ahead to scout the way.

The rocket slowly walked towards the wall between Platform Nine and Platform Ten. It crashed into the wall without any hesitation, and Jimmy confirmed that it was the right one before following it through the wall.

It's 9:30 AM now, and the Hogwarts Express won't depart until 11:00 AM.

Upon entering Platform 9¾, Jimmy saw a ticket collector in a red waiter's uniform lift a rocket from the ground, seemingly wondering why there was a raccoon there.

Jimmy's appearance dispelled the ticket inspector's doubts. He put down the raccoon and asked, "The Hogwarts admission letter didn't seem to mention that raccoons could be brought to school. Has the rule changed recently?"

“Uh…” Jimmy froze as he pulled the ticket out of his pocket, and mumbled, “Maybe, I guess so.”

The ticket inspector looked haggard, as if life had crushed him. He didn't dwell on it much, took the ticket, and let him go. "You're the first one here. There's a special luggage car for large luggage, it's right there."

He pointed Jimmy to a carriage, and Jimmy nodded slightly to the man who resembled Squidward, saying, "Thank you, sir!"

He didn't intend to put his luggage in the baggage car. He walked on the empty platform, down the front of the red locomotive to the rear, and boarded the last car.

The carriage was quiet. He tossed his backpack, which contained no valuables, onto the seat to his left, and then took off the box containing the crucible and balance scale.

As Jimmy was pondering how to put his suitcase on the overhead rack, the "chin" of the rack suddenly dropped down in front of him, the height just right for him to easily place his luggage on it.

"This is... real magic."

Jimmy looked at the luggage rack, now restored to its original state, with some surprise, marveling at the omnipresent wonder of the wizarding world.

There's still a long time to explore in the future, but right now it's more important to focus on running your own little stall well!

The large bags of snacks and two cases of drinks on the cart were all unpacked and neatly arranged on the cart. He also put some candy on Rocket's little cart. This candy was free, and he could use it to make friends with the other little wizards.

After doing all that, Jimmy wrote down a price list and placed it in front of the cart. He also hung a sign on the back of the rocket that read: "It's called 'Rocket,' and you can pay 1 Nate to have it do a backflip."

After that, Jimmy started teaching Rocket what to do next. Rocket was unusually smart for a raccoon because he understood English, a skill that even humans might not know...

"Do you understand what to do next?" Jimmy asked again to confirm.

"Gah!" Rocket's cry wasn't very pleasant, but it responded nonetheless, nodding repeatedly in a human-like manner.

At that moment, the laughter of young wizards could be heard from inside and outside the carriage. Jimmy stood up and looked out the window, where he could see a few young wizards and their parents arriving at Platform Nine and Three-Quarters.

Another half hour passed, and people came and went between the carriages. Several young wizards, who looked to be in the second or third grade, also came into the last carriage where Jimmy was.

Four boys entered the carriage chatting and laughing, when they suddenly saw a cart full of snacks and all stopped in their tracks out of curiosity.

At that moment, Jimmy popped out from the next carriage and said in a serious tone, "Oh, you asked what these are? Of course, they are snacks and drinks from the Muggle world. Want to buy some? You are lucky to be the first customers today. Not only can you get free special candies, but you will also have a raccoon show."

"Who asked you? What are you talking about? And who are you?"

“Jimmy Blaine, you can call me Jimmy.” Jimmy introduced himself to the four men, and the first to respond was the black boy among them.

He stepped forward, shook Jimmy's hand warmly, and asked, "Hello, my name is Owen, a third-year student at Hufflepuff. I've never seen you at school before, you must be a freshman."

The other three also introduced themselves: Bandi, Umar, and Nate. Two of them were Muggle wizards, while the other two boys from wizarding families were quite interested in snacks.

Jimmy enthusiastically promoted the snacks on the cart to them, while Rocket, who came out of the luggage compartment, silently watched the four of them.

Owen ate a lot of snacks during the summer vacation, so he's not very interested now. "I think this would be a money-making idea, but half of the people at Hogwarts are Muggle wizards, so they're probably all tired of them."

Jimmy, however, disagreed. He pulled out a bag of mints and a bottle of Coke and tried to sell them to Irving, saying, "Why don't you introduce these snacks from the Muggle world to your friends?"

Owen paused for a moment, then turned to look and saw that Bandi and Nate had taken out the Silver Sike and Bronze Nate and were studying the price list hanging on the front of the cart.

He and Wu Mai looked at Jimmy with expressions of disbelief, and each offered the money in their pockets. "A brilliant idea! I hope you get a Hufflepuff! Give me a pack of mints and four bottles of Coke."

Jimmy shoved a mint and a bottle of Coke at Irving, successfully earning his first pot of gold. He said in a tone that implied they'd hit the jackpot, "Thanks, I'll work hard. Since you're the first customer today, you get a free lemonade and a performance worth 1 nut. Come on, Rocket, give them a good show!"

Rocket twisted its massive body and sprang up, leaping nearly half a meter high to the astonishment of the four people, performing a perfect backflip in mid-air.

Hey!

Irving, Wumer, Bandy, and Nat all looked shocked. How could such a fat blob of flesh jump so high and even do a backflip? What kind of raccoon was this?!

clap clap clap!

The four of them genuinely applauded the agile fat raccoon, and then Rocket even took out four candies from his special little cart and handed them to them.

After watching the performance, Bandi and Nate felt bad not to spend any money. With the help of Owen and Wumaier, they bought several bags of potato chips and chocolate biscuits, spending a total of 2 Siq and 3 Nate.

The four people's presence attracted many onlookers from various grades and houses. The Muggle wizards, seeing the snacks on the cart and having received enthusiastic recommendations from Owen and Wumer, also recommended them to their wizard friends who had never seen or tasted Muggle snacks before.

Before Jimmy even left the private room, a quarter of the snacks on the cart had been sold, and Rocket performed three more backflips.

The sight of its massive body leaping up and doing a backflip was quite impressive, and this raccoon was clearly very popular.

Jimmy pushed his cart and started selling snacks to other carriages. He would greet everyone and introduce himself. When he left, he would quickly jot down their information in his notebook. Sometimes he would even chat with them for a while and record some information that he thought was useful.

Even if there's nothing to say, he'll force a conversation; Jimmy's social skills can scare the socially awkward to death on the spot.

After passing a few more private rooms, two red-haired twins came in, their arms around each other's shoulders.

Upon seeing Jimmy and the stroller, the two immediately ran forward and blocked Jimmy's path from behind.

Chapter 10: Friends You Must Make

"Hey, Mr. Blaine!"

"We've all heard that a brilliant businessman has boarded the train!"

Two identical red-haired boys, dressed exactly the same, stood in front of them, their back-and-forth conversation sounding like a comedy routine.

“My name is George Weasley, and this is Fred.”

The man called George said, "I heard you brought Muggle magic drinks with you, and Lee Jordan sprayed them all over the train car."

Jimmy has some recollection of the Weasley twins from his past life.

He then warmly introduced himself to the two men: "Hello, George Fred, Jimmy Blaine."

He crossed his left and right hands and shook hands with the two people.

George and Fred, as if they didn't realize anything was wrong, reached out and shook hands with Jimmy.

"We heard that you can get a discount if you provide you with interesting information."

That was George and Fred's main purpose in coming.

Fred's eyes darted around, and he said with a smile, "I can tell you the secret of the Sorting House. Can you give us a 50% discount on this information?"

Upon hearing that it was sorting again, Jimmy complained, "You guys are the 16th person to try to tell me about sorting. Defeating trolls, escaping from the claws of fire dragons, taking exams, running laps around Black Lake, and now it's your turn. What is it this time?"

He had just arrived here, and all the upperclassmen who wanted discounts would lie when it came to sorting.

George and Fred weren't embarrassed at all when they were exposed. They exchanged a glance and asked matter-of-factly, "Okay, what do you want to know?"

"It can be anything interesting—a professor's habits, the secret passages of Hogwarts, or gossip among classmates—anything!"

Jimmy plans to collect this information, organize it into an intelligence database, and then he can sell information at the school.

“There’s one!” George whispered to Fred, a wicked grin spreading across his face.

Fred leaned closer to Jimmy as if he were revealing a major secret, and said, "The Ravenclaw prefectress is secretly dating the Gryffindor prefectress!"

Jimmy nodded excitedly, took out his notebook to write it down, and asked, "What's the name?"

George said, "The Ravenclaw prefect's name is Penelope Crivat!"

Fred said, "The Gryffindor prefect is called Percy the Big-Headed!"

Jimmy ignored the modifier "big head" and only wrote "Percy," then pressed, "What about the last name?"

He still couldn't figure out the connection between the English word and the simultaneous translation of the Chinese name, and since so much time had passed, he couldn't remember who the name belonged to.

George and Fred exchanged a glance and answered in unison, "Weasley!"

Good guy!

Upon hearing the surname, Jimmy finally remembered that Percy was their older brother. He looked up at the two of them strangely, and they had already pulled out a copper nat.

"Okay, but only a 30% discount."

Oh no!

"At least two free performances are required!"

"make a deal!"

The rocket performed two backflips, and the satisfied twin brothers went home with several bags of snacks.

Jimmy continued forward with the cart and came to a carriage where Slytherins were clustered together. He really wanted to make friends with these young masters and ladies from wealthy families, but he couldn't sell a single bag of snacks in this carriage, and he couldn't even find out a single person's name.

Some people in the carriage actually wanted to talk to him, but they seemed to suppress their desire to communicate because of the arrogant aura of some extreme pure-blooded nobles.

"Muggle snacks? Pshaw..."

As he stepped out of the carriage, Jimmy could still hear mocking laughter behind him, but he wasn't going to hold a grudge against a bunch of kids.

He received a great welcome in the next carriage, where he met Harry Potter, the savior of the wizarding world, with unkempt black hair and an old pair of round glasses perched on his nose.

The savior of the wizarding world looked over, his emerald green eyes filled with curiosity.

Jimmy didn't presume to enter the carriage; instead, he stood at the door and asked, "Hello, would you like to buy some snacks?"

Ron looked at the few remaining snacks on the cart and asked curiously, "What are these? I've never seen them before."

"Want some Muggle snacks?" Jimmy introduced himself to Ron: "My name is Jimmy Blaine, and I'm also a freshman this year. This is Rocket."

Fat Raccoon also squeezed into the private room and skillfully handed two candies to the two of them.

“Thank you, my name is Ron Weasley.” Ron took the candy and looked at the clever raccoon with great surprise.

Isn't it a bit too fat? It looks like a gas cylinder.

Harry, sitting opposite, also said, "Harry Potter."

I thought Jimmy would be surprised like everyone else when he heard his name, but he wasn't.

Jimmy, uninterested in the savior, simply smiled at the two of them. "Nice to meet you. Want to buy some snacks?"

Harry's eyes lit up and a smile appeared on his face. He saw the price list hanging on the side of the cart and wanted to buy something.

On the other side, Ron glanced cautiously at the novelly packaged snacks on the cart, his ears turning red, and muttered, "No need, I brought sandwiches."

Harry noticed Ron's embarrassment and recalled that he had seemed to have made a similar gesture when invited to something at school.

That tragic past is a far cry from the dazzling fame he received upon arriving in the wizarding world.

Thinking back to the past and to the present, seeing his first friend in the wizarding world with the same expression as he had in the past, Harry felt a surge of mission.
