"Rejoice! The King of Time has been born! He is Kamen Rider Zi-O, who possesses the power of all Riders, transcends time and space, and knows the past and the future."

Zi-O rushed forward and knocked Another Build down with a single punch. The two then engaged in close combat, but Zi-O was soon knocked to the ground by Another Build using a basketball. Suddenly, a sword jumped out of his belt, and after using the Limit Break, Another Build fell down.

Geiz appears and questions Sougo about why he chose to become king. Geiz transforms and uses the Ghost armor. Sougo, who is transforming for the first time, is defeated and forced to retreat.

Just as Geiz was about to use his ultimate Omega Time Blast to finish off Zi-O, Tsukuyomi summoned the Time Demon Machine to interrupt Geiz. Sougo and Geiz then summoned motorcycles for a race. While going around a bend, Sougo jumped off the motorcycle and stuck to the wall.

Meanwhile, Geiz was still speeding along when he realized he couldn't find Zi-O, so he stopped and started arguing with Tsukuyomi.

On the other side, the fallen Another Rider Summoner was awakened by Ur.

On the other side, Woz and Sougo revealed that the Time Jackers' goal was to change history and establish a new king. (Speechless, this just turned into a game where someone plays King of Glory with Li Xin.)

Geiz and Tsukuyomi discover that Another Build, which was just defeated by Zi-O, has reappeared and is attacking the crowd. Although Geiz says he doesn't want to get involved, he still transforms into Geiz and goes to fight Another Build.

When Kowada failed to clear the level, a flash of purple light appeared, and the alien Exid appeared, slamming Sougo to the ground, grabbing Kowada and absorbing his consciousness before disappearing after Sougo transformed.

Sougo spent the whole afternoon searching for the person at the arcade but couldn't find them. When he went outside, he saw the Another Exid attacking humans. Guided by Woz, he arrived at the Seito University Hospital.

After the watch face broke, Sougo introduced Mr. Iida to Emu, hoping to transfer him to the hospital where he worked. In the end, Sougo gave Emu a blank watch face.
