Although the concepts of the strongest enemy, the most powerful monster, and the most powerful Ultraman are very common in the Ultraman multiverse, many bosses and Ultramen have received this title.

Belial, the most evil Ultraman, is also known as the ultimate Ultraman.

Unfortunately, Gilbaris appeared after Belial in the worst form, the movie's plot took place after the TV series, and this strongest enemy was further modified by the qualifier "Ultraman Geed."

This makes the setting of Gilbaris's strongest enemy quite significant.

No matter how much Beria boasted before, on this point, he was outdone by Gilbaris.

In terms of character design, Gilbaris has the edge.

Although Belial miscalculated in his battle against Father of Ultra, giving Geed time to recover his transformation and ultimately leading to his defeat, this single blemish is clearly insufficient to salvage the fate of the brainless Gilbaris.

In terms of strategy and tactics, Beria was virtually unparalleled.

Then there's physical fitness, which is pretty straightforward.

Like most of the bosses mentioned earlier, Belial and Gilbaris both demonstrated the ability to ignore Ultraman's beams.

Even the ultimate-level Infinite Zero, Orb Trinity, and Geed Ultimate cannot break through their defenses under normal circumstances.

Of course, both ultimately cannot avoid being breached and failing.

[The extremely evil Belial was first inexplicably interrupted by Zero wielding the Nebula Shot, which broke his crucial timer, preventing him from absorbing Ultra King's energy. He was then directly defeated by five finishing beams from the Geed Squadron, reverting him to his original form.]

As mentioned earlier, Belial's fighting skills are comparable to, or even slightly superior to, top-tier fighters like Zero and Leo.

[Gilbaris's overall physique doesn't suggest he's a fighter.]

Throughout the entire battle, there was almost no fighting performance.

Therefore, in terms of fighting skills, Belial the Worst is stronger.

Next is light energy.

This includes two points: offensive skills and special skills.

In terms of offensive skills, Belial the Evil has the Hell Claw, a special attack against Ultraman, which can knock Infinite Zero back to his original form with a single swipe.

Gilbaris's laser beams are not to be underestimated either; even Infinite Zero fell victim to them.

However, Belial the Extreme once knocked Zero's normal form apart with a single blow, and Zero's human form was also seriously injured as a result, making it impossible for him to continue transforming and fighting.

Overall, in terms of weaponry and equipment, Belial, who seems to have a great advantage in the current version, actually does not have an advantage.

Gilbaris, on the other hand, has a slight advantage due to its virtual planet.

Back in the day, Belial was the Reionics who controlled a hundred monsters to besiege the remnants of the Land of Light, and he could even combine to become Belial. He also commanded powerful legions such as the Legion of Regent and the Legion of Dark Lops.

Even before the Impaler Crisis, Belial had the Dark Five Kings and a monster army under his command, which led him to fight against the Land of Light.
