Zero noticed it too and teased it with a smile.

"You're here, little one. Didn't I tell you it's dangerous here?"

Watching Pigmon playing with Zero, Regard suddenly had an idea and asked a question.

Do you know what this little guy's name is?

Zero paused, searching through his limited knowledge, and said hesitantly.

"It seems...it seems to be called...Red King? No, no, Telestone? That doesn't seem to be it either. Oh, it's Zetton, isn't it?"

Regard looked at him with a strange expression.

"Even if you've been getting beaten up here for 1000 years, you were nearly 5000 years old 1000 years ago. How come you can't even remember all the monsters?"

Zero blushed and shouted loudly.

"What's the point of learning about monsters at school? Even if all those monsters attacked together, they wouldn't be a match for me. Who cares what kind of monster it is, as long as I defeat it!"

Regard added leisurely.

"Even if you take off your training armor, there are still monsters you can't defeat. Also, this is a friendly rare beast, Pigmon. You've been talking to it for so long, and you don't even know its name?"

As Zero muttered things like "I got full marks in PE when I was in school" and "I was the little tyrant of the Land of Light back then," Regard's laughter filled the air, creating a joyful atmosphere.

Chapter 255 Graduation Assessment

Just as Zero and Reggart were chatting, the King of Ultra walked over, looked at the two getting along well, nodded with satisfaction, and spoke up.

"Zero, how long have you been here?"

Upon hearing the King of Ultra's voice, Zero quickly stood up and replied.

"Well... I think they stayed there for over 900 years..."

The King of Ultra nodded.

"Yes, you have been training here for nearly 1000 years, and you have finally come to understand the meaning of your power."

"The...meaning of power?"

Zero looked down at his hands, and the King of Ultra smiled and said.

“I’ve been watching you. When you first chose to abandon your attack on Leo and instead save Pigmon, I knew that you were no longer simply obsessed with power.”

Zero shook his head, recalling the moment he secretly touched the Plasma Spark Tower.

That time I touched the Plasma Spark Tower, it was to gain the power to protect the Kingdom of Light. Now, do I have the power to protect it?

Regard's eyes lit up.

"Does that mean Zero can be released from prison? Seriously, he can't even tell Pigmon apart from Red King. I think he needs to go back to school and take some academic classes."

Zero got angry as soon as he heard that.

"Hey, can't you wish me well for once? I just took off my training armor and now I'm going to a literature class, are you trying to murder me?"

Seeing the two arguing, the King of Ultra gestured for them to stop, and then said.

"However, the graduation assessment is still required. Since you're here, Reggart, that's perfect. How about you be his graduation assessment instructor?"

"Two instructors?"

Faced with their questions, the King of Ultra chuckled and said...

"After you have rested, I will remove Zero's training armor. If Regard acknowledges Zero's strength, then Zero can leave this planet and return to the Land of Light."

Regard stroked his chin, and Zero, seeing this, quickly spoke up.

"Hey, what if Regate is stubborn?"

"The King of Ultra said casually."

"Then Zero, you should defeat Reggart, and his stubbornness will be useless."

Regard said irritably.

"So you think I'm a shameless person? Also, be careful, or I might just give up and make you eat sand here for another 1000 years."

Zero, on the other hand, was eager to try.

"Hey, so you weren't going all out before? Well then, let me see what you're really made of!"

To prepare for the upcoming challenges, the King of Ultra gave the two of them 72 hours of rest. Zero didn't waste any time and immediately asked Zog to treat him before lying down on the ground and taking a nap. It seemed he was ready to face the test in the best possible condition.

Seeing Zero fall asleep almost immediately, Regard realized that Zero seemed to be under a lot of pressure lately. Come to think of it, he himself had never experienced sleeping in Ultraman form before, so now was the perfect opportunity to try it out.

Seeing Regard lying on the ground and beginning to sleep, the monsters silently gathered around him, quietly circling him. Beside their master, they also began to relax and gradually drift off to sleep.

The King of Ultra smiled and nodded as he watched this heartwarming scene. He then ascended into the sky and created a barrier that separated the place where everyone was sleeping from the storms and lava outside.

Belial, clutching a capsule in his hand, stabbed through a space mercenary who was trying to capture him for a bounty with a single claw, disdainfully tossing aside the corpse and sneering.

"Hmph, a bunch of ignorant rats who actually thought they could capture me, Belial, and collect the bounty. It seems that too much time has passed, and they have forgotten how terrifying I am."

Looking at the capsule in his hand, Belial nodded in satisfaction.

"Very good. With these plasma ores, plus the plasma coins scavenged from other places, it's more than enough to fill all 100 slots in the fighting device."

After a period of recuperation, and incidentally destroying several cosmic black markets, Belial has fully recovered from his state after being released from prison. His body is now fully relaxed, and he has also obtained enough energy to support his resurrection of monsters.

The next step... is to resummon the Giga Battlenizer and use the monsters in the Monster Graveyard to pave the way to becoming a cosmic emperor!

"Haha, here you go!!"

Belial, holding the capsule, soared into the sky and headed to the mysterious place in the universe, the Monster Graveyard.

Meanwhile, in the Land of Light.

Father of Ultra looked at Alien Empera and pleaded with him to stay.

"Why don't you rest here a little longer, Ampera?"

Alien Empera shook his head.

“Ken, I stayed here just to see just how much Belial, whom Regard said could break the seal of the King of Ultra, really is. Now that I’ve seen it, I’m going to do my own thing.”

Father of Ultra asked in confusion.

"Do you intend to rebuild the Dark Empire?"

Ampera chuckled.

"Why would you think I have such thoughts? I just want to try and see if I can rebuild Planet Empera."

Taro said in confusion from the side.

"Rebuild Planet Empera? But...your people..."

Ampera understood what he meant and spoke up.

“I am also a scientist. In fact, I have been thinking about this ever since I was resurrected. If gene editing technology is used, it may be possible to restore the biological appearance of Planet Empera before it was destroyed.”

“I plan to go back to the ruins of Planet Empera. If possible, perhaps this is a way to make my people reappear in the universe.”

Father of Ultra nodded and did not try to stop him. Instead, he solemnly addressed Alien Emperor.

"You helped us defeat Belial. If there's anything the Land of Light can do to help rebuild Planet Empera, please don't hesitate to ask."

Alien Empera turned around, waved his cloak, and smiled faintly.

"Don't underestimate me, the former Dark Emperor. Also, remember to pass on a message to Regard for me, Ken."

Watching the departing Alien Empera, Taro looked at Father of Ultra and said with emotion.

"No longer referring to himself as '朕' (Zhen, the imperial emperor), but as '我' (Wo, I), the current Alien Empera may truly be different from the one of the past."

Father of Ultra smiled with satisfaction.

"Isn't this a good thing? The former emperor of the universe has finally given up ruling the universe with force and terror, which is exactly what the Land of Light wanted."

Just as Taro and the other were feeling sentimental, Jack, wearing a cape, hurriedly walked over and said to Father of Ultra.

"Captain, someone spotted Belial. He seems to be heading towards the Monster Graveyard!"

"Monster Graveyard!"

Father of Ultra and Taro exchanged a glance, and that person simultaneously popped into their minds.

Rei Brown!

Chapter 256 Regard vs. Zero

Regard looked at Zero opposite him and said provocatively.

"Zero-chan, don't let your brother beat you so badly that you cry."

Zero wiped his nose and said unhappily.

"How old are you? Still calling yourself my brother? Don't be scared to tears when I take off my cultivation armor, little brother!"

A group of monsters around him held various bouquets and shouted loudly to cheer on Regard. Carmilla's eyes were practically bulging with excitement, and her cheers were the loudest.

The Leo brothers on the other side didn't know who to support. After all, one was their savior and the other was their disciple, so they couldn't decide who to support. They simply said a few words of encouragement to both sides and then fell silent.

Seeing that Zero had already lost a round before the fight even started, his burning desire to fight grew even stronger. The King of Ultra stepped forward and placed one hand on Zero's training armor.

As the connecting part detached, Zero stood frozen in place, poised to erupt like a volcano about to burst forth, while Regard was also ready, watching Zero warily.

With a bang, the training armor suddenly shattered on the spot, while Zero had vanished without a trace. The spectators outside the arena vaguely saw a shadow fly into the sky, and a sonic boom was heard a while later.

"Wow, that's fast! Brother, can you see where Zero is?"

Astra asked in surprise, and Leo, arms crossed, replied solemnly yet with a sense of relief.

"Although there has been a rebound due to the suppression of the armor for so many years, this speed has far surpassed ours. Zero has really given us a surprise."

"Take this kick!"
