By displaying the Abhaya Mudra (gesture of fearlessness), one's heart is free from fear, and one is invincible; swift and decisive actions reveal a compassionate heart.

The Demon-Subduing Seal: With a mind free from external distractions, one can attain enlightenment, refine one's inner demons, and subdue external evils.

Finally, there is the wish-granting seal, which involves open communication and understanding, fulfilling one's wishes—

The innate talismanic diagrams manifest the four methods, and the patterns have already spread throughout the entire body's bones; furthermore, through reciting the Dharani of the Treasure Chest Seal, one comprehends the five seals of Shakyamuni.

The four methods of self-cultivation originate from the mind; the five seals of self-cultivation shape the physical form.

The five and four combined are called nine, and the mind, the body, and the form become the Dharma image.

Reversing the eight directions cultivates human magnetism, controls the eight extraordinary meridians, internally refines the five internal organs, and forms the physical landscape of the body; reversing the nine levels of life cultivates the nine innate orifices, internally stabilizes the Niwan ancestral orifice, and forms the mental landscape of the dreamlike bubble.

The physical landscape and the mental landscape are both internal landscapes. However, in the current world of supernatural beings, the physical organs are excluded from the category of internal landscapes, and only the mental landscape of the spirit is recognized as an internal landscape.

Jiang Liu cultivated the ability to reverse the eight directions and ascend to the ninefold realm, establishing a unique technique within his body, which he combined into one cultivation method known as the Eight-Nine Mysterious Technique.

Furthermore, by cultivating the innate talisman diagram and obtaining the Five Seals of Shakyamuni, these two methods, one Taoist and one Buddhist, have commonalities and even show a tendency to combine autonomously!

At this moment, taking advantage of the fact that the state of "enlightenment" had not yet completely faded, he used his internal cultivation of life force to deduce the two in terms of physical and mental landscapes, merging them into one to form a Dharma image and talisman.

This talisman, with its innate symbolic diagram simulating the physical form, combines the five mudras of Shakyamuni with the mental image, taking the spiritual light of the ancestral aperture as its source. It represents the reality of the Dharma body and the emptiness of the mind, helping one to experience the wonder of reality and emptiness. To practice this talisman, place both hands horizontally in front of the chest and abdomen, one above the other, palms facing each other. Bend the eight fingers up and down, hook them together, and clasp them into a fist. Place the two thumbs one in front of the other into the clasped palms, pressing against each other.

At this point, the ten fingers are connected to the heart, forming the shape of a primordial elixir.

The Dharma is the physical form, the image is the mental form; the four Dharmas and five seals combine to form body and mind, making Jiang Liu's body stronger and his mind more resolute.

The moment he opened his eyes, it seemed as if thousands of stars were reflected in them, and a wave of energy emanated from his body, causing countless dust particles to fall from the walls of the tower. This startled Ru Song and the others, who suspected that Jiang Liuzhen had actually achieved the state of emptiness of the five aggregates because of this incident.

Can the river be repaired?
