This skill is similar to, but also different from, the Ape Strike Technique mastered by Boss Cha.

It also includes Tai Chi and Bajiquan for controlling internal energy, as well as understanding animal masters, object manipulation, earth-walking immortals, color play techniques, and the basics of Western alchemy.

The only thing missing is to continuously improve one's skills and, based on innate abilities, integrate the three methods of Eight-Nine Mysterious Arts, Dharma Image Talisman Seals, and Sun and Moon Spring and Autumn Techniques to begin true cultivation, so that the physical and mental landscapes can be unified, the essence, energy, and spirit can be harmonized, and the golden elixir and sacred embryo can be internally refined.
