Old Man and Tru spend most of their time at the shop.

As for Jiang Liu, Lu Jin, and Duanmu Ying?

He then asked Sheriff Black for help to obtain an identity and enter a local university in San Francisco—a university at the end of the 20th century, which was naturally more prestigious than one at the beginning of the 20th century.

Spiritual practice requires not only experience but also a calm mind.

Especially for Jiang Liu, once he cultivates the Primordial Qi, his body and mind are in harmony, which is the Golden Elixir; the profound and mysterious Qi structure is the Sacred Embryo.

Although not yet fully perfect, Jiang Liu has already seen through the three levels of Hunyuanzi, Primordial Hunyuan Qi, and Hunyuan Qi of All Things. To perfect it, he needs to learn more information and continuously complete the human body and the universe.

In addition, Jiang Liu was also cultivating the Eight Phases Diagram, using the Twenty-Four Heavenly Pagodas of his body and mind as a foundation, vibrating the eight extraordinary meridians, and creating a Dharma form from his own body as the source:

One of them is depicting a fetus lying supine in a wooden basin, surrounded by large rivers on both sides.

In reality, he was found by Wang Yaozu when he was a child after drifting on the water.

According to the theory of civilization, whether it is the cause in the past life or the effect in the present life, the root of all rivers originates from China, and China is nurtured by rivers. The fetus is placed in a wooden basin and supported by the rivers, which proves this principle.

Secondly, it depicts a young person's journey through the world.

This confirms the period when Jiang Liu traveled across China with Wang Yaozu, making his home wherever he went.

It was during this period that I witnessed the suffering of humanity, which gradually strengthened my resolve and led to my current brilliance and sincerity.

The third aspect is spiritual practice, which is a picture of having one's head reaching the sky and feet on the ground, one's body embracing heaven and earth, and one's heart encompassing the universe.

This confirms Jiang Liu's path of cultivation: following the laws of heaven and earth! Harmony between heaven and man!

The fourth is the Demon Subduer, who glares angrily, wields a divine iron weapon, and sweeps across the eight wastelands and six directions. Humans, demons, monsters, and all sorts of evil spirits are suppressed by him and can never rise again.

The fifth is preaching, which refers to Jiang Liu establishing a Confucian society and preaching in the Cultural Street, raising his fist in a gesture.

We need both physical strength and spiritual civilization.

That is the reason.

The sixth is the Golden Elixir, which is the true and wonderful secret of Jiang Liu's cultivation of the perfect integration of exoteric and esoteric teachings. He can see freely within himself and hear the sounds of the world without. The light of Jiang Liu's mind - the Huiyuan and the Qi circulation system - are completely integrated into the Hunyuan Qi, which has the eyes of a lotus flower blooming and the scenery of the stars reflected.

The seventh is transcendence, where the body follows the natural principle of reproduction and life, while the mind defies the universe and breaks free from the cycle of birth and death.

Because Jiang Liu had not married and had children, his physical form had not truly matured, and his mental form had not truly been born, this Dharma form was merely a dream.

The eighth is Nirvana.

Equivalent to the seven transcendences, since Jiang Liu has no experience of Nirvana, it is also illusory.

But Jiang Liu was not worried. Having cultivated for so long, his mind was resilient and peaceful. As long as he persevered, when his state of mind was right, he could naturally forge the state of transcendence and Nirvana in the future.

The six aspects that have already been forged—descending to the river, entering the world, cultivating oneself, subduing demons, preaching the Tao, and obtaining the Golden Elixir—are the causes of Jiang Liu's past life, which have created his present life, that is, his understanding of the world, and are the results.

But this "effect" will also become the "cause" of transcendence and Nirvana in the [future life].

What solution?

Simply put, one cannot rest easy once the river has been forged into the six great forms of descending rivers, entering the world, cultivating oneself, subduing demons, preaching the Tao, and elixirs.

Even as he descends into the Yangtze River, he still draws inspiration from Chinese civilization to revitalize his wisdom.

Even after entering the world, he remained among humanity, actively participating in the path of all things striving for freedom under the frosty sky.

He must continue his spiritual practice with unwavering perseverance and without slackening.

Even when it comes to exorcising demons, he will still speak out against injustice and take action when necessary to vanquish evil spirits.

When preaching, he remains the president of the Confucian Association, with a sense of responsibility to build a system and educate the ignorant masses.

Although the Golden Elixir and the Holy Embryo have been formed, they still need to be maintained and carefully refined at all times.

The above six aspects are different from the method of shaping the Dharma form by anchoring one's own eight past life stages in the eight aspects of Guru Rinpoche's diagram transmitted by the consort. They are both the past and present of the river. When these two aspects are achieved in the future, such as transcendence and Nirvana, it is theoretically possible to teach one's own three lifetimes of cause and effect to be unified!

As for the timeline...

In normal spacetime, time and space are integrated; taking either one out individually only makes sense at the level of mathematical and physical concepts.

Therefore, Jiang Liu abandoned this part and only used the Buddhist concept of "cause and effect across three lifetimes".

By cultivating the Six Dharma Aspects, one can stabilize the body and mind amidst the trembling of the Eight Extraordinary Meridians, thus enabling the primordial spirit to leave the body!

A true astral projection!

The primordial spirit.

In terms of the cultivation of Qi, it refers to the brain.

But this primordial spirit is not the brain, but the true "primordial spirit"! It can break free from constraints and enjoy freedom!

The body and mind are the golden elixir, and the Qi formation is the sacred embryo. As long as one stabilizes the body and mind and integrates one's own senses, memories, thoughts, consciousness, ideas, spirit, and mind into the Qi formation in a systematic and complete manner, one can transcend the physical body, unite with heaven and earth without being noticed by others, and also manifest a physical form to fight against others.

There's just one problem:

Once it transcends the physical body and loses its material form, leaving only its aura, Jiang Liu, this sacred embryo, must face the magnetic field fluctuations and airflow impacts of the entire planet. If it is not careful, it will vanish into thin air.

In that case, it would be better to let the spirit leave the body.

However, the Yang spirit is not the same as the Yuan spirit. Although it can travel a thousand miles in a single thought and enter the vast dream world, it cannot truly merge with heaven and earth and nature.

therefore.

Cultivating a true primordial spirit is essential.

Once the primordial spirit is formed, even if the physical body is destroyed, a new physical body can be reconstructed based on the information contained within it, without the need for reconstruction. The rebirth will be at the peak of the physical body before its demise.

Similar to the transformation of all living things by the eight great demonic energies, but more sophisticated, it can directly create physical bodies out of thin air by influencing the omnipresent primordial chaos energy.

Having cultivated the Six Aspects, and then using the twenty-four heavenly pagodas to tread upon, one can stabilize the golden elixir of body and mind, allowing Jiang Liu's thoughts to completely merge with the sacred embryo of the human body's energy, thus transcending the small world of the human body and roaming the great world of planets.

When the topic of the primordial spirit came up, Jiang Liu was reminded of the gene lock, a system from the Main God Space, or rather, a theory used to construct the primordial spirit.

# Chapter 928 The Five Strategies of War

Gene lock.

First stage: awakening instincts; second stage: mastering the body; third stage: developing the brain; fourth stage: awakening the light of the soul... In Jiang Liu's view, the first three stages are preparations for the fourth stage: shaping a complete "primordial spirit".

Logically speaking, this concept of "original spirit" is the combination of spirit and flesh, the unity of yin and yang, and the coordination of spirit and consciousness, which makes the body and mind gradually develop in the direction of energy. Theoretically, "original spirit leaving the body" is a false proposition.

After all, they are completely united, so how can they separate from the body?

This is the wondrous application of Jiang Liu's Mahayana Dharma, which is based on the Golden Elixir of Body and Mind and the Sacred Embryo of Qi. As long as the Golden Elixir of Body and Mind is stabilized, one's own consciousness can naturally harmonize with the Sacred Embryo of Qi, thereby breaking free from the constraints.

It was precisely because Jiang Liu had already reached the fourth level that it was not difficult for him to cultivate the "astral projection" technique. After all, his primordial spirit was already formed, and he only needed to stabilize his body and mind.

And this period of cultivation lasted for three years.

Over the past three years—

Duanmu Ying has already graduated from medical school, and her medical expertise is comparable to that of a doctor.

Lu Jin also became increasingly composed.

Both of them made considerable progress in their spiritual practice.

During this period, the former sought advice from Jiang Liu on the principles of weapon crafting. Combined with her Iron Fan and Banana Leaf Technique, she successfully crafted a banana leaf fan. However, due to her incomplete cultivation and lack of mastery over the Nine Revolutions, it was still a decent magical artifact. Externally, it could fan a strong wind that could blow into the heart and abdomen of others, causing their eight-inch and four-tenths-inch bodies to reverse their internal energy flow and making it difficult for them to circulate their Qi. Internally, it could be used in conjunction with her Iron Fan and Banana Leaf Technique to regulate the flow of Qi between her heart and kidneys, thereby enhancing her cultivation of life and vitality.

During this period, the Ghostly Crafting Ball obtained from the sunken ship in the Kunpeng Qi Ju area finally completed its gestation and became a storage magic artifact.

Although the other three organs in the chest are still not designated as the central palace, the understanding of the four seasons and six qi has greatly improved. By relying on human magnetic induction and using qi to shape and transform, it can also change.

Although it can change, it is not as flexible as the river; it can only change some simple things, such as stones, cups, bicycles, etc.

That is, non-living things.

What about living things?

Because the magnetic field of a living individual fluctuates constantly with its life activities, especially humans, who are rich in emotions, their magnetic field fluctuates even more when their emotions fluctuate. Not to mention that living things have their own internal energy field. Given Lu Jin's current level of control over the fire, it is still a long way off before he can transform a living thing!

And what about the river?

Like Lu Jin and Duanmu Ying, he made great progress in his cultivation, completely forging six of the eight aspects. He was able to use the sacred embryo as his primordial spirit to perform the work of leaving the body. With a single thought, he could transcend the small world of the human body and roam freely in the vast universe.

The three of them had made progress in their studies and cultivation, and with the Yin and Yang of this world gradually becoming more balanced, they began to discuss returning to their homeland.

"Jiang Liu, shall we have a martial arts contest?"

At this time, Xiaoyu found District 13—the cost of university had to be earned by themselves, so during these three years, Jiang Liu, Lu Jin, and Duanmu Ying moved to District 13 and became temporary agents of District 13, helping Sheriff Black arrest some criminals involved in magic in order to earn a salary.

During this period, Xiaoyu often accompanied the three on missions—secretly following them.

in contrast.

In the past three years, apart from practicing Qi cultivation, Chen Long has devoted most of his time to archaeology and his work in schools and museums.

After all, Jiang Liu, Lu Jin, and Duanmu Ying were there to help take care of their niece, and Xiaoyu's academic performance had been getting better and better over the past three years. She was also becoming more and more worry-free and wouldn't cause any more big trouble. Therefore, they turned a blind eye to her secretly going on missions with them in her spare time.

Compared to three years ago, Xiaoyu has grown a lot taller, now reaching 1.6 meters. She is dressed in a smart outfit, wearing an orange trench coat, black-rimmed windproof and fireproof goggles on her forehead, a crescent-shaped weapon box on her chest, and black stockings over her long legs, and short-top white fur-lined sneakers.

Swish!

She took the weapon box from her chest with her right hand, and at her will, it transformed into a long spear—

Over the past three years, Xiaoyu has cracked the code that Jiang Liu set on the weapon master box, and can control it with Qi, freely transforming between the spear, halberd, dagger, and bow.

She had already completed the step of externally refining the five weapons, but she had only just begun to master the internal refining of the five energies into weapons!

The reason I came to find Jiang Liu was to challenge him.

"Okay, let's go."

Jiang Liu got up and went with Xiao Yu to the training room specially built for District 13.

Reaching the center of the arena, Xiaoyu made the first move, channeling her Qi throughout her body. She thrust her spear in, instantly tearing through the air and creating a vacuum, like a white rainbow piercing the sun. With the force to shatter the universe, she aimed straight for Jiang Liu's throat.

However, the latter calmly turned to the side, letting the sharp spear glide past his ear, effortlessly dodging the attack.

It's like taking a leisurely stroll.

In that instant, the spear that had been thrust out grew a curved blade, transforming into a long halberd. Xiaoyu twisted her waist backward, her arms gripping the halberd shaft retracting backward, and the halberd blade slashed towards Jiang Liu's nape.

Every move could be fatal.

But Jiang Liu seemed to have eyes in the back of his head; with a slight bend, he caused the halberd to miss its mark.
