I also allocated 2 points to Puzzle Solving, Listening, Scouting, and Item Use. This is basically the most suitable allocation for now.

For a level 0 spell, choose Sharp Armor, Lightning Claw, Radiance, and Mage's Hand. After all, the biggest advantage of level 0 spells is that they do not require elemental energy.

For the first ring, choose Elemental Missiles, Grease, and Shield. Grease is the best large-area crowd control skill in the early game. If the laws of Teyvat are the same as those of your original world, then theoretically you can also use a fire elemental to detonate Grease, dealing AOE damage that is rare for mages in the early game.

As for Shield and Elemental Missiles, they are considered god-tier skills for mages. Shield not only increases a mage's defense rating, but also allows secondary protection mages with the "Arcane Guard" class trait to continuously use Shield to generate extra shields for themselves. Although it seems unlikely that Arcane Guard can infinitely stack shields here like in Baldur's Gate 3, since this rulebook is self-written, there may be a solution later.

As for Elemental Missiles, it can be said to be a classic skill for the Wizard class in D&D. Not only can it be used from ring 1 to ring 9, but it also always hits! Whether it's killing or finishing off enemies, it's an excellent skill!
