"Can I go and show off a little?"

"Who are you showing off to?"

"Some of my friends."

"Did you see Peter showing off to Lillian, Gwen, and the others while wearing a bodysuit?" Dr. Banner asked, looking at Wade.

"If I go out like this, won't people confuse me with Peter?" Wade asked.

"You can tell just by looking at their faces. The combat suit hood gives off a very unfriendly vibe, but Peter's hood actually looks kind of cute. There's a significant difference in your design abilities," Dr. Banner said.

"Have you seen any sculptures of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas from the East?" Dr. Banner asked.

“I observed a few Buddha statues when I last visited Kamar-Taj,” Wade replied.

“When you look up at them, you can feel them smiling. I wonder if Peter was referencing them,” Dr. Banner said.

"Dr. Banner, is this all you wanted to tell me?"

“Yes.” Bruce Banner nodded.

“Look, Walter is coming out of the Osborne Building,” Wade said, pointing to the television screen.

“You’ve got it wrong from the start. It’s not evil spirits or magic at work, but scientific exploration and technological progress.” Dr. Banner frowned.

“Goblin, green eyes, and mental instability. Dr. Banner, what are you planning to do? Will Walter White become the next you?” Wade asked.

“That’s exactly what I’m worried about.”

“Perhaps Osborn was simply researching a cure for cancer. As the military’s third-largest partner, he obtained some of my past research data from the military, which allowed Osborn’s research to show similar results to my gamma experiments,” Dr. Banner said.

"Dr. Banner, do you believe what you're saying?"

“I don’t believe it either,” Bruce Banner laughed.

"The situation has escalated."

“I’m starting to believe that Walter White can cure his son’s congenital cerebral palsy.”

"But what is the price?" Wade asked.

"The father and son might turn green and get racially discriminated against, just kidding," Banner smiled at Wade.

"Do you need me to infiltrate the Osborn Industrial Park and steal Walter White's research data?" Wade asked.

“I’ll do this myself. Wade, you need to remember your job requirements: protect little Walter and don’t let Stephanie down,” Dr. Banner said.

Li Qun acted as an intermediary for Stephanie, and the task Stephanie hired Wade to submit was simply to protect little Walter.

Stephanie didn't want to hurt her father, nor did she want her father to hurt her brother, a task that gave Wade a real headache.

"Hey Wade, can you lend me a gold coin?" Banner asked Wade.

“The Wizard King complained to me that Dr. Banner owed a lot of money and never paid it back. I never thought it would happen to me now,” Wade said calmly.

"The gold coins are in the refrigerator, Dr. Banner, you can take them yourself."

"The refrigerator in the Sanctuary?" Banner asked.

“This is probably the safest place in New York. Of course I hid my important valuables here,” Wade said.

"I promise I'll only take one."

“Consider it a storage fee I paid, not a loan from you,” Wade said.

Thank you.

"Dr. Banner, are you looking for help with the gold coins?" Wade asked curiously.

"I want to know about Walter White's past life experiences."

"You'll find out who his high school crush was," Wade joked.

"hope so."

Dr. Banner went to his bedroom to change his clothes, preparing to go out like a modern person.

After changing his clothes, before Banner could even look for Wade's gold coin in the refrigerator, Wade had already taken out a gold coin.

Wade tossed the gold coin to Banner.

Should I continue watching TV?

"Okay." Banner nodded to Wade and walked out of the Sanctuary.

Dr. Banner dressed himself like a fashionable Frenchman and walked down the street, and no one would associate him with the great scientist.

Dr. Banner walked into the underground bar where Wade had brought Li Qun and Peter before, sat down at the bar, and waited for the bar to open.

"Hello, Johnny."

"What would you like to drink?"

"I want to understand a person."

Do I know this person?

Dr. Banner laid out gold coins on the bar in front of Johnny.

“Walter White, a high school chemistry teacher who moved from Albuquerque to New York,” Dr. Banner said.

Bartender Johnny calmly accepted the gold coins and made Dr. Banner a cocktail.

“Walter White, let me get ready,” Johnny said to Bruce Banner.

How long will it take to get the results?

"How about five days?"

"It's taking a bit too long. Can it be shortened to a few days at the fastest?"

"Three days is fine too."

"I'll come back in three days."

Dr. Banner leisurely sipped his cocktail, and after finishing it, he left the bar without lingering.

Chapter 298 Reciprocity

Peter and Li Qun made plans to go to the bookstore together this weekend.

It was originally agreed that it would just be the two of them, but for some reason everyone decided to go to the bookstore with them.

The “everyone” here includes the people that Li Qun and Peter meet in the hallway outside the classroom and greet each other.

When Stephanie appeared at the entrance of the bookstore with Walter in his wheelchair, Peter was at a loss for words.

"Who is he?" Flash asked curiously.

“Stephanie’s brother,” Peter replied.

“What’s wrong with him?” Fleiss continued to ask.

"I'm not feeling well," Peter replied tactfully.

Is he wearing a diaper?

Peter turned to look at Frye, wondering if the intensity of the football match had blew his brain out.

Stephanie glanced awkwardly at Peter, while little Walter sadly lowered his head.

“Let’s go over there, Frye has something wrong with his head,” Li Qun said to Walter Jr.

"Hey, Leon, who are you calling crazy?"

“Flash, we’re outside the school,” Li Qun said to Flash.

"Oh, what's going on outside the school?" Flash walked up to Li Qun and puffed out his chest muscles.

"Why are you with us at the bookstore entrance today?" Li Qun asked.

“I’m here to buy books, of course,” said Flair.

“You’re not here to bully anyone,” Li Qun said.

“I feel like you’re bullying me,” Fleiss said to Li Qun, then turned and walked into the bookstore.

“He might just have low emotional intelligence,” Stephanie said from behind Li Qun.

“That’s what I feel too,” said Walter Jr.

"Do you think Flash might secretly cry in bed at night?" Harry asked, looking at Li Qun.

“If it’s true, I hope it’s false. If it’s false, I hope it’s true,” Li Qun said.

The bookstore clerk watched in trepidation as a group of teenagers walked into the bookstore and secretly called the bookstore manager.

"Keep an eye on them, and call the police as soon as anyone steals anything," the bookstore manager said.

"That's a bit difficult," the shop assistant said.

"Hello, do you know where the 'Stag Cookbook' is?" Peter asked the clerk from behind.

"Oh! You scared me!" The shop assistant turned around, and Peter smiled kindly.

"Come with me."

Peter gestured to Li Qun, who immediately moved closer to him.

The bookstore clerk led Peter to the "Cooking" section of the shelf and took down a shrink-wrapped copy of "The Stag's Cookbook".

“This book is in the wrong place,” Peter said to the clerk.

"Where do you think this book should be placed?" the clerk asked Peter.

“Where should we put books of celebrity interviews?” Peter asked.

"A bestseller," the clerk said.

“It should be placed alongside other bestsellers,” Peter said.

"Please find our manager," the clerk said casually.

"Is that all?" Li Qun asked, pointing to several copies of "The Stag's Cookbook" on the bookshelf.

"Yes, it's all here." The shop assistant nodded to Liqun.
