“We conducted a very scientific and rigorous ability test. Even if a subway train hit me, I wouldn’t be in much trouble and could walk home to sleep,” Peter replied.

“I underestimated your abilities,” Uncle Ben said.

“But my superpowers are pretty ordinary. I’m just stronger and can climb walls, but I can’t stop volcanic eruptions or quell tsunamis,” Peter said.

"You are holding yourself to the standards of a superman."

"And Superman is the most powerful of all superheroes."

“Peter, you just need to do your own thing,” Uncle Ben said.

“Dr. Banner said my top priority right now is to graduate with my bachelor’s degree, and I’ve made plans to achieve that goal in three years,” Peter said.

“You’re an adult now, you have to arrange these things yourself. I can only help you to the best of my ability when you need me,” Uncle Ben said.

"It's perfectly normal for Aunt Mei to be worried about these things."

“You and Aunt May are just ordinary people; it would be too easy for someone to hurt you,” Peter said.

"So you need to be extra careful when you're Spider-Man."

"Uncle Ben, do you believe in magic?" Peter asked.

"Magic? Maybe."

"Dr. Banner is a mage."

"Isn't he your idol? How did he become a magician?" Uncle Ben asked.

"Dr. Banner experienced a mutation accident that was even more dangerous than mine, but he eventually found balance in the magical world."

"Really? That's good. As a mentor to heroes, I feel he's more reliable than me," Uncle Ben said.

“Li Qun became Dr. Banner’s student earlier than I did.”

"Liqun also experienced incredible things."

"Are you sure you want to tell me everything about them?" Uncle Ben interrupted Peter.

“I don’t think I need to know this before aliens invade New York,” Uncle Ben said.

“I hope that after you see some incredible phenomena, Uncle Ben, you won’t be afraid of them,” Peter said.

"It's not so easy to scare me," Uncle Ben chuckled.

……

Bruce Banner and Li Qun stood at Peter's door, and Li Qun rang the doorbell.

Aunt Mei opened the door and saw Li Qun and a person dressed like a circus performer standing outside.

“Excuse me, Aunt May, we’ve come to see Peter.”

"Come in! Peter and Ben are chatting upstairs."

"Aunt Mei, you know about that matter, right?" Li Qun asked after entering the room.

"Which matter?" Aunt Mei asked.

“Peter is Spider-Man,” Li Qun said.

“It’s obvious,” Aunt May said.

"Aunt May, are you angry with Peter?"

“I’m angry with Peter’s uncle, Ben, who actually wanted me to find out about this myself,” Aunt May said.

“Dr. Banner and I came to see Peter to have him continue his training tonight,” Li Qun said.

"What kind of training?"

"How to become a qualified superhero and protect what needs to be protected."

Where do you train?

“In the world of mirrors,” Li Qun replied.

"Mirror?"

"It sounds like a fairy tale," Meryl Streep remarked.

"I feel like I've seen you somewhere before?" Aunt May said, looking at Dr. Banner, who was wearing a navy blue mage's robe and a dark red levitation cloak.

“There’s a half-length portrait of me in Peter’s room. My name is Bruce Banner,” Dr. Banner said to Aunt May.

"You're Bruce Banner," Aunt May realized.

“Aunt May, this is Peter’s class schedule.”

“Peter applied for a double degree program just like me. He can’t miss a single class, and his superhero activities can only be done outside of class time.”

Li Qun pulled out Peter's printed class schedule from his pocket; he had come prepared.

"Such a full schedule of classes?"

"It's even harder than going to work!" Aunt Mei exclaimed.

“But as long as the academic requirements are met, all this hard work is well worth it,” Li Qun said.

"You're right."

“I’ll call him down for you,” Aunt Mei said.

“We’ll go up ourselves. Peter isn’t actually in the room; he and Uncle Ben are on the roof,” Li Qun said.

"The two of them climbed up to the roof?" Aunt Mei frowned.

"It's easy to get them down."

Li Qun raised his hand, and a portal appeared on the ceiling. Peter and Uncle Ben fell through the portal and landed on the sofa.

“Liqun, Dr. Banner, what brings you here?” Peter and Uncle Ben were somewhat surprised.

“Training must continue; there’s no word on giving you a break,” Dr. Banner said.

"Can I come along and take a look?" Uncle Ben asked.

“Anyone is welcome,” Dr. Banner said with a smile.

"Is there anything I need to prepare?"

"No need, we can start anytime."

"Dr. Banner, why are you wearing a red cape?" Peter asked curiously.

“This is the Levitation Cloak, which allows me to fly. Wade said I should learn from Superman,” Dr. Banner replied.

Dr. Banner raised his hand, bringing everyone in the room into a mirror dimension, and the world turned upside down.

“Welcome to another world,” Dr. Banner said to Uncle Ben and Aunt May.

“I could never dream of such a scene,” Aunt Mei said.

“But we’re not dreaming, May.” Uncle Ben turned to look at Aunt May.

“Ben, May, I suggest you two exercise a bit, do some pull-ups, go for a run or something,” Dr. Banner said to Uncle Ben and Aunt May.

Chapter 371 Yearning for Recognition

Harry covered his ears as the Devil Glider made a tremendous noise as it flew.

He was too close, but it's not his fault; it's Bronski's fault for insisting on practicing indoors.

"I'm going deaf!!" Harry yelled.

“Won’t you wear earmuffs?” Bronsky said to Harry.

"I can't hear what you said!!"

"never mind."

Out of respect for Norman Osborn, Bronsky slowly landed the Devil Glider on the circular landing pad.

“I said, put on your earmuffs.”

Bronsky, dressed in his combat suit, jumped off the Devil Glider and handed Harry the soundproof earmuffs on the table.

"Can't you find an empty warehouse to practice in?" Harry asked, disgruntled.

"No."

"These pieces of equipment are worth several million. What if they get stolen?"

“If you think it’s too noisy in your apartment, you can go to one of your classmates’ apartments,” Bronsky said.

"They're not here today; they've gone home."

"Don't you go out shopping?" Bronsky continued.

Why should I go out?

Bronsky shook his head at Harry, thinking, "Such a spoiled brat."

Would you like to give it a try?

Bronsky took off his combat suit.

“This is too dangerous,” Harry said.

“Not at all. If you know how to skateboard, it’s easy to find the tricks to controlling a hang glider,” Bronsky said.

Do you think I can skateboard?

"You've never skateboarded before, have you?"

"I've never played it."

“How pitiful.” Bronsky’s eyes were full of pity.

“Don’t look at me like that. Other kids can skateboard, but I can ride a horse,” Harry said.

"Riding a horse? Really?"

"real."

“I’ve ridden bulls and even participated in bullfights. It’s nothing special,” Bronsky said.
