In [Dun-life] you start with just the main character, then you scout out party members,scout guild members, raise the guild rank, them eventually capture higher level dungeons. Guilds are ranked from F to S.

There are many benefits to forming a guild such as events, quests and raids events that you can only participate in as a guild. One of the greatest benefits of forming a guild is the guild room. An F rank guild is given a classroom style room and one smaller room. The minimum number of people for an F rank guild is 5 with a maximum of 10. You can also use the smaller room as a warehouse to material storage is taken care of.

E rank has 2 small rooms and allows up to 15 people. Also if you can apply to use one room as a production room.

D rank gets 4 small rooms, and while the maximum number of people increases to 20 the minimum increases to 10.

At C rank the member requirement stays the same but you’re given a guild house on C street and you can open a store. The facilities are well equipped and you can stay over night but moving from the dorms is prohibited.

The rank won’t increase from D to C without completing a special event. But you have to be careful because your guild can fall from C rank back to D as well. The member requirements stays the same for the rest of the ranks.

If possible I want to gather members with low class high tier jobs since my goal is to become S rank. Although it seems that many of the conditions for a job to appear are unknown.

By the way I wonder what happened to the researchers that wanted to interview me? Maybe I should give him some hints that way the people of this world can get higher ranked jobs. I want the people around me at least to have good jobs.

In the game you could select the job you wanted to recruit and then hire scouts. But you can’t scout anyone if noone has the job in the first place.

However most of the first years had yet to select their jobs. So, the first step is to recruit first years that don’t yet have jobs and then get them into the jobs I want them to have.

Now that I’ve selected a way forward I decided to get started immediately.
