Chapter 33 – The Orphanage of Horror XXXIII

“That’s good then.” Chen Si took out a notebook and pen from the drawer next to her. “This is the notepad in the dining room. Each of us write our opinions and form an anonymous statistics. Those who agreed to let Powerhouse die write [die], those who disagreed wrote [live], and the minority will obey the majority.”

Chen Si wrote first, tore off the paper after writing, folded it and threw it on the table. Wen Qing, Yu Xing, Yun Duo and Ruan Qiao also wrote one by one.

Ruan Qiao took the longest time to write. After writing, she  handed the pen and paper to Su Xi next to the cabinet.

The flickering candlelight cast a shadow on his face, his indifferent lips slightly moved, and his voice was flat: “boring.”

Su Xi glanced at the rest of the players, didn’t take the pen and paper, turned around and walked out of the dining room directly: “I’ll go to the player’s room to search.”

“There are exactly five votes.” Chen Si opened them one by one when he abstained and mixed all the papers on the table.

“Die.” She opened the second one and paused. “Live.”

The third one, live.

The fourth, die.

Two live tickets, two die tickets, and the last one will determine his fate. Eternal Powerhouse nervously watched the fifth paper unfold slowly.

A few strokes outline the eye-catching facial features, and a pair of lifelike expression packages appear on the paper, with four big characters below.

Magical expression: you didn’t expect this right

Chen Si: “……”

Eternal Powerhouse: “…”

Eternal Powerhouse also ignored the expression package: “This is abstaining, and a tie is no result!”

“Life and death depend on their abilities.” Ruan Qiao stood up and said, “Time is running out. I’ll search the kitchen.”

Chen Si gave Eternal Powerhouse a piercing look, “I’ll go upstairs to search. Don’t follow me.”

Yu Xing hurriedly added, “The second floor is big, so I will go. Powerhouse, you can search the lobby and storage room.”

Powerhouse knows that he is in trouble now, and no one wants to be with him, so he has to start from the storage room.

Outside, it began to crack and rain heavily, and the whole empty and dark orphanage groaned under the wind and rain.

They stood there, motionless, as if they had watched her for a long time.
