He couldn't help but be excited. Although he was already a level 3 human, he was shocked by the bonuses his two new titles gave. Although he couldn't see what the titles meant or what skills they gave, Merlin knew that titles would be displayed in order of power. Which meant that Asura was a stronger title than Hero. Naturally, the slight explanation after that also showed this. 'Enemy of Gods' was clearly of higher power than 'Symbol of hope'. However, what puzzled him the most was the third title that was placed above 'Enemy of Gods'. He clearly knew how terrifying gods were.

Even Zero was merely a monarch, and what little Zero leaked out was that 'if he would not hurry, the gods would be angry.' This meant the gods either owned Zero as a slave, or treated him like a child, which clearly showed their terrifying might. He was already afraid of that title and was scared that a god might come to Earth to kill him off before he could become stronger. But nothing like that had happened so far, and he was sure that just like Zero, even gods needed to wait for the mana levels on Earth to rise to the point that it could support them. Else they might tear the reality apart and might even die in the process. If not he was doomed.

But Merlin liked to remain optimistic and decided to assume they had to wait. With that out of the way, Merlin was still puzzled about the third title. How could it have a greater importance than Asura. Just what was in store for his status? All he could do was wait until the tutorial got over hand hope the explanation for the title would be adequate.

Merlin was also confused about the two new stats he got. He had heard of some unique title holders having an extra stat like the famous poison king Jon had a poison reserve stat, which showed him how much poison he had remaining. It was like the mana stat but for poison.

But what did Worship and Shards mean?

Nothing he could do about it right now. All he could do was focus on what was to come and become as strong as possible before those supposed gods came to kill him. At least that is what he assumed to be his endgame. However, before he could do that, he needed to be able to kill Zero. Only then would he be able to survive till the gods descended.
