Saving the overbearing CEO

To be honest, he himself didn't know what was going on but the people around him and his followers on Valim Network couldn't help but comment how radiant their prince looked with many attributing it to the joys of cohabitating. And yes, news had already spread that the couple had moved in together with so many images of them circulating throughout the entire empire.

Wen Qinxi naturally didn't pay much attention to what people were saying about him as his entire focus was on the planet rich in Xianore, a now depleting energy resource used in operating mechas and heavy machinery in this interstellar world. This past week he had already sent Captain Rueda and the professor to oversee the project and begin mining procedures while he and the Marshal worked on a detailed plan to take over the throne which was quite easy to do as Qie Ranzhe was officially living in his pavilion. The Marshal was now the first and last person he saw each day and he was actually was getting used to it.

Cohabitating with his boss was fun and interesting creating a unique warm atmosphere that Wen Qinxi had never experienced before even in the real world making him reluctant to part with it in the future. Just like any other morning Wen Qinxi woke up after the Marshal and went to take a shower his mind wandering towards Zhao Huangzhi's wedding that was taking place tonight. He had been seriously thinking about how soon after the wedding was the emperor going to bring in Nibiru's armed forces to forcibly take power from the Marshal when his gaze fell on his tummy only to see that the irritating pouch on his stomach had made its come back following him from the real world.

"Ah thats so fucked up," he said with a towel wrapped around his waist and another drapped on the top of his head while squeezing the tiny bulge that was mocking him. Frustrated, he called out to Qie Ranzhe, his tone sullen, "Ran-ge, come see this. I think I am getting fat!"

Qie Ranzhe was actually downstairs packing away some documents but he surprisely heard him rushing up the stairs answering his sweetheart's call. In a split second, he was already standing by the bathroom door looking at this striking beauty with flashed cheeks and damp hair exuding a tantalizing aura that made his heart itch.

But judging from Zhao Xieshu's expression he pushed his lewd thoughts at the back of his mind and asked, "Baby, what are you talking?" his lustful gaze sweeping over the omega's entire body.

"How am I supposed to judge when you are all covered up? Remove the towel then I can see if you have gained weight or not," he shamelessly continued to say hoping to trick Zhao Xieshu into stripping off the only piece of fabric blocking him from the treasure hidden beneath.

For a split second, Wen Qinxi almost complied with his had reaching to unwrap the knot on his bath towel that is until his senses returned to him. "So fuckin shameless.....Ran-ge you are such a pervert," retorted Wen Qinxi when he realised he almost got talked into stripping naked and if he had actually done that there was no guarantee that he did be able to leave the house today.

"What, me...a pervert?" he said pointing at himself looking aggrieved like he had been wrongly accused, "You are the one who used the ruse of getting fat to seduce me."

Wen Qinxi felt defeated unwilling to argue with a lunatic so he went straight to the point. "I am talking about this," he said squeezing the pouch with his body facing Qie Ranzhe, "Ah!.....I think I should cut down on carbs."

Qie Ranzhe almost laughed at his words but held back as he could clearly see that it was bothering him. He himself didn't care much even if Zhao Xieshu was tubby he would still love him as he fell in love with the person not the looks. "Come here," he said embracing Zhao Xieshu from behind with an enchanting smile on his face while rubbing the man's belly, "I love you regardless of how you look but if it bothers you that much I will diet with you and help you lose it, okay?" He then kissed Zhao Xieshu's cheek leaving a warm tender feeling that spread to Wen Qinxi's heart making him almost lose his senses.

"You are so sweet, you know that?" said Wen Qinxi looking at their reflection in the mirror as a complicated feeling rose in his heart. 'How will I ever get over you when all this is done?' he thought as he watched Qie Ranzhe kiss his neck through the mirror.

"I am sweet only to you....now stopped tempting me and put some clothes on. I will drop you off," said the Marshal before reluctantly parting with his lover, "I put some clothes out for you on the bed."

Wen Qinxi was stuck in a love bubble full of sweet tender feelings that is until Qie Ranzhe said the last part instantly bursting his pink bubble.

This was the only annoying thing about living with Qie Ranzhe. He had developed a habit of picking out clothes for him which normally would be fine even sweet to some extent but Qie Ranzhe picked clothes that covered his entire body even opting for long sleeves when the sun was scorching hot.

Staring at those clothes that seemed to taunting him, Wen Qinxi couldn't help but feel he was one fabric closer to covering up his entire body just like a kage ninja assassin. Dragging his feet he reluctantly put them on before joining the Marshal in the flying car parked right outside the pavilion.
