SCP - The Game Console

[A/N: Who of our lovely SCP roommates should reach godhood first? Cthulhu is already a God so it won't work for him]

[Also, a shorter chapter, since today, Thursday, I had to mow, go across town and do various things and had to do some family-related things, damn I am tired...now I can go to sleep and write the 50th chapter tomorrow on friday]

Leaving Jorge in my Dimension I can understand why he is frustrated, I mean wouldn't you if a Planet you loved was being destroyed at this very moment and you couldn't do anything about it?

But sadly, I cannot release him since it may have consequences to the timeline, who knows! If I release Jorge or any of the other members I soon will save it may accidently cause a buŧŧerfly effect that causes Humanity to lose the war, which I can't let happen.

Even though I really wanted to help, no 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘥, to help I had to think about the larger picture, what's saving one planet compared to saving dozens?

Well enough about that, I need to catch up with Noble Six who has by now landed on Reach.

Returning to the Halo Universe I looked at the incoming fleet of covenant ships that have just arrived.

Ignoring them I headed down towards the planet and began my search for Noble Six.

After searching for an hour and still not finding him I used my Divine Energy to scan the planet and found him within a city under attack by the covenant.

But this city isn't the only one being attacked, all over the world Covenant is attacking and many...many people are dying.

I was absorbing hundreds of wisps of Divine Energy every hour and at this rate, I will soon hit 20,000 within just an hour or two...

With the City being attacked by hordes of the covenant, mostly Ungoy(Grunts), Kig-Yar(Jackals),

and Jiralhanae(Brutes) I could sense the overwhelming killing intent coming from the covenant and couldn't help but think of them as Monsters.

Feeling an overwhelming pity for the innocents dying across the city I felt the 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 to save them, what good are my powers if I cannot even use them?! Fuck the consequences!

Opening my Dimension I released Jorge, "Jorge, I can no longer stand by and just...watch as these 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 slaughter the innocents with such joy...I ask you now if I could grant you the power to slay these monsters, would you accept?"

Looking down at the city below us that is in flames and cries of pain and fear coming from the countless residents of the city Jorge did not hesitate, "I accept!"

I nodded in response and released my Divine Energy.

Directing streams of Divine Energy into Jorge's body I watched and observed as his entire body was given superhuman strength that was far beyond the superhuman strength he had just moments ago.

After increasing his strength by more than 10x his previous strength I drew back in my Divine Energy, but not before creating a small army of Living Armor.

"Kill the Monsters, save as many humans as possible," My voice echoed across the city as a hundred living armors descended down onto the city and began slaughtering the Covenant.

I looked over to Jorge and told him, "Although this will create a Butterfly effect I do not care, with your help and the help of others we shall save humanity from extinction and end this damned war!"

Releasing Jorge I watched as he descended down towards the city like a golden meteor.

[A/N: You will find that the MC is still human and can change his mind easily, wouldn't you if you watched as hundreds of citizens were slaughtered before your eyes and had the power to do something about it? Anyways just see this as character growth]

Looking down towards the city to see Noble Six and a squad of UNSC marines defending citizens from the covenant I waved my hand and burned the covenant to ash using sun flames.

Looking at my Living Armor Knights who were fighting across the entire city I watched as the Covenant were slowly but surely getting pushed back by my Living Armor Knights.

Floating down to Noble Six and the other people without hiding my form I asked "Hello Noble Six, need some help from your friendly neighborhood God?"
