Shennong Daojun

My body finally couldn't bear it anymore. I woke up this morning with vomiting and diarrhea and was in so much pain that I was dying. I didn't eat until 6pm. I had no strength and couldn't open my eyes. When I opened them, I twitched. I couldn't even get my phone or get out of bed.

I don't know if it's gastroenteritis or something else. The medicine I took didn't work. I coughed up blood in my mouth. I guess there's a problem with my periodontium.
