Yesterday, I started taking over at 17:00 and was busy until 23:00. I didn’t stop for a moment and my waist almost broke when I stood up.

Now I not only have to manage clinical practice, but also provide training on several of the most popular diseases at present, including participating in training or giving training to others.

 In addition, 2023 is coming to an end, and the department has to summarize the whole year and look forward to next year.

Today at the internal meeting of the hospital, the director said with great joy that the business has grown so much this year and will continue to grow so much next year. I felt so cold in my heart.

Having been so tired this year, will you continue to be so tired next year? Are you no longer a human being?

 So I am not in a good mood this year, especially in the past month, every day has been like a medical machine.

Having no choice but to end the novel ahead of schedule, because if nothing else, the pediatric department of the hospital will be at its peak before the Chinese New Year, and experts at the training meeting predicted that it would not end until next spring.

  If I keep stopping updating, one month is already the limit. If I update again in two or three months, not many people will read this novel anymore.

 Although I continue to write and still get a lot of monthly manuscript fees, I don’t want to make such bad money anymore.

 So I had to make a difficult decision to finish this book ahead of schedule.

Writing this novel is actually a supplement to the first novel "Bringing the Hospital Back to 80 Years" to make up for the shortcomings of the previous novel. For example, this novel is mainly about clinical treatment, while the previous one was mainly about business. .

  Unfortunately, the results of this book "Starting from Medical School in 1981" are not as good as the first one. This shows that my thinking and writing style need to be adjusted and I have to work hard to improve.

I already have an idea for the next novel, but I don’t know when I will start writing it. It will have to be next year.

 At least I won’t be so busy next year. If I continue to be so busy, no one will want to be a pediatrician.
