Feng Zhen picked up the phone and dialed to the regiment office, “Regiment Commander, this is Feng Zhen.”

“Feng Zhen, aside from reporting, there definitely isn’t any good reason for you to be calling me. Speak up, what it is? That is assuming it’s not something that’ll trouble me too much.”

“Hehe. Regiment Commander, it’s no big deal. I just want to ask about Ye Tianming’s situation. Yang Chentian didn’t get hurt too much, so he should be let out already. Why isn’t there any news yet, were there other issues?”

“I don’t know that much about Ye Tianming’s situation either, but he was brought to the First Chief’s office. He only came out after more than two hours. I don’t know what Chief talked about with him, but looking at Ye Tianming, it doesn’t seem like an issue, so don’t worry.”

“Regiment Commander, then does that mean Ye Tainming has already came back? Why didn’t that brat report in to me, he’ll see how I deal with him, “Feng Zhen clenched his teeth and declared.

“Feng Zhen, you really should change your protective personality, protecting your soldiers can a good thing, but something will happen to you sooner or later if you carry on like this. Feng Zhen immediately got worked up upon hearing that, “Regiment Commander, you can’t say that, wasn’t there no proof of Ye Tianming actually selling detonators?”

Yeah, there is no proof that Ye Tianming did it, but there is also no proof that he didn’t do it. Alright, I have other matters to attend to. As for Ye Tianming’s stuff, go and ask him yourself, he’s the person involved, only he knows what exactly happened.” With that, the phone hung up.

Feng Zhen blanked out for a while before finally putting the phone down, “FUCK! This brat actually dared to not report in with me when he came back. He really must be sick of living.” After that, he quickly organized his stuff then stomped out with a face full of anger.

“First Squad Leader? Get the fuck over here!”

“Coming, Company Commander!” The First Squad Leader ran out of the dorm with his shoes untied while he buttoned up his shirt.

“Look at you, what are you doing? Are you still like a soldier? Stand up straight.”

“Yes, Sir!” The First Squad Leader buttoned up his shirt properly, then stood stark straight.

Seeing that, Feng Zhen looked at him satisfactorily and nodded, “Come with me.”

The First Squad Leader followed behind Feng Zhen and muttered to himself as he walked, “What is with the Company Commander today? Why is he so pissed? I only heard of women having menopause, I never heard that men do too.”

Feng Zhen immediately turned his head back and said, “First Squad Leader, what are you muttering about? Say it again.”

The sudden words completely shocked the First Squad Leader, “Company Commander, I didn’t say anything.”

“You really didn’t say anything?”

“Eh! He-Hehe, Company Commander, I just said that the weather is very nice today, its so much warmer than yesterday.”

“Fuck! How could today not be warm when it’s thirty something degrees?” With that, Feng Zhen smacked the back of the First Squad Leader’s head with a “pa” sound. “Just try to be vague with me, do you think I’m deaf? Menopause, brat, do you think I look like a man experiencing menopause?”

The First Squad Leader covered his head and laughed idiotically without saying anything else. A man does not mind immediate losses, he had experienced this a lot before, especially when he’s with the company commander. He should be more careful with what he says. This was the experience he summarized from the last few years.
