No one can control the feeling of falling in love. Even some people will fall for someone that they shouldn't love. Some even commit sin for the so called love. It is just that some will follow the norm and consciend, when some will only follow their d.e.s.i.r.e.

As for Qian Luo, she had lost all of her bravery, spirit, and mind. She was still in love with him, but she didn't want to fight for the love any longer. She finally realized that she was not only deserve to love, but also to be loved. Since that there was another man who loved her all of his might, she would have to accept this man into her life. Gradually, she would love him. She also believed that no one would make her life more peaceful that Su Yi Cheng could. She craved for peace.

As for Lu Jinnian, after meeting him unexpectedly, she knew that he also had his hard time. She used to tolerate and try to understand him, but she didn't want to do so anymore.

Upon listening to her reason, he had lost all of his common sense. He pulled her to his embrace and bit onto her lips. The more she struggled, the tighter his arms around her. It took a moment before she felt tired of struggling that made him to be a lot gentler.

His gentleness melted her. He seized the moment to pick her up and brought her to the nearest sofa. As there was no servant, they were free to do what their hearts had long d.e.s.i.r.ed.

After the long night and entanglement, Lu Jinnian brought her to take a bath before carrying to the bedroom. He carefully placed the physically-drained woman and tucked the blanket before he laid on the side. He c.a.r.e.s.sed her cheek and stared at her. He wished that the time could stop becase he couldn't cherish her enough. Such a contradictive thought after what he had done to her. He smirked.

Qian Luo opened her eyes and looked at him "Is it impossible for you to let go the hatred ?"

"It's for your safety.", he answered

Qian Luo immediately opened her eyes indicating him to continue. He had never explained why he did so, but she could guess it vaguely.

"He would use you to threaten me. I might wake up in the middle of night to strangle you after the nightmare. You will be hurt in between of us. There are too many variables and possibilities that will threaten your safety. I can't bet that."

"But, you have killed me once. You have killed the confident Qian Luo"

"Kill your personality is better than to see you really die in front of me"
